We were in the "new section". Very nice site, check-in was easy and the personnel were friendly and professional. Our only complaint was that the site was noisy with traffic from nearby streets, a condition which will undoubtedly improve as vegetation matures.

Very nice 4 day stay. Campground is very well maintained. Love the indoor pool, and hot tub, after a long day! We were staying there to visit the Wine Country area. I highly recommend this KOA if you are visiting the Area!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom utilities were clean and updated. Small outdoor kitchenette area with cooktop (did not work), sink, and trashcan was convenient!

Great and friendly staff! Was in town for a golf tournament and was not sure of the tee time. They worked with me on the late check out. They easily could have charged me another night but instead told me to travel home safely with no added charges :)

The new section has very roomy sites. The power, water, and sewer services are located in such a way that a 5' sewer hook-up required 30' power/water hook-ups. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed the pool while doing laundry. Women's restroom smelled very bad. So almost couldn't walk through to the pool and certainly wouldn't shower in there.

Love the new addition to this KOA campground ! Very clean, easy access and centrally located. My husband loved the Saturday breakfast at the club house and our dog enjoyed the dog park. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed in the new part of the park, which is lovely! Roomy pull-thru and green grass. Definitely will stay there again! Friendly, helpful staff.

The campground was very nice and we liked our site. Very level with lots of nice grass. However as with most KOA campgrounds the WiFi was awful. We don’t understand why the owners can’t up their game and provide decent WiFi. Charge a couple bucks more or something. A lot of people work from home or need to have good WiFi available.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest park's I have stayed in. The staff was exceptional. Being handicapped, it was too far for me to walk to breakfast. It would be nice if you could either have handicap parking for us that can't walk that far or run a shuttle to and from. Thank you for a GREAT stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA. All of the staff were beyond helpful and the facility was spotless! Well will defiantly stay there again.

Great! I showered, one of the nicest I've ever been in. And did a load of laundry, one of the cleanest I've ever been in. This place has it all. Nicest people, and cleanest nicest place.

New section of park. Nice with well-spaced sites with patios. End as requested. In essence no cable. All channels were snow and only 2 with audio. Person in the office said that was just the way the cable was. Did not send out someone to check connection. Site was to have fire pit. Instead, had an inverted barrel. These are amenities I am paying for. Garbage not picked up first day and late second

Last minute reservation. Very accommodating. Each RV space had nice level, grass area. Very clean facilities. Close on/off exit from freeway. Excellent rate!

Great place as the site is very well maintained and cleanliness is great. New section is very well payed out and spacious. People that drive “loudly” on the nearby road are somewhat inconsiderate but the great place allows one to easily ignore them. Great staff and check in!

It's a decent park. Good for a stop over. Would be nice if when you're pulling in for just one night that the sites were long enough and more set up so we didn't have to unhook. We had to unhook because the power stand was too close to the middle so we had to pull too far forward to put out the slide and stay hooked up.

Parking area was very good with good service connections. The bathroom showers' were terrible. Women's shower stall had no shelf for soap or shampoo. Not enough towel hooks and a tiny stool to sit on. Way below standard. Men's had no hook to place the hand held shower head. Had to turn off water to lather and rinse. Needs repair. Overall way below minimum standard.

First time at a KOA. Place was solid. Set up nice and easy to park. Nice pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice people.

Stayed in new section everything was great. Very nice new restrooms/showers, very spacious. The lot was pull through, beautiful grass, easy access. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
