Nice pull through sight for a large RV...but low hanging tree limb nearly decapitated my air conditioner. If I hadn't stop to assess situation, and violate the employee's "move forward direction", I would have decapitated my AC....somebody was not doing their job!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’ve RV’d in Pasco KOA several times since 2014. It’s has always been really convenient and we love that it has a pool. We have family who lives in town so its a perfect place to stay. I know we will be staying there again in the future for the years to come.

It felt like the majority of the park was permanent residents. I would prefer to see more travelers.

Back again. Help with parking our rig an a pretty narrow concrete pad in the dark. good hookups where they should be for a motorhome.

Staff (Nick) was great and very helpful with me as a new camper. Highway noise was very disturbing. They are planning a noise abatement wall.

It was easy to reserve online as well as calling for a last minute reservation.We stayed 2 different nights and each was perfect- extremely competent and friendly staff, clean facilities, and easy hook up. Great place to stay! Thank you.

The pet walk area on the brochure map is turned into a parking lot! Due to taking a longer distance walk we seen the pet area sign. Nice small tree and lawn with a nice table to see the morning sunrise over a cup of coffee, yes I am looking forward to this experience again in the future!!!!!

Too close together. KOA used to be campgrounds. This is a RV park. A lot of permanent coaches. All concrete and gravel. Staff is wonderful though.

Clean, well taken care of and very accommodating. The campground was completely full and still nice and quiet. Appeared most slots were filled with year-round renters, so get your reservations for this place in early!

The campground is nice and the people are very friendly. The only drawback was it was a little close to the freeway so you had traffic noise, not bad, but If i were to stay long term I would probably stay further out for a little more quite.

We had a great stay. We were in a pinch while traveling and were warmly welcomed by your staff (Austin). We found the grounds well cared for and clean. Got a sense that there is a nice community vibe, which sets a nice tone, even when just passing through. We were worried that the highway noise would be troublesome, but were happily surprised that it wasn’t a bother at all. Thanks for the stay!

Last minute trip to Tri-Cities, they worked diligently to work us into the park for the weekend! We are so glad we chose this KOA! So well kept, clean, and very friendly staff! The playground area is wonderful, the pool and hot tub are clean, well kept, and everything is decorated so tastefully. We will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The sites are small. I didn’t feel like I wanted to sit outside as my neighbor was so close as to block the sun. The TV cable works well.

Most of the KOA's I have stayed at are great and this one was OK except for rude neighbors. I don't know if you have a rule against portable firepits but in this crowded park they set one up outside of our bedroom window and fumes were terrible. I ended up having to close all windows on that side because of the fumes and them cheering on their favorite basketball team on outside TV.

The people who worked there were VERY nice! We only stayed overnight passing thru. I was sorry the roads weren’t plowed as the ice was slippery. Otherwise fine.

They kept the bathroom facility very clean and warm. Everyone that worked there were very nice and helpful. Someone even stopped what he was doing to come over and help us dig out of the snow so we could leave for our trek home.

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
