This KOA is nothing more than a parking lot. If you want a camping experience this is not the place to be. We noticed lots of rigs that obviously are parked there full-time. The place is clean and the lady that met us at reception was very nice.

This camp ground is too crowded. Sites are too close to each other that it is difficult to socially distance. We stay at a lot of KOAs and this is the only one I have ever complained about. For a quick, over nite and gone the next day, it’s good. Grounds are very clean, trash is picked up at your site, and grass is green. People very friendly but hard to make up for elbow room.

Very clean and well groomed. Check in was easy. Laundry room fairly large clean and reasonable. Easy access to interstae. Great for overnight.

Hosts are very friendly! Some of the roads were narrow, but the others were more than plenty to get our 26’ camper through. Highly recommend!!

Safe and easy curbside check-in with friendly employees who wore masks and maintained social distance. Safe and donvenient delivery of ice at site. We are traveling by self-contained trailer because my spouse is immunocompromised and we know two people have died from COVID. We would stay again.

Good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice with the next expansion project if they put in a larger dog area with grass instead of rock.

We would stay again, unfortunately many of their amenities are closed. This is understandable of course currently, but it was frustrating that this was not stated on the app or website as many of the other parks have done. It just helps us set expectations for our kids and for our stay. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great shower and laundry facilities. Not a lot of shade.

Great overnight stay on relatively short notice! All virus regulations were posted and we saw lots of masks in use. We'll be back!

Unfortunately my site was designed for a van, not a class C motorhome. It was so tight I could barely walk between the divider & vehicle. After pulling in the mirror & backing the mtrhm up close to the road, I was able to use the space. The park is immaculate & people are friendly. After a long day’s drive, I would have appreciated an easier space.

The staff is outstanding here. We have stayed 2 times here and it was great. We have a 40 ft motor home with tow. Had to take tow off but that was okay. WiFi is good , satelite good, little noises with the freeway but not bad. Pet friendly, room for slide outs. Pull thru and full hook up 50amp. Very clean maintained. We will stay again. Pool closed for COVID but most places pools closed now.

It was beautiful and very nice. The only issue is that I had washed some rugs, left them in sun to dry. I forgot them when we went out to dinner. When we returned they were gone. We heard they were thrown away. But things happen.

The pool was closed and visitors were not allowed. Understandable for the covid situation, but a notification or update would have been nice. The campground sits right on the freeway so the was traffic noise all night. I would only recommend this place if it was for a one night stay in the middle of your travels.

We have family in Tri-Cities and this KOA is now like a second home. Always clean, wonderful staff, and so much more. We recommend this place to everyone.

We reached late (after 9pm), and luckily someone was waiting at the gate to guide us to our site. The sewage drain cap was stuck, and a lady helped us with tools to get it unstuck. We loved the clean bathrooms and the general feeling of being looked after. Thank you!

Camp was neat and clean. Many obvious upgrades all around. Grass at each site was well kept. Trash pick up every day directly from your site. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Nice RV park. Quiet. If you have a long rig ask for the longest lot they have. We were tight with 36' travel trailer with hitch and the truck. Lots are a bit narrow. Had to maneuver a bit to line up. We would stay again though. Staff was very helpful. He guided us in and helped line up.

Nice staff. Crowded sites. Significant road noise. Surprisingly high number of old/run-down permanent residence RVs despite campground rule prohibiting this.

We loved staying at this koa...staff is so friendly, the weather was perfect and the bike trails were awesome.

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
