We spent 5 days here and it was a holiday weekend ! Woman who greeted us in the office was not welcoming at all ! The maintenance guys who showed us to our site were great though ! The site was new and spacious however the grass was not really a great idea , we couldn’t put our carpet out under our awning because of the grass and the sprinkler system came on every night ( early morning and soake

The campground has recently expanded and we were in the newer part. Young saplings have been planted so not as much shade as the older part. Campground was super clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely be back.

People were great, very helpful and concerned. When our large dog slipped her collar, they were extremely helpful in getting her back to us. The trailer park was beautiful.

It is a great camp ground. Enjoyed the site. The host was very friendly and helpful when checking. The only drawback to the whole stay was the taste of the water but overall enjoyable.

The people at Pasco KOA are wonderful! We had some trouble with our site (parking my truck) so they graciously updated us to their new area. Additionally, this was during some of the worst heat ever and we decided to leave a day early. They refunded us a nights stay! We have stayed here before and will continue using their services in the future. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful park. Large sites. Swimming pool is indoors and extremely small. Office required masks, even for those who are vaccinated. That was a little over done. Clean restrooms snd showers. A little expensive, but worth it!

Quiet, peaceful, clean. The pull thur was good, did not have to unhook. So we could leave early the next morning. Nick was very helpful and explain well about the camp site. The indoor pool was cold, and refreshing.

Although we were not able to stay the entire night, due to a camper malfunction. We enjoyed the hospitality and liked the site provided. We will definitely stay at the Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA again in the future.

We happened to stay on the day it was 108 degrees. We had a completely shadeless site on the new side (the "established" side was mostly long term residents that had shade). The great thing was the unisex restroom/shower facilities were very new, spacious, and located well. We just finished 6 states in 2 weeks and easily these were the finest shower facilities of all our stays.

Needed a place to get out of the heat - great spot, wonderful space with BBQ, patio, chairs, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The campground was quiet but in comparison to other KOA's we have stayed at it was not quite as nice as we have been to in the past. I wasn't a big fan to see permanent residence although they were clean and no issues from them. I just thought KOA's were only temporary sights not permanent. The other issue is you are packed in like sardines. not a bad stay just not what we expected

Super helpful and friendly staff! The RC track was the highlight of the trip for our son, and it was next to a nice grassy area that I enjoyed in the overwhelming heat (although it runs next to the highway, it was not an issue with noise in that area)

Stayed for three months for work and the staff and the park are wonderful. All amenity wet in great shape and kept the place clean and quiet.

The camp ground was very close to the RV Dealer that was going to do some warranty work on our brand new RV thus making it very convenient. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The curb side pickup of garbage is also a great feature. We stayed in the brand new addition of this campground which is very nice with lots of space and green grass between each site

We enjoyed a nice, quiet, restful night.A great place to stop in the Tri-Cities area. Handy for shopping and Camping World etc.Nice to see all the upgrades being done.

We helped open this park in 1999 when it was Sandy Heights RV Park. It was a complete thrill to return these 22 years later and see how fantastically well Travis and Tina have made this place. We’ll be sure to stay any time we’re in the Tri-Cities area. As we used to say in the Navy, “BZ - Bravo Zulu - Well Done!”

Came in late, found the open sites on the board. It was a little confusing because I didn’t see the new sites on the map and didn’t know where they were at, however I found them with some luck on the first try. Maybe note on the board two right turns to get to the new sites? I am sure Jew maps will be out soon. Your new sites are amazing. Nicer than premium Parks I have stayed in. Will be

This was my first RV and my first time pulling a trailer I’m a single dad and wanted this to be a good family experience but I was nervous, Travis made sure we got in ok, helped me set the whole thing up, checked in on me during the 3 weeks, told us best things to do in the surrounding area and gave me a check of when I left. The campground was fine but the reason I’m coming back is Travis.

Beautiful park, camp sites, and a welcoming staff. It is becoming huge!! 5 minutes to Pasco. Now have wifi. A little iffy, but ok. Will definitely return. Firemen's Subs down the street is the best subs you can eat. They take a military discount too.

Enjoyed EVERYTHING.Nick was very helpful and friendly. The internet access was not very consistent or reasonably fast. I didn’t need hi speed, but got timed out alot.

The campers were packed in like sardines and it seemed like most of the people lived there permanently. The pool was indoors and tiny. So crowded it was very noisy. The staff was super nice but this isn’t a place to relax

The campgrounds are nicely kept and very clean. The sites have beautiful grass and everything is well maintained. Our only issue is that the pull through site we were in was too tight as were several others. We had to take our tow vehicle off just to get into the pull through site. If the sites were just a little further apart for larger RVs towing it would be a 10 and 5 star rating.

We stop here overnight as we travel to our son's house. It's a very nice park and we'll maintained. They are adding beautiful new sites to give the campground more room. We recommend staying here.

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
