Great place for a stop over. A little tight on the spacing but did not feel it was an issue as most older parks we have experienced it is the sign of the times. Lots of us folks like to travel! It was clean and the check in process was virtual, another sign of the times but the note from the manager was a nice touch.

Clean with grass around each parking spot. Level with all services. I particularly liked the Wifi service. The best I have experienced at a RV park. The only thing missing was a fenced area for pets. After traveling a long distance in the RV our dogs need an opportunity to run outside. If this was present they would get a rating of 5 and I would tell all my traveling friends.

This KOA campground was great everything had that pride of ownership throughout the park. They have a fenced in pet area that was great for two dogs.The laundry room had style with the decor and clean washer and dryers. My wife and I felt safe and would definitely stay here again.They offer everything you would need full hook ups clean spots, as your traveling in and out of Oregon. Thank you

Nice and clean lots sizes are good. We were there for one only. We would stay longer next time if covid wasn't an issue. Things were closed or very limited. Maybe next year if the round-up is on. Looks like a great experience to see.

Very helpful staff. Perfect place for newbies to the rv way of life. Mindful of current virus concerns and did a bit more than most .

Easy he kin and easy access to pull through site. Appears to a high percentage of long term RV’s. Picnic table right next to sewage dumps and right up against neighbors RV’s. Great for a one night or two.

the KOA stay was great, very clean, Staff was very friendly. it was very easy process to self check in. The rest rooms very clean so thank you to who ever cleans the restroom. . Staff was very helpful for any questions we had and the few we talked to was very pleasant and so friendly. I would recommend the Pendleton KOA to our friends. It was sad that so many tours we wanted to see was closed .

Found the spaces rather tightly packed. Was barely able to get into the site without asking neighbor across street to move car (which was off the street). I would not have wanted to fit anything larger than our 31 ft trailer and 22 ft pickup into the site. Otherwise we found Pendleton KOA to be clean and neat. With COVID-19 restrictions in place, I can't really speak to friendliness.

Even with the covid restrictions, there was someone touring the grounds at all times. We were having problems with our battery upon arrival. They recommended Les Schawb. We called and they came out 1st thing the next morning and installed a new battery. ($50 service call was well worth it) We were on our way by 10:20 am. We love this park and the people that run it.

That is was alittle high price compared to other RV parks there. But loved the parks was super well clean and same with shower/restrooms super clean.

The bathrooms and showers were open, which is incredible during COVID so I really appreciated that. The parking spots are very close but our spot was assigned and waiting for us. This camp ground worked for one night.

Restrooms were very clean. Wasps around the areas were many even though traps were set up all along the fence areas. Guess it's just part of the environment. It is evident that many folks staying there perhaps live there. But all areas were clean.

Functional but unappealing...easy access off the Interstate. Mostly small spaces tightly packed together. Too many full time residents to feel like a holiday stop. One or 2 really nice spaces but the rest were poor. Oh, they have a significant wasp problem...I counted 8 wasps on my bottle of water (no other food was out). Had to eat in the coach.

The spaces are so narrow we had trouble opening our slide-outs. Check-in was finding our name on a cork board with a space number on it. The phone number listed if we needed anything had unreasonable hours for travelers (10-4). There was no hot water in any of the showers! Not what I expect from KOA!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Rotten timing--I'm sorry you landed here the day our water heaters malfunctioned! (We had them back online by evening, but that doesn't help YOU.) I'm also sorry you apparently missed my (24-hour!) cell number in red letters at the top of your park map--I'm easy to reach!

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Although we didn’t get to meet our host, she was very pleasant on the phone. The bathrooms wer very clean and we’re constantly being cleaned.

Arrived later than expected. "Yellow shirt" guy guided us to and helped us park at our assigned site. Doggy park was highly appreciated by our large furry companions. Thanks for a great stay

The staff was kind and helpful, the camp manager answered my questions even though I called multiple times with many different questions. She to help us with our stay and checkout. The bathrooms were super clean the amenities all function perfectly having garbage at either end of the park was wonderful. Having never used a full hook-up site before we discovered that we love it. Super pet friendly!

Great location and easy access to campsites. I appreciated the contactless check in with maps and detailed instructions. Nice, clean, and modern bath/shower facilities. The only criticism I have is that the sewer connection was inconveniently placed in the middle of the site, uphill from the rear of my trailer. I had to disconnect from water and electric to pull forward to drain the black tank.
