What an unexpected wonderful surprise when we arrived at your KOA. We were given a site with its own enclosed dog yard. The staff was very friendly! Park was very clean. The hot tub and pool was just what the doctor ordered. I just wished I would have booked a longer stay. This KOA is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay in your beautiful park. I love the deluxe spaces with fenced areas for the dogs. You folks work hard at continually improving and adding things to the area. You always make us feel at home and comfortable. Our dogs love the main dog yard too; they only wish it were grass and not sand because catching a sandy ball in the mouth is not too much fun.

Nothing wrong with the campground just nothing to do in the area. Well we were pretty close to the main road and they trimmed trees the first day we were there but I know maintenance has to be done.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you didn't get a chance to visit any springs, or parks in town, including the Forest Capital Museum a half a mile up the road. Our apologies for the emergency call on the trees, our wifi contractor needed some of that work done in order to install our new awesome wifi. Happy New Year!

There have been many improvements made to the campground since we last stayed there and the work is ongoing. However, we also noticed how much closer the sites are than they were before. I assume that was done to add more sites but it feels like you're almost on top of the unit next to you & we just don't care for that.

Thank you for noticing all the work we have done. Regarding the sites, we have not added any sites in between other sites in the park. Considering the site to your left was empty it just may be the 5th wheel on the other side seemed larger than you're used to.

It was great to have a heated pool and the layout for the campground was nice! The only concern was when my daughter tripped and fell while walking the dog and instead of making sure she was ok, the staff told us we needed to have better control of our dog.

Perfect for an overnight stop. Easy in and out, and even though it's along the highway, it is quiet.

Amazing fenced in yard with the Pull through Patio! Nice pool and playground. Easy to access and very friendly staff!

Very friendly welcome! I just loved the park. The huge live oaks with Spanish moss were gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The dog run was also a plus. Everything was laid out very well. The park was neat and clean. This is a great KOA

Very happy with my short overnight stay. This has become a regular & convenient place to overnight on my trips to and from South Florida. Very friendly management. Thanks for a great stay.

Two night stay was relaxing and quiet. Pull thru was more spacious than I've seen in other KOA's. Laundry was convenient. Store was very we stocked. Surprised that I had to pay 1.00 for a game of billiards, though. Usually it is complementary.

Our first stay (overnight only) at Perry KOA - what a beautiful campground! Obvious improvements happening to the facility overall - kudos to the owners. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub & strolling amongst the magnificent old oaks. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very nice park, Bathrooms where huge and very clean. All the employees went way above and beyond. Several stopped by the camp site to chat and check on how the stay was. There store had some parts I had been looking for. So was happy to finally find them. I will stay again.

Stayed in a cabin one night on December 19th. We were returning to home from a trip to Louisiana. It was an easy check in, the staff was friendly, and the cabin was clean. I would use this KOA again.

Website describes a beautiful lush grassy site. Site was wet sand, that ended up tracking every where.

The new owners have made a lot of improvements to the sites and the campground. The cable TV was good. The internet was almost non existent at our site. We’ve stayed here for years and been thru several owners. These folks are certainly updating the place.

short stay, but they had the longest sites I've seen at a KOA, was able to park all 56 ft, even with a huge tree to turn around, and room for more!!

Perry KOA is a great overnight stop for us when we're heading west. Lately it seems as if every time we stay there has been something improved. This time we noticed that it had changed from a KOA Journey to a KOA Holiday.

It is our favorite "go-to" campsite. Loved that they had paved all of the roads. It really looked great. And they sure stay on top of the fallen leaves. We were excited to see that they are expanding.

We were in C15 and love the site. The swing was the selling point so relaxing. The laundry facilities were great!! Would of enjoyed pool but alittle too cool while there. Definitely will return in future for longer stay.

Overnight stay for us but would not hesitate to stay longer. Pull thru was easy to get in and out, roads are paved and staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly… Park has nice amenities with the exception of the bathroom and shower house which needs a major rehab… Enjoyed our stay and will return again

I stopped in to get my pro pain tank filled and then was on my way to find a laundromat to finish drying my laundry (because I was at a different place and dryer quit working) so I asked the gentleman who was helping me where the closest laundromat was and he informed me I could use the one there, I was very Happy I didn't have to drive around town to find a place!!! I was very Happy with this KOA that I will for sure tell people to go there!!!!!
