We stay at Perry KOA every time we go out or into Florida. The sites are fantastic. Many to choose from. Deluxe camper and cabins and just your basic for a one nighter. Pets are taken care of too. Dog park and walk area have doggie bags and disposal if you forget to grab that bag on your walk. 10 plus for us. ������‍���

This a beautiful campground with great staff, it clean and close to shopping. The sites are a little close together but easy to access.

Great stay. Quiet….stayed at back in sites in the very back next to pasture. Great sunset view. Friendly and helpful folks. They are in progress on some improvements but while the bathhouse was older it was very clean. Near plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The campground itself was nice that being said if you have a problem and have to deal with the owner then it turns the tide. My cable wouldn't work hooked up to my service pole but I could hook up to either site beside me and it would he came down hooked his Lil tv with 2ft cord and rudely tells my wife it's our camper so I tried talking to him with no help. I bought what I needed myself.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

No one was rude to your wife, however, it sounds like if you were able to buy something that was not generated through our cable system and it solved the problem, then the problem was not with our cable.

We stay every year going and returning from our winter home in SW Fl. The campground gets better and better each year.

Great stay! Nice park and nice management! We stayed two nights…the first night we were woken at 3:20 in the morning when a motor home came in and set up beside us…very noisy and loud…couldn’t believe they would come in so late and be so loud…very inconsiderate! The next night the campground lost power for awhile…but great management was quick to remedy the situation.

Our site was level and shaded. Lots of noise in the area were were for an overnight stay, especially early in the morning with noisy diesel trucks at 5 am sitting there with motor running. We plan on returning in a few days to a prime spot that is suppose to be quiet and with a swing in the back of the park.

Easy to find , nice pool and hot tub which was a bonus. Our site was grassy and no shade but further into the park the sites were tree covered. Store was nice and fully stocked. No issues while at this park.

It was a tad cool when we stayed as a cold front had come thru but I sure did utilize the hot tub! My wife loved the swings with the fire pit. Everyone was very friendly and we hope to visit again soon!

Love this place!!! I know they can't manage the neighbors sounds. But, it doesn't stop me from coming back. People are great! The best place to set up a tent!

This is our halfway point for a lot of our adventures. Every single time we come back through, the owners have done something to update and enhance this campground. New plants, decorative fences, paved roads, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Other travelers must be noticing the improvements as there were more rvs there this time than any other time we have stayed here.

Only stayed overnight. Loved the Spanish moss draped oaks, large sites, friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer, Maybe next time!

Very nice from the moment we pulled in. Everyone that works there was polite,friendly and helpful. Even when another camper messed up the dog park the next morning the crew was there to put it back in order so it could be used. My Aussiedoodle really appreciated it , she and her two friends that travel in their own coach with us love to be able to play off leash. Thanks

Have been staying here for years except when it fell into disrepair. New owners have done a TERRIFIC job cleaning things up including old, permanent occupants, paving interior roads, pool area, cabins etc. so pleased for them. Only wish they’d put a little gravel at the turns. It’s almost impossible to stay on the pavement for those of us who need a wide turn.

We were warmly wecomed and had no trouble pulling into our site and hooking up. The park is clean and well-kept. Owner and staff friendly and efficient.

3 night stay Very friendly staff. Clean facilities - we did laundry, used jacuzzi area made purchases in general store. Our site was excellent and we were very impressed with the cleaning and attention to care. Would like to have seen breakfast cafe and maybe social area. Nice experience Thank you

Parts of this park are very very nice with beautiful trees etc. Our site was a bit barren but frankly as it was only an overnight stay that was just fine. No picnic table on our site however we did not require one or ask for one. I’d stay again but be more choosy about which site.

The spots are so close you can just about hear your neighbor snoring. The roosters at 2 am .....

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As you are aware, we have both very large spots at higher rates, and smaller spots at lower rates, one of which you booked. Unfortunatley, we are not quite sure where the rooster you may have heard was but definitely at least two properties from the park in any direction.

Outstanding except for pumping of the septic tank right outside my door( literally) at 7:30 pm after working all day to come home to that. The young lady at the desk was most helpful and professional.

This was our very first stay as newbies, and Debby was very accommodating, cheerfully answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome! Site was clean, utilities were top notch, grounds were clean and well maintained, pool and jacuzzi area were clean as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already book a return visit in December. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

I stopped in to get my pro pain tank filled and then was on my way to find a laundromat to finish drying my laundry (because I was at a different place and dryer quit working) so I asked the gentleman who was helping me where the closest laundromat was and he informed me I could use the one there, I was very Happy I didn't have to drive around town to find a place!!! I was very Happy with this KOA that I will for sure tell people to go there!!!!!
