The manager or owner of this location is rude and violent, all over driving through a campground site. We will NEVER stay here again and we will spend the winters in Florida elsewhere.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You understood which way to go to that site as it was your second time in that site and fully understood to back in. You chose to drive to it your own way across a septic tank and lines in the process. Your wife called our so called rude person an A@#hole, you were then asked to leave.

Great hosts, great facilities. Sites in the back have superb views. A couple of the front pull thoughs have their own dog parks for your fur babies. Nice 24 hour laundry, exercise room.and the store even has fresh eggs.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Pull through sites are large & level enough you don’t have to unhook. Ours had plenty of shade as well. Pool was clean & a nice size. People were friendly.

Thanks guys I pulled in late as my convoy had camper flats and couldn’t catch up till next afternoon. Hosts were so gracious .we are eventually becoming Perry full timers so as we have guests come and go we will direct them to you. By the way I stayed here a year ago Feb and the place has been upgraded so much I almost didn’t recognize it ! KUDOS!

Enjoyed camping here for the night. Super friendly staff, great camping neighbors. It was a mellow night so it was very pleasant. The only thing that people should watch out for is the mini thorns in the tent camping sites. You don't notice them until you're barefoot and you get like 30 tiny thorns stuck in your feet, which really hurt.

It was fine but I’m assuming the owner the blond really either acts like security or simply nosy but every time we’d turn around she was there. Just not meant ch privacy.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The blonde and her husband own the park. We live on site thus perform 24/7 security and most park duties. We saw you 3 times during your stay, once at check in, once to ask you not to speed in the park, and once walking your dog. If you saw us more then that's probably a good thing.

The smell from the local paper mill was overwhelming. The code to the men's bathroom didn't work and wouldn't open the door. Luckily my daughter was there to stand guard while I used the women's bathroom.

It was windy so the air quality was good. Sometimes the smell of the paper factory which is a few miles away is over whelming.

Not what we usually expect from KOA. Many sites very unlevel. Many sites once had surface but now are grass. We were assigned one of the most unlevel. Would have asked to move but already hooked up. Could not level Class A. Not as appears on website. Super sites in back are anything but super. Will not go back. Needs upgrading. Roads are in disrepair except main entrance.

It was a very nice site with a enclosed pen for dogs and a gas grill and fire pit with table and chairs and 2 extra chairs for the fire pit The site was spacious and well maintained

The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Site was easy to setup and level our rig. We stayed one night.

There was a horrible smell at the camground. The bathrooms only had one toilet for the men and there was a long line. The pool restrooms were unavailable. It was convenient for a one night stop and the sites were level, but ot would not be a destination spot.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Any smell at Perry is the papermill 2.5 miles away. Our men's room has 2 stalls and 1 urinal. Review of security cameras in front of the bathhouse/boat parking shows a total of 2 men using the facility during your stay at different times. No lines ever. Pool bathrooms-open 4 ppl actually using pool.

Campsite very spacious, grounds well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Although it was a business trip and we didn't get to enjoy the amenities we had an enjoyable stay. We will be back at Perry KOA in June and will definitely recommend it to friends.

The site that we had was outstanding…C9…the luxury site if you had a pet. The staff was very friendly and hospitable…the owners , Brian and Deb couldn’t be more accommodating…thank you!

We stayed in site E27 probably the best site in the park, if only all campground locations had sites this good travel across country might be more pleasurable than the destination.

Very nice campground. Clean bathrooms/showers. Clean pool, playground, and gazebo. The gazebo is really nice, with 4 large patio swings and a firepit in the middle. The sites are situated under big, beautiful oak trees. Overall, a nice quiet stay with friendly hosts and campers! We plan to return next time we are traveling around the nature coast of Florida.

I really really liked this park. Nice sites we loved the room and the layouts. Clean and well cared for park. This is a WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN when in this neck of the woods. Big thumbs up

I stopped in to get my pro pain tank filled and then was on my way to find a laundromat to finish drying my laundry (because I was at a different place and dryer quit working) so I asked the gentleman who was helping me where the closest laundromat was and he informed me I could use the one there, I was very Happy I didn't have to drive around town to find a place!!! I was very Happy with this KOA that I will for sure tell people to go there!!!!!
