Only downside was our itinerary didn't allow us to stay longer than 1 night. Beautiful campground with amazing the comforts needed to make our quick stay enjoyable

Super campground for so many reasons, GREAT STAFF! Extremely clean, well maintained and well organized. Quiet and overall feeling of happiness, enjoyment and fun. Location is close enough to visit historical landmarks in Philadelphia, casinos in Atlantic City and beaches in New Jersey and Delaware.

This is a nice park in close proximity to Philadelphia. We were just passing through for a night. Staff was friendly but sites are pretty narrow. If you are a longer rig with slide outs make sure you get a site with more space on one side.

We stayed in the back the prior visit, this time we were in the front. The front has tight spots with what looks like some seasonals who need to tidy up a bit. However, the amenities are good, it has a nice pool and the jump pillow is a fav of the kids. Would recommend the back part of the park for any length of stay and the front for a one night stay.

Very nice campground with lots to do for kids and adults. Close to Philadelphia. We really enjoyed the fire fly light show every night at the back of the campground.

Great Campground! Enjoyed our stay very much and will happily stay here again. We had a pull through site that was plenty big for our big rig, the bath house was close by and very clean. The laundry was great except the dryers were way too hot even on the low heat cycle - I mean so hot that I couldn't touch my clothes hot! Everyone is soooo friendly! Highly recommend.

Short stay to visit family in the area. Camp sites are small but the bounce pad was fun and the pool clean and inviting.

Not conducive for rainy weather. Hard to get out of the RV after a hard rain. Well kept grounds, family friendly environment. Customer service was excellent.

Only stayed overnight but the site was spacious and clean. Loved the dog pen and wi fi was excellent. Check in smooth and escort was quick and efficient. Much appreciated after a long drive. .

Had a great time with the family. Restrooms are very clean, pool is very nice and staff is very friendly. I am a newbie RVer and was happy to be lead to my campsite by staff. The also have a lot of pull thru sites which are great for parking my trailer.

Sites in front of park are very unlevel, narrow and the tables are in disrepair. The water and electrical hookups are placed so that I had to use extensions on both. I stayed in a 27' trailer. There are better spots in the back but I wasn't given a choice. This park needs much improvement.

Our stay was nice, except our site was unfinished (site #98) and beside the maintenance building. Obviously, prior to our arrival, the slab of cement was removed and no stones were put down in it's place to cover up the dirt, therefore, the dirt turned into mud once it rained.

Thank you for your review. The site is not unfinished, it has a guest staying there that put a rug down and killed the grass. We would normally wait for the grass to grow before putting someone there but you had needed to stay so we accommodated you. Happy camping.

We were there 1 night only and our bumper hitch was stolen during the night. We were in the back dark end of the park. Not a good feeling to know thieves are stealing your belongings while you are sleeping.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Nice big K9 area for dogs to run around in. A lot of things to do. We would come back again. Campers very courteous and nice. Wonderful experience. Very relaxing. We give it a 4.5 rating because our site flooded - maybe you could put more stones in site to eliminate some of the flooding?

The wooded area by the cabins on the lake were spacious and beautiful for families. Play areas, fishing pond, trampoline, we’re all beautiful additions for families. The trailer sites on the side of the entrance were crammed, and too hot with few trees. We were disappointed in our parking lot accommodations but we’re happy to join our family in cabin.

Park amenities are good but sites are tight and need the gravel upgraded to eliminate the mud when it's raining. Our sites patio was located oddly and was cracked from coaches running over it..Staff was friendly, but emergency line was not answered at 8:00 when tree branch feel on site next to us. Park is conveniently located off highway just south of Philadelphia.

I enjoyed our stay. Staff and office are very friendly and helpful. Only problem was with the grade of the sites. Water should run though not gather and stay for days. Laundry was clean and we'll taken care of. We rented cabins many times for our friends and family. Very nice. If in town again, plan to stay again.

Small campground, clean, pool was small but clean. We loved the “kiddie pool” which was only 1.5 feet deep and great for our 2 year old. The lady at the front desk could have been a bit more friendly and polite. We loved the sit down bikes. Our site was right by the playground and jump pad which was very convenient. Overall a good campground.

Very nice KOA. We will stay here again. It is very clean and all the employees are very nice. Most site are a good size and the pool area is really nice. The dog park is large and clean and there are supper markets and great restaurants. The Delaware river is very close so if you like watching the ships and the planes go by it is only 10 minutes from this KOA. This is a great place to stay.
