Bathrooms need cleaning and deodorizing. Pool was filled with debris & bugs.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey. We clean the bathrooms often and sorry you found them dirty. The pool does get leaves and bugs because it is outside. We do try to net the pool several times during the day. So sorry you were not happy.

It was very hot and the pool was closed during most of our stay.

A Five for the immaculate Bathrooms alone! Best of our whole trip by far. Great staff. Nice wooded sites. A few odd hookup placements though. Close to all Pictured Rock themed things and beaches. Also plan a few days to go to some farther waterfalls if like hiking.

the campground was very well located. The grounds are adequate but not special but since we were here to see the beautiful landscape in the area, it was fine with us. We normally stay and state and federal parks and we are glad that the KOA site we had was not too small like others we experienced. We would return again if ever in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised! I have checked reviews over the years, and I went in not expecting much. I was wrong. This was a nice experience.

This little kampground was wonderful. Quiet, shaded, larger sized lots, and very close to many things to do. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thank You for 4 great days!

This is a beautiful campground with virtually all of the sites in a canopy of tall, mature trees. It has a great "wilderness" feel with all of the conveniences. The layout of the sites allows for a great balance of privacy and community.

So many simple things could be done to make the campgrounds better. Our cabin was not cleaned or swept, the weeds were overgrown all around our cabin and their was NO GRASS or anywhere my dogs could lay without being so dirty. The "dog run" was non existent and barely even usable. Overall the cabin was cute, but not happy with anything else

Best aspect of this KOA are the many trees in the camping area. The front desk staff of 2 women were exceedingly helpful and professional. Biggest complaint was the need for more attention to cleanliness/litter in the restrooms and grounds.

We enjoy our stay at Munising/Pictured Rocks KOA. We stay there at least twice a season; would stay more but they are usually booked up when we want to stay. We especially like site #21 or #33. Will be back up there 9/2.....see ya then.

Nice campground, lots of new. Could not experience the pool due to weather but it looked nice. We were on site 19. It could be graded out a bit more level. We struggled leveling our motorhome. Otherwise, the staff was nice and laid back. We enjoyed it very much!

Overall a good place to stay. Full hook up sites are pretty narrow and face your neighbor, which makes things interesting. They would be great if you were camping with someone you knew. The staff is awesome!

We were to stay at an electric and water site but got a call that the bathrooms weren’t finished yet so they offered us a full hook up instead! Very pleased; loved the new road surface too! Adequate space for parking our rig and easy to get in and out! Used the laundry also and it was in great shape! Thank you

Fantastic, our favorite KOA in Michigan. Polite, professional, helpful, friendly. Park is clean very well maintained, we will return often.

It’s a lovely camp ground! Lots of trees! So beautiful when I was there in late May. The sites are fairly close together but with all the trees it’s not uncomfortable. I had a problem with my coach when I was ready to pull out and the maintenance guy came and fixed it so I could go on my way safely. Awesome! I’ll be back!

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
