We were at two different camp sites and the cable did not work site 17 and 19.

Thanks for the feedback. We haven't had any other complaints on the sites for cable troubles, it sounds like it may be something on your end.

Great location close to lots of stuff, friendly staff, could add more amenities like the other KOA’s but that wasn’t necessarily a big deal to us since we were there to explore. Sites were beautiful and wooded.

Clean modern bathrooms. Very helpful and accommodating staff, Sites may be small for some, but we had no problem with our 35 foot 5th-wheel.

Although there may be some great sites at this campground, we stayed at site 41 which shares electric/water pedestal with site next to us. This sharing means both of our camping areas outside our doors shared the same space. Our picnic tables were within a few feet of each other. Consider charcoal only to reduce smoke from 50+ Campfires. Smoke during still night was terrible. Staff was great.

First KOA I ever stayed at, I felt safe and welcomed. Great place for kids and pets. Cabin was beyond adorable and very very clean bathrooms. Would stay there again and would recommend to all.

When I can to check on an opening he said he’d call me back and never did even after I’d stressed that I needed to find a place to please let me know. I called got a spot he couldn’t answer any questions. We came to check in the guy was rude. He said the spot was gravel , it was dirt . Pet walk was a joke. A narrow path NO one would want to walk through. Definitely not a KOA experience!

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey and are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. All of our sites are a mix of gravel and dirt. We also have a nice fenced in pet area along with a cleared out trail to walk.

We were put in the front field (yes field of flat grass) where the spots are so close together the backs of the trailers are nearly touching. There is a zero privacy by the fire pits. The spots are so close that the neighbor couldn't even put out their awning without it hitting our trailer! This was without doubt the worst KOA we've ever stayed at and we will never stay here again.

Very nice campground. Clean and updated restrooms and showers. Very quiet except for construction nearby which started at 6 every morning (we have a tent camper).

Sites were small. Bathrooms were nice. Staff was helpful. Too bad it’s right on a 65mph highway. Literally. Some sites are 50’ from the highway.

Water hookup is on opposite side of campsite from electric. Cable TV hookup is stripped and could not be used. Site was level but small.

We appreciate the feedback and apologize about the cable not working. This is the first we have heard of it being stripped. The back in sites along the pool are smaller, if you stay with us again the pull throughs and 50 amps are larger.

Sights were not level at all. So off level I could close my RV door. Labeled horrible...took me several times around the campground to find my site number.

We enjoyed our eight nights there! We had a pull through companion site since we were traveling with another couple & it worked our perfectly! Site was long enough for both our camper & truck.

Great layout. well wooded , clean bathrooms / showers which are also set up for wheelchair access. We spent a week there and never regretted a single day. Next time were in Munising we will stay there again. Charley and Faye

Thought the campground was very nice but would not recommend lots 1 thru 7 due to the closeness of the road in front. Lots of traffic noise. Other than that I give it a thumbs up.

The staff was wonderful. The sites were clean, well cared for. Bathrooms clean. I did not use the pool but it's large and looked clean.

This KOA was the poorest that we have stayed at. The site was very unlevel. The staff was indifferent, at best.

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
