Staff very pleasant and helpful. Even let us know that we were entitled to a free night because it was the weekend of the 10th to 12th - a nice surprise! Laundry and restrooms clean. The campsites are quite unique as the spaces are in the "woods".

Mostly,it was a good stay. The sites are pretty close together. And as there was construction going on next door, it was kinda noisy in the morning.

Seen homeless person first night in camp, walking around and then later sitting at picinic table. We walk dog around 11 pm, carried flashlight, there are no street lights, hard to have security and feel safe. Used laundry area, clean and easy accessible. Used shower once and people doing dishes, three sinks being used. Don't think we would stay again

We had asked for a satellite friendly site and in our confirmation were told it would be: “Your Campsite: Back In, 50/30 Amps, Full Hookups Our sites are located in the front area of the campground and very easy to access. Conveniently located near the office/gift shop. Great sites for your satelite dish signal and large RV's.” We were assigned site 7; a mudpit and not satellite frien

We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your site and your satellite didn't work up front. We typically don't have any issues with guests satellite's not working with it being more open.

the park was OK for the most part, but the men's shower had no chair or any place to put your dry clothes. The first time I took a shower, i put my dry clothes on the floor in the corner farthest from the shower and they got wet! My wife and I feel the campsites are too close.

Great place!! Away from road noise, large wooded lots. Best place I have stayed at in a long time!

Many of the sites don't have water and sewer. Many don't have sewer. I found that odd for a KOA. I booked 2 months in advance and didn't get water or sewer. There's a dump site at the office out front, plus water fill station. Nice little campground, but not up to my KOA expectations. Although this KOA doesn't sell propane, there's a propane retailer right next door at a good price/gal.

The employees were curtious and gracious. Thought I had one more night stay and they were able to accommodate us with another spot.

Outstanding customer service. Clean facilities. Decent WiFi. Great location as a hub to the great Upper Peninsula North. Will definitely consider as a launching point again. Only near negative low-ish water pressure; not enough to keep me away. Thank you for the great stay.

Pretty park. Some sites are very close which isn't unusual for KOAs. Wish we would have had water hook-up. Back of the park back-in sites looked really nice. Hope to get in one of those next time.

Campsites were excellent. Bathrooms and showers too far from many sites. Paper towels and toilet paper shortages.

Campsite is set on angle that had our rig tight to the neighbor. Garbage truck pickup at 5:40 am. I understand issues happen. But needs to have this row of sites checked for improvement.

Very clean campground. The sites are large and the pool is heated. It was a great stay for my family.

Rating it 2 was for the staff or it would be less, she was by herself & stressed. The KOA is in bad shape!!! Dirty cabin & bath house is an under statement! I do not blame the staff their hands were full in the store. The bathrooms were out of supplies the entire time we where there. Camp sites are on top of each other & way to close to cabins people talked & snored so loud it was crazy!�

Love the location near Pictured Rocks and generally feel the place is a great place to stay with the family.

Staff was great but the stay not so much. There was no one there to regulate sound or anything other campers were doing. The people staying right next to us were extremely loud, drunk, and obnoxious. We picked there because we thought it was a quiet family place to stay, but unfortunately both nights we were kept up till past 3am because of noise and yelling from campers next to us.

After traveling over 10 hours on a holiday weekend, we arrived 2 hours early from check in. We were not allowed to checkin even though our site was empty. They claimed they had to clean and check it. We were offered to come back or park by the road and unhook until check in. Our site was full of dog food and dog feces covered over by leaves. Disgusting. I will never be back.

We appreciate the feedback and are sorry to hear your site had this problem. If you had notified the office we could have taken care of it immediately, unfortunately with the leaves covering it must have been missed. We most definitely allow early check in's when the site is ready!

I was so suprised that this is a KOA camp ground. It was so loud all through the night and close to the road with construction right across the street that started at 5 am. The bathrooms were average. The host was friendly and helpful that got you the 2 ND star

it was a good clean place to stay. we did use the laundry facilities the were adequate. For the value id have rather stayed in a state park.

I had to call twice to fix my reservation, the bathroom’s are absolutely horrible. If you are paying 60 plus dollars a night there should not be mold on the door in the shower, I should not have to clean the shower before taking a shower, and you should not be out of toilet paper in 2 bathroom stalls 3 hours after you cleaned the bathroom when each stall hold’s 4 rolls of toilet paper.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the stay and the restrooms didn't meet your standards. Unfortunately the showers are used by many guests and get a deep clean daily 12-2. The paper product we received isn't standard and a bit smaller for the 3 holder dispensers & checked often to avoid this-

Spacious sites but the electric pedal were kind of screwy. We shared with one that had us so far away from the sewer hookup that we had to wait til the day we left to back up and dump. Other than that a nice camp.

Campground was decent, Staff was friendly and helpful, they could use some maintenance around the place, nothing major, just things like the water spigot in our site leaked, in the men’s showers some of the hooks were broken so no place to hang towels or clothes, the rv dump station lid was broken. Both Mon.and Wed.morning we were woke by a garbage truck at around 5:30 a.m. emptying the dumpster

We had the most wonderful time making this our base camp for visiting the Upper Peninsula. Sites were spacious and private and laundry was clean. We didn’t use the bath houses so I can’t comment on the cleanliness of those.

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
