Way too noisy. There are several sites along a very busy and loud highway and unfortunately we stayed in one. If you plan to stay here, must stay in back.

Camp site was very nice, well maintained and spacious! Staff were great and the accommodations there were nice, especially for the dogs.

First time here...loved how close we were to the pool and the playground so we didn't have to leave our site to watch our kids.

Facilities were very nice and clean. Walking around the property all of the plots were well done. Only wish that when I called to reserve a location that they would have explained that the available tent spot was going to be the "over fill" next to the main road.

Pretty confortable, friendly staff, wish you would've had a dump station, price just a bit high.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the modern amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and gift shop. However, the location is not desirable, the spots were not private at all and it was very crowded. The showers were not clean. It suited our needs because it was a close drive to Munising and Pictured Rocks, but we will not be staying here again.

Just need a dumpster didnt see one for campers but mughtve just missed it! Young woman in charge has fanominal customer service, cant rememeber name.

Was told we had full hookup, found out they lied, terrible sites not well managed having small popups on a large pull through and large RVs on back in small sites. Won't be back

The park was great, the Pictured Rocks Sea Spray tour was awesome. I especially appreciate the dog kennels provided by the tour.

We had reservations at another campground we arrived and it was atrocious we could not stay. After a night in our truck we are just going to turn around drive back home vacation ruined until we called your campground and talked to Kelsey. She totally saved our vacation and not only worked us in but worked it where we would not have to change spots after a few days. Campground was amazing and clean

Loved it. CAYLEE was the young lady that helped me on the phone and Check in. She is a asset to your koa campground. Hope to stay for longer next year!

The shower didn’t have any hooks or shower seat the floor was really dirty toilet paper all over the place I bin to many KOA this one war the dirtiest

Sorry to hear the bathroom cleanliness wasn't to your standards. We check them frequently and do a deep clean in the afternoon daily. All of our showers have hooks and a bench in the hall area that may have been moved to a shower.

When we booked we said we wanted a full hookup, did not get it. The lots are ok but not very level. Water pressure was very low. Internet was terrible. The bath house was awesome, clean and we'll kept up.

we had requested a space close to our daughters. That was not honored but we were not notified that wasn't going to be possible. Our space was odd. Had to park into in opposite of everyone else on that row cuz of where picnic table and electric was located. However, spot was nice a large and easy access. Had an email re entering that we should stay in vehicle and they would come out to finish

the laundry was great .the office/shop was great! the bathrooms need to be cleaned more the handicapped shower is a mess! the campsites could becleaner and the pool needs to be redone it is a mess!

Great campground, especially for being a “journey”. Full hook up sites are far from the road and LOTS of trees. We will definitely come again!

We had a beautiful site with elec only. Very happy with site. To be fair there were a ton of kids that night. I love the sound of them running around but the bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper everywhere---- dirt all over the floor. If I did not have to use the restroom , I would have given the campground a 5.

Website said full, called direct and Kelsey gave us an overflow site. Before we arrived and without asking, they upgraded us to a beautiful wooded spacious electric site. Thank you

The campground is clean and well kept. We did use the pool and it was fine also. We were disappointed in site 45 as it sloped strongly down rear-to-front. We had to use all of our leveling boards and blocks for our motorhome. Site utilities were good. The proximity to the docks for the cruises was very good. PS there are many excellent level sites on this property. Merits a call before booking.

The staff at this campgrounds were superb and very customer friendly. They tried to accommodate us in every way, but some things were out of their control. We were placed close to a busy highway that was extremely noisy all night. The spot had no shade, was sandy and dusty, and was full of flies. The sites located in the forest were much quieter, secluded, and shaded by trees.

Having never stayed at a KOA I was delightfully surprised to find a well maintained facility with almost all of the sites completely tree shaded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

Checked in around 4:00 PM, left about 6:00 PM. The dog in the site next to us never stopped barking and no one from the campground ever came around to look into it. I received an email early in the day directing me to stay in my car at check in and someone would come out to meet me. After sitting there for half hour i finally went inside to check in. Feel free to contact me.

Nice little campground. Our site was nice. Our only complaint is that it would be nice to have closer access to the bathhouse. Look out for chippies and squirrels - they're troublemakers!

Dirty, dirty, dirty. When we arrived the people before us had left some items behind. Bathrms need to be cleaned more often. We couldn't choose a campsite when we reserved so we ended up with a site close to the main road. Lots of road noise. Horrible compared to the state park campgrounds.

Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to ensure the restrooms are clean throughout the day. The site type reserved is near the entrance of the campground. If you stay with us again please give us a call and we can chose a site type that sits further back into the campground.

Great sites for the most part with the highly wooded screening effect. My site was very weird having the utilities in the wrong side of the trailer which is very inconvenient. Had to jockey the trailer very close to a tree so the hookups would reach. Looked like a road turned into an additional site as an after thought. REALLY need bigger shower facilities. Only around 20 full hookups.

The sites were very small and super close together. Proximity to our tourist destinations was the reason for the stay, and that was ideal. Other than that, it was disappointing to pay more than a state park, and there was one bathroom for the entire campground and it was disgusting most of the time, despite the poor employees seen cleaning multiple times.

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
