Campground was great except for our site #19, the grade made it difficult to level properly with the 3" blocks I had with us. Also, we recycle and did not find any recycling dumpsters. When we asked, we were shown a location that was only a garbage dumpster. The camp staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay in a beautiful setting.

It was our first time to the area and we loved it! My husband and I stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground is very nice with shaded sites that offer some privacy, even the full service sites! I cannot speak for the bathrooms because we have a full service trailer but the rest of the campground was kept very nice. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location if looking to explore pictured rock area. Sites are shaded. Staff is excellent. Pool was clean and warm. Could use a few more showers with larger stalls. Otherall excellent place to stay!

Did not like our site. We were placed on the grass near the road into the park and near the highway. Lots of dust from the road coming into the park. Upon arrival, no picnic table or firepit were in place. Did not feel like we were camping. Sadly, I had our reservation back in January and assumed we would get a nice site in the woods... We will not be returning to your KOA.

We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, the 50 amp full hooks up fill quickly and we have few of them (majority up front). If you decide to stay with us again, please call and we could set you up in the back 50 amp if available.

We booked a site eight months ago. I was clear on the size of our 5th wheel. It is clear that whoever assigns the spots has no clue about campers or has never walked their campground. They put us on a spot (59) that has a tree in the middle of the site! We were offered an overflow that we took. As we walked the campground there were tents on nice level wide sites that should only be for campers.

No management. I booked our site last winter and ended up on the road sites. Our paperwork said pull thru, but when we arrived, there was a motor home on our site. I assumed he was told to park there, and he said he could not figure out his spot. We squeaked in to the far left of the site with the pavilion right out our front door. I talked to the girl behind the desk, she said she would talk to

A little noisy........ needs a full pad at the dump station, many RVs are a bit older now day, seems like there was a lot of leakage going on from RVs around the dump station, if there was a concrete pad for the RVs to park on, it would make that area more sanitary.....

Pool was great, showers were clean with good water pressure. The laundry facility was fast and clean. The overall campground set up leads to great kid interactions with other campsites.

We enjoyed Munising KOA very much. The cruise on the lake to see Pictured Rocks was well worth the trip.

used to stay at KOAs a lot, but they got too pricey. I think i'll start using KOA again. They have a nice level of quality and cleanliness.

Excellent, had been assigned a site that wouldn’t work with out set-up. They we’re able to move us to another site (91) that was perfect for our truck camper. Have stayed here 2 times now in past 3 years. Highly recommend this KOA. Nice people, very clean and quiet! Thank you KOA!

Bathroom facility OK - shower stall in ladies with broken shower wand made it hard to shower - floor so wet it was quite dangerous. This park has very limited playground equipment if you're traveling with kids. If your site is in row A as ours was, the noise from the working shop next door seemed to be day & night - very frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey. The shower head is removeable in one of the shower stalls per ADA requirements. The building next door was getting a new roof and the noise isn't constant. Sorry it was loud.

We had minor power issues reported by our Progressive EMS unit that may have cause GFCI events and the water valve was broken.

This KOA is by far the worst. We made a reservation nine months in advance; requesting that we be near the family we were traveling with, but that did not happen. It is across from a landfill and a train. We were on site seven which was located between the dumpster and a busy road. The first night we had several cars drove through our site nearly missing my daughter playing. Don’t camp here!

Nice wooded campground. The only problems the space was too small & difficult to back into with our 36’ 5th wheel. Too many trees and not much space.My husband is an excellent driver and backs in with ease but #16 is challenging. If I returned I would get a pull through. Also quiet time is 11-7. Baby cried until 12 am outside next space. People talking.

This place is very clean, well kept place. The wireless connection sucks. Both wifi and cellular. But everything else is great!

Great location close to Miner’s Castle and Miner’s Beach. We had a site in the back along the trees and it was nice and private. If you’re up near the pool is was pretty loud. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are really far away from the sites in the back. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The campground was very easy in and out, especially with being able to do the express check-in. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean. The only negative would be the showers, they were small and the large shower had a broken showerhead. Will definitely be coming back

We love staying here. We've been coming back for the last 3 years. The staff is very friendly and the facility is well kept.

While thankful we were able to secure same day reservation, your rates are higher than competing RV parks. You do have Lots of trees at your site.

Our grandchildren had a great time. They were able to swim, ride their scooter and walk the dog nearby. We only had electricity no water or sewage waste at site. Staff was helpful and site was quiet at night and clean when we arrived.

Unfortunately the parking lot/driveway was being tarred on a busy Friday, and there were small signs indicating where to go. Had to turn around and try to park.

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
