Didn't come to camp but to explore, so we didn't have time to try out out pool or hang out. It was a great place to base out of, overall quiet and secluded right off the highway, and the staff was great answering questions on what to see and where to go

Campground was nice and secluded and broken up very well. Amenities were acceptable and clean. Wood was a bit overpriced but it is what it is. I would stay again!

First time staying at a KOA. Our site was nice and the area had a lot of trees. The bathroom was clean. I think there was only one or two showers but nice to have. It's not far from the boat docks and town. Good stopping place.

Alllll the trees!!! We loved all the shade! I felt like we were truly camping and not in a parking lot. Sites were spread out and great location for exploring Pictured Rocks.

Wooded sites were nice. Pool clean. Since it was so busy, restrooms needed more attention. More lighting over sinks and more hooks in shower stalls would be helpful.

The staff answered all of our questions and provided the information we needed for our stay and the area. We tent camped and for what we needed it was just fine.

My campsite had no trees and all the kids used our site as access to the playground and pool. The bathroom needs cleaned more often.

It was our base camp for the UP clean, and friendly. Camp site was big. Pool good bathrooms clean 1 suggestion maybe a jump pad for kids

Good location for visiting Pictured Rocks and Munising. Bath and shower were just OK, Most of the campground is very dark due to numerous mature trees. Internet and cable worked fine. Looks like the park was at least trying to make improvements with new decking and road grading and gravel. Would be nice if there were more full hook up and paved sites.

The park was very nice and we enjoyed having electric and water hookups. We did not use the pool but would if we had our grandchildren with us. Everything was well maintained and we were even able to buy a cable cord at the park store. My only suggestion would be to have a walking path in the middle of the park for campers on the outer roads to be able to cut through to use the facilities.

Great family campground! Only suggestion would be to add the “Command” brand of hooks in the showers since the screw in ones do not appear to be staying up.

I wish your wifi was stronger. Not complete communication about the dump station closure at 10am on our day of departure. They did find us a place to dump but it then cost us $5 to dump.

The bathrooms are terrible!!! This just wasn’t from a day of not cleaning. The dirt is an ongoing issue of not being cleaned. I would avoid this KOA. It was our only option for 2 nights. We stayed in another private campground for 2 nights that was very clean.

It was quiet and clean, they seem to be updating buildings. Big sites need to be used for large rvs, rather than popups and tents. Some site improvements would be nice to see.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. After we checked out they allowed us to park up our motorhome while we went on a lake cruise. Awesome gesture & much appreciated.

We reserved late so we were put into the overflow area. This campground is beautiful and well-maintained. Although the overflow is near the street, we had a ton of space and were right next to the provided dog park. Our dog appreciated that and so did we! We will definately stay at this campground again and look forward to staying on one of the beautiful sites in the park near the dog trail.

We have been camping at the Wandering Wheels campground (KOA) in Wetmore for 20 years. We had an excellent stay! We were impressed with the improvements in the shower/restroom areas. Beautiful job. We have dealt with numerous managers over the last 20 years but we have to say that Nona is by far the best ever! She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are truly going to miss her!

Our site was decent. A bit small, but it worked. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 washing machines were out of order. Normally that wouldnt matter, but this was midway through our trip, and we stayed here specifically to do laundry. They had a small dog run, which we, and our dogs, really enjoyed. They provided the pooper scooper and waste bags too. That was a nice perk.

It was perfect location close to all the waterfalls and trails! I did not like the front row sites too well sitting in full sun all day and too close to your neighbor.

Quiet campground, no road noise. Pool looked clean, but we didn’t use. Bathrooms were not the cleanest, mid - late morning was the worst. The office staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The camp site was a wonderful location. It was close to all the site seeing we wanted to do. There were many beautiful trails and waterfalls near by. All the Staff members were amazing. I couldn't believe how truly helpful they were with everything! I would definitely go back again!!

Great KOA for fall colors. We just missed having access to the pool but nice little hikes and super close to the falls, pictured rocks and everything else we needed. Will visit again. Staff were awesome and welcoming!
