Greeted nicely upon arrival. Decent spots. Some trees at the spots which was nice. Nice laundry room. Clean older bath house. Will stay again in the future.

Very unlevel sites. You have to share a water spiket with your neighbors. So, when they use their water you loose pressure. For the price you pay for a KOA it should be alot better park.

Was having trouble getting level do to the amount of gravel they had put in the space, kept sinking. After 5 attempts I went to office to ask for some suggestions. The owner of park came out and he was very, very RUDE. Said don’t tell me my sites aren’t level, yelling at me. After saying he could evict me at anytime, he came back out all sweet. This guy kept getting very close and putting hand

This is an adequate campground primarily maintained for folks just passing through. Clean but dusty due to tight spacing and few grass strips between sights. This campground is about 40 years old. Originally designed for 124 units it is now limited to 64 as RVs have increased in length. At least half the sites are without sewer hookup but there is a dump station (kinda tight access.) OK overnight.

Was charged 50.97 on 6/4/21 when i made the reservation. Arrived on 6/7/ left on 6/8/21. On 6/8/21 noticed a charge on my credit card for $6.15. I called and she said maybe I went from a 30 to a 50amp. I said no we did not change our site.Then she said maybe our rig was too big. No it is not. she said we had a price increase on the 7th. No one told me that when i checked in. Will never stay again!

Great jumping off point for Pocatello adventures. Very quiet at night. Bathroom was clean and the showers were hot. Rose, the manager is nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the girls in the front office and the gentleman who helped us park and answered our questions. The girls in the office were great at recommending fishing spots, and if you have kids and want a guaranteed catch, hit up the ponds! Beautiful site and great staff!

There are no amenities at this location. Our entrance upon returning was blocked with emergency vehicles leaving us much to wonder about. This may be the most dismal KOA we have ever visited. Check in was easy and went smoothly.

Just a short overnight for our spring shakedown. wish there more grass. Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Everything works and is well maintained. Always will be a stop when we're passing through.

We enjoyed our stay while touring Pocatello and Idaho Falls areas. Good location close to restaurants and groceries. Easy access to gasoline and propane on site, competitive prices. Well stocked store. Wonderful, helpfull staff. Only drawback was no sewer connection, but on site dump station was easy and handy. Enjoyed watching the neighbor's horses, donkeys, and llama.

Marcel and his staff were amazing, we had fellow travelers with us and the staff moved us right next to each other, beautiful grounds!

Small spaces, unkempt bath and shower area, noisy dogs, no masks or social distancing. Employees very friendly.

we have signs that state social distancing and our state has lifted the ban on masking. sorry you felt that our bathrooms and showers are unkept we always get high praise on that issue clean and fresh restrooms

We arrived late but the key and map were waiting for us. Another fine stay in a KOA Kabin.

Pocatello KOA was an overnight stay. Our site had shade trees even tho we didn't need them because there was a thunder and lightning storm that night. Staff was friendly. We would stay at this KOA again if we are ever in the area again.

Our stay was great; we only stayed for one night, but this campground was exactly what we were looking for! Rose, the manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and overall, a great person to talk to! I would definitely return to this campground.

At check in lady behind counter very rude. Had made reservations months in advance for a 44 foot 5th wheel, she let it be known in a very rude manner that they normally don’t take anything above 42 feet. We were only staying for one night and ended up in what they called a pull through with only water and power, which was no big deal. Had trouble getting into the site due to another campers truc

sorry you where not happy with our desk help when you came in. but we are a old koa and our sites are limited to the size of rigs that we can have open for you to fit. And we have posted on our web site to please call us if longer then 42ft. So glad you stayed with us.

Good open spaces with plenty of room in between camps. Great for passing through. Would have given 4 stars but when these rv parks, and this isn't the only one, put the sewer drain on an slightly up hill angle i will rate it accordingly. I will say it was a good price also. No TV hook up so bring your satellite dish.

The site needs to have rock applied to the surface. It rained and we were walking in mud. Most all NO SEWER!!!!!.

we just put new gravel into the sites. As for your site we see you made for two days and needed 50 amp this is what was open for your stay we do have a dump station. we have been full for the summer. we are so glad you came and stayed with us

Nice place back from highway noise. Grounds and bathrooms neat and clean. The great place to say and it was perfect for our one night stay.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
