Facility was well set up & clean. My family looked forward to playing pool & ping pong during our cool, early spring visit. Most of the time we appeared to be the only campers there, but Rose refused to allow us use of the rec room, even when we offered to wear masks & disinfect after use. The state no longer was under a mask mandate. Very disappointed we weren't allowed to enjoy the facility.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay but i have been going by what our mayor and the health department has set in place. When you arrived we informed you of the issues and if you where not happy we would have gladly refunded your monies for you to find other place to stay.

We are of the older generation and usually travel in the off seasons which I thought April would be, but the campground was booked with all different younger generations recreating so it wasn't the quiet setting that we're used to in November. Great for the young families and desert dune buggy recreation people though.

We stayed on a Sunday night and it was very noisy. You can hear the interstate noise and cars leaving early in the morning. There are many people who live at the koa, and I would guess they were leaving to work.

Sorry there was too much noise. We can not control the interstate noise. As for our others that are on site they all leave around 6am for work.

Spaces are a little out of level Sewer drains are only at end of site, if towing behind Motorhome you’ll need 20 feet of sewer hose

Sorry that you had a issue with your sewer. As for the leveling of the site we are coming out of the winter and its hard to level frozen ground. if you had issues we did have other sites we could have put you in if you had let us know you where unhappy with the site.

Our spot was muddy, there was gravel in some areas but the area with hookups was muddy. My hoses and shoes were covered in mud. Additionally this was listed as a 30 and 50 amp site. However the electricity is shared with the neighboring site and they took the 30 amp outlet so we did not get electricity. We showed up past office hours so there was nothing we could do. A refund is in order.

Sorry that your were not happy. Our phone # for Manager and Assistant are both on the night registration booth. We would have been glad to help. There were several sites open for you to choose from you just needed to let us know.

We love this KOA and we plan our trips to include a stay here whenever possible. The sites are level and not too close for comfort. The store is always well stocked and the bathrooms and laundry area are clean and well maintained. Rose and Tom are the consummate hosts.

I stayed here during the winter and had difficulties with my RV. The staff at the KOA were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Staff are generous and kind.

Stayed in a wonderful little cabin! We love these! The staff was more then accommodating and friendly. Bathrooms were kept nice and toasty warm (for this cold winter time)- hot water for showers too! Very clean. Will be staying here again in summer for sure!

Campground was okay. Dont like the alternating direction of sites forcing you to share space with your neighbor. Never like this set-up, with COVID, it is really not good. None of this was a deal breaker. Deal breaker was a young male and a young female staying in the tent spaces across from us. They cussed, they smoked, they fought and we are positive she was turning tricks in her tent.

The campground is beautiful and the sites are easy to pull through or back in. We arrived late and our packet was ready for us with easy instructions how to get to our site. Everything was clean. We would definitely go to this one again!

Late arrival went well. Spot was not quite level. Asked to have extended time (and they weren't busy, lots of open spaces) and we were told three times "check-out is at 11am." Would have liked to have a little consideration for our needs especially since they weren't even close to full.

Very nice and clean park. My only complaint is that they did not give a Military/Veteran discount like other parks in the system.

It was good enough for a quick stay over for the night. Kind of weird but yet scary trying to park the rig on tiered spaces. Small campground with not many spaces to fit the larger 5th Angels and motor coaches.

Thank you for staying with us and yes we are small and old and we do state that on our site for you to call if you are 40ft or longer to make sure you will fit. Or you could call and make sure we will be able to fit. Have a great fall.

The checkin was seamless and the staff super friendly. Our parking spot was flat and services were fine. We didn't have any shade though and the bathrooms were closed for cleaning when I needed to use them. Otherwise fine and not on a freeway.

Registered online and checked it quickly when we arrived. Kabin was clean and heater on when we moved in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No onsite dump it out water (next to electrical hookup). I felt like I was in a trailer park.

Sorry you where not happy with your water and electric site you were put into. We try and make sure our customers are taken care of. And since you came in with out a reservation. We do have a dump station up at the top by the store in the back. Have a great fall season. rv

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
