Love the campground!! The staff was wonderful. The laundry & showerhouse was very clean. The only downfall was not much space between campsites but still nice .

Excellent restrooms and showers. Cordial staff and fresh coffee in the morning. Recommend this KOA to travelers!

Good campground sites are too close together. We opened our door and our neighbors door was literally three feet from us. But other than that is was nice, clean and friendly. Good stop over for a night.

Noises overnight. Unit near us allowed to have red white and blue strobe light on all night. Office said that there was nothing she could do about it after hearing our complaint.

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay, as you made the reservation online, and we made sure to give you nice grass and full hookups, other than what you were assigned to our overflow sites, as we have been packed. As for the light, you didn't give the office a chance to contact the person.

It was short, but the check in was quick & friendly. The bathrooms were older, but extremely clean (which is more important to me)

No hot tub, no cable. Can’t even use satellite due to very high trees

I spoke with them on the phone and was told to choose a spot when I came in for they would be closed. Got there found a spot and set up for the night. Everything was good, convenient and easy.

Check in was easy, but I didn't appreciate the welcome note telling me to rate the place 9s and 10s. That's tacky. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained (THANK YOU). I could smell the bleach from cleaning, which is a good thing. The camping area was flat and green. The bright fluorescent lights on all night made it really hard to sleep. The campground was very well maintained.

Very clean facilities! We arrived late and had no issues finding our tent site. We only stayed one night, but loved the convenience.

It was only a small step up from roughing it, not at all what we expected from a KOA. I honesty would have rather saved my money and gone off grid :(

The side maintenance is average. The WIFI didn't work and I could find any help.

Another beautiful campground that is well taken care of. The lady we interacted with was not the most friendly and sociable person, but she wasn't rude or disrespectful. The cabin was nice but I would suggest sweeping them out more often since there were a ton of spider webs along the ceiling beams that we didn't notice until bedtime :(

This was our second time staying at Pocatello's KOA. Both times were great! Clean grounds and restrooms, roomy sites, and convenient location for spending time with family. I am sure we will stay there again!

Fast friendly service! tent camp space was nice! Good picnic table, fire pit with a bench and a grill. In addition there was an above ground grill Which you could stand up and cook. Very clean and quiet place. The restroom Facilities might not have been the state of the art...but they were nice and clean!! West Glacier KOA could learn something from this journey level KOA! Thanks for a nice stay!

We arrived (after the store was closed) at about 6:30 pm. We had not made a reservation. We were able to get a spot and finally figured out the process to check in and pay. All worked out well, except the bathrooms were locked. I checked all the information, and could not find a code. If you are going to close that early, you need to provide a bathroom access code, in an easy to find spot.

Sorry your stay wasn't good. For after-hours reservations, it states for you to take an envelope and choose a site that is on the sheet to pick from. Each envelope has your access code to the bathroom and Wifi. Also, our manager's phone #s are there for you to call if you need assistance.

Sites too close to one another (8' one side, 10' the other) Area between sites was mostly dead grass and gravel. Very small dog run compared to other KOA's on this trip. Clean restrooms. Gas and diesel available one site a plus.

We are glad you let us know how your stay was. We are a small KOA, compared to others, but we make up for it in other ways. Our dog run is not a football field, but nice in size. If you had an issue with your site, we would have been more than glad to move you. We are here to help, and we are sorry.

We got in late due to some storms that delayed our travel. The late check in paperwork was easy to find, our spot was easy to find and set up. The campground is quiet, has plenty of space and is very clean.

Cabin smelled. No A/C or heater in cabin, no one was there to check me in. I received an email before I arrived that I had been checked in. I was lucky to find where they had put an envelope with my name on it which contained my key and cabin information. This is a very different experience than I have had at previous KOAs.

We tell all our customers that if you come in after-hours that your reservation will be on then night booth. With the virus situation, we have our manager's # numbers list there for you to call if you have questions or issues.

Everything was a "10": The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tom even supplied magazines and info on Yellowstone Park. RV sights were level. Store was well stocked. Just an all-around great stay.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
