Staff was super friendly. Facilities were clean. Easy access to and from I-15. Large Winco in town for resupply, but not really needed as KOA store had reasonable prices on items we needed. Again, staff was super friendly.

Gravel site. Couldn’t use satellite dish due to trees.

Sorry that you were not able to use the dish, but we do have local channels for you to use. When the trees come into bloom, some sites are not able to have service. Thank you for staying with us.

The camp ground was very nice. The sites were nice size. The campground was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly. The only downside of our stay was the pet area was a long way from the campsites and right next to the main road. The cars driving by were loud and distracted my dogs. I was concerned that if one of my dogs gotten away from me they would have been hit by a car

Rose and Tom are great to work with. Park is clean, easy to access spaces, great water and quiet. They were very accomodating, from needing something faxed to an after hour propane fill. Will stay there again.

Late check-in worked smoothly, as promised. Campsite was clean and so were restrooms. The whole camp was quiet and attractive. We'll definitely stay at a KOA again.

We loved that even though we arrived after the office closed- there was information left for us personally telling us where our site was located. Beautiful location and very quiet !

Very nice and friendly staff. RV park is located a few miles from the freeway and is quite.

The park is very quiet and away from highway traffic noise The campsites are spacious and accommodating. We would stay here again. The manager was very helpful when we inquired about a grocery store nearby.

Yuck! The grounds are mostly dirt & gravel (except for tent sites). Numerous long term residents in old campers/trailers...actually didn't feel very safe given the "residents" living there. The Wifi wasn't dependable & when I called the office to inquire as to whether or not the internet was up, I got a recording stating the office closes at "dusk." It was still daylight out & no return call!

Sorry, you were not happy with your stay. We have long-term, yes, but I assure you they are all in good quality. We had a long term stay at the Pocatello KOA. Rose, Tom and the crew were the best! They all took very good care of us and made our stay the best ever! Thanks Rose, Tom and crew there are none better in the KOA family

Our family of four had the best time! Tom was awesome, he was always available for questions and purchases in the office. The staff delivered bundles of wood down to our site without delay. The facilities were extremely clean, bathrooms well maintained, laundry spotless. What was the most impressive was the friendliness of all the patrons and staff. Will be back for sure!

My only complaint was I couldn’t get the WiFi hooked up on either of our TVs. Didn’t have a problem at any other campground we’ve been to in last month. Other than that, nice, clean, quiet KOA.

Sorry, but our WiFi is not used for TV. We are a small campground and it lets customer check email, and contact family members.

We've never stayed in a KOA before and probably won't again. We were on dirt and with a plastic picnic table that we couldn't put our bar-b-q on. There were trailers behind us that people were living in full time like a trailer park. Maybe they are all like this. The store was suppose to be open til' 5 but we went at 4:50 and it was closed.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay with us. All our tables are plastic in the RV sites. Our customers, most of the time, have there own tables that they put their grills on. With the virus, our hours different. When you check-in, we let our customers know what they are. We have started to open

only problem we had was picked up a large piece of gravel there into our front wheel, yikes, sounded like a bearing failed! stopped at first gas stn down the hill and a good samaritan named Jake had us go back up P Creek Rd to his house and shop where he removed both tires and cleaned up the now crushed gravel bits and had us on our way to Montana! we were lucky and you are too w a great neighbor!

Of all the KOAs we have visited and all of them are great, by the way, this one is our favorite. It is far enough off the Interstate to be less noisy and the view is awesome. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Our reservation was last minute and we, with our 3 dogs, 33 foot motorhome and enclosed trailer were accommodated wonderfully. Our dogs were super grateful for such a clean pet area for them to potty and play. When we come through again, we will definitely stop in. Thank you!

Covid-19 traveler going home. We came, we stayed in our trailer, left the next morning. Easy in, easy out. Worked beautifully.

Host friendly. Check in fast, camp site Very clean and quiet, Easy to get to and convenient, We are snow birds traveling north at the time and needed a place for the night.Will stop here next time we travel this way.

Easy access from interstate. Tom was friendly and very helpful. They even have gas, so you can fuel up right there. Sites were level and campground was clean. A great one nighter, but there are so many things to see and do, we would have spent more time, if not for the pandemic.

Only tent spaces available but that is all we needed ...they have electricity in those. They seemed to be on top of sanitation which is prudent in the current times. The Wifi was fairly poor, maybe because they were so full.

Our WiFi is for just checking your mail and brief usage, but some customers are trying to use it for streaming. I can't see who is doing it until the report comes to me in the morning.

The sites face each other. No privacy. Overnighters mixed with full timers. Had to ask someone to move their truck so we could get out. They say they are pet friendly but signs everywhere no dogs on grass so called dog park is a five foot square. Never had contact with office. Not much changed since last stay and that was a bad experience. Only stayed out of necessity for winter travel home

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
