We stayed 1 night in a truck camper. Our campsite was very narrow with little space to camper trailers on sites to each side. No privacy. The KOA facilities were clean and well-maintained. There is a grassed small fenced- in dog area which was really nice.

We stayed at this KOA twice on a recent road trip and it was really nice. The only downside was that many of the RV units in the area where we were had their outside lights on all night lon. Lit the place up so much we had trouble sleeping. I understand the need for some security lighting but isn't there some way to require these campers to turn of their outside lighting at 10:00PM?

Sorry for your issue but for the light from other campers. We do have a noise time 10pm but lights we are in the country and people like to see who is on the front door.

Very nice and clean KOA with a quiet location in Pocatello. Staff was super nice and the laundry was very clean and the machines we used worked perfectly! The campground is on a hill and so a little extra leveling was needed and our site was a bit small for our truck and trailer.

Another guest's pickup partially blocked road to our site. We had to circle through entire camp to reach it. Staff said they would address it but the truck remained there our entire 3 night stay and affected other guests as well. Site was gravel and dirt and sloped left to right and front to back. The entire campground was not as appealing as other KOAs we have stayed at.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay. As for Koa's each Koa has its own appeals as for us, we are 90% in and out goings but we try to make your stay a good one.

Nice homey campground. No problems with anything there. Staff was helpful and courteous, keeping the grounds up and looking good. We stayed 3 days fishing in the area. Nice friendly place!

We got a Nice grassy spot with a picnic table. The restrooms were very clean and kept well stocked. My husband really liked the rv supply items kept in stock in the store. The check in guy was super accommodating, we started out in a pull thru spot but switched to a back in site because it has grass and shade trees. There was a small but nicely fenced in area for dogs.

We had a great stay, but my rating is lower because the sites were very close together. The staff were wonderful and the location is excellent.

The Pocatello Koa is old and our sites are close to each other. But we try to accommodate all and make sure you enjoy your stay.

None of the emails received prior to our stay prepared us adequately for an after hours arrival. It would have been helpful to be told in advance where our welcome packet would be located. Also, there was an RV parked next to our tent with multiple cars. One car parked us in during the night. On the other side of the fence someone loudly revved their engine until 11PM. Will not repeat out stay.

Sorry you did not get what you needed upon arrival. but with reservation coming in late, most of the time they will call us to let us know they will be late or they will leave us a note in the comment section. We are on our winter hours and we state this on the phone message when you call.

Pros, easy offramp and easy . Cons spaces are very tight, KOA registration area offers very few supplies, site number 35 was horrible with tree roots throughout the side including where we Stepped out of our rig. Water Spicket had been run over by previous Rig & had not been fixed we were lucky we could get water. Mini tables were located within high and smelling view of neighbors dump area.

We are glad you stayed with us but if our water spicket had been run over we would have had issues with leakage and as for dumping area all the sites that you were around have no sewers.

Very friendly staff. The park is old, the hook ups need up grading. The park needs extensive renovations.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay and yes we are old but we are at a steady Pace of up grading but we are small and our rigs are getting bigger and that leave us with only taking certain sizes.

Stayed1night, campgrounds clean but sites small. No pool available would have had to go to other end of town if wanted to go swimming.

The site was terribly unlevel and the terracing so poorly done we were worried we would drive off the edge in the dark. We have a small rv, 23 ft. Anything bigger could not use that site.

Sorry you didn't like your site but if you came into the office and let us know we would have changed you to make more comfortable. We have had big trailer in that site with no issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and many aspects about this location are positive. However we had a pull thru site, all of which are gravel, and in some cases dirt. There were no trees or anything separating those sites. Many of the back-in and tent sites had grass, trees,etc. Not so for the pull thru sites.

Sorry you didn't like your site, but all our pull thru have a tree of some kind and we had grass site but customer started to get bigger rigs and ran over the grass or the sprinklers. Or not leaving until late and leaving us no time to water before next check-in.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
