Spot was not level. Turning radius was tight. It had been raining but draining of site was nonexistant. Had mud in front of door. Brand new RV so lack of care by managers of did not leave a good feeling for us. We use KOA a lot. Never go back to this one!

Sorry you were not happy with the site you were put into but we strive to make you happy. Upon checking in we go over your site and let you know what it contains so you will be ok, nothing was said about being a problem with it. we are in the office until 8pm

We didn't like the fact that we were put in a space between two outfilts that it looked like the people lived there permanently. It would be nice if they could put all of those outfits together in one location and the short time outfits in another. We kind of thought we were staying in a low budget RV/mobile home park. The staff was very nice but was a little disappointed in the park.

My cabin was clean and staff was super friendly. This site is very well maintained and is one of my favorite stops when traveling the I-15.

Hook ups were good but very dusty without grass strip between rvs. Got woke up at 430am by someone car alarm! Must be bad neighborhood if you feel you need to alarm your car!

It’s a small, dusty Journey. Very little shade. We were parked on the side of a hill, extremely difficult to access the drivers side storage due to the hill. large roads, Easy access to all sites. The staff was very helpful and polite. The tenting sites are much better than the drive through sites, grass and shade.

This is definitely an older camp with gravel sites, dated restrooms & clubhouse (which was desperately in need of a good vacuuming). The staff were friendly, the camp store was well stocked. The new ping pong table was great. Nice laundry room.

Our reservation was wrong, but they did correct the issue. Manager tried to make us feel guilty because they had to move someone. Sites are confusing; signage could be improved. Camp is all gravel and dusty dirt. Not much separation or privacy, but there are lots of shade trees. Store, office, and laundry are all nice. Camp needs some improvements and upgrades.

Have stayed here a few times. Nice and clean. My only complaint is the noise from outside the campground. It was not like this last year....way too many loud vehicles driving out on bc the main bc road late at night now. Not the fault of KOA at all....

The staff was courteous and friendly. Our pull through site wasn’t level and laid out so each site pulled in opposite direction of the adjacent so tables for each were on the same side next to each other with camper doors opening into each other. Very awkward

We are glad you came and stayed at the Pocatello koa and yes we are old and people use to have there doors opening to each other to visit with and get to know your fellow travelers. Not any more each one wants space and privacy.

The only downfall was there was no hose at the dump station to actually rinse out our tank when we were dumping. The place was very comfortable and a nice overnight stay.

Was just there for one night on the way home. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Guests and KOA staff very nice and helpful. Nice to have a gas station on site.

Nice campground, although I wish there would have been some grass in my pull through. There was gravel to park the trailer on, but other than that it was dirt. Campground was quiet, easy to get to, and the dump station was convenient.

Sorry for not having grass in all the sites but its hard to keep watered when we are full and campers are pulling out later then check out time.

Campsites were very small and bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change sites to be out of the sun.

A 10 for sure, the place is always nice. Tom that checks is in is always the best. Gives us a good shady spot if it is available. We've stayed here 4 times now because we know we will enjoy it. Nice to have a good shower and you can even get ice cream, but get it before 8!

I had to move the picnic table to get my step out on my rig as it hit the table.

Good place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and did 2 day trips, one to Yellowstone Old Faithful the second was to Yellowstone Bear encounter. Seem like we stayed a week. The weather was high 90 but the many shady trees kept us cool. My 6 year old granddaughter said the playground needed a bigger slide and the merry go round needed an upgrade! I never use the stuff so I don't have an opinion.

Great stay both nights. We used the laundry on the second night and I played a game of pool. Clean facilities, clean showers, and very nice people running the place. It is easy to recommend KOA from this experience.

We were given a pretty nice site. The only thing that I wouldn’t give it a 5 star was cause the area where the dump station was filthy. There were feces in the area and the water pressure was not strong enough to flush the black tank.

No amenities at all, outside staff not friendly, space was hooking up in dirt. Not KOA standards…

Terrible parking spots. Staff were rude. Drive into the park and the first thing we see is a large flag saying “impeach Biden” nobody wants to deal with that on vacation. Will never visit this KOA again, terrible and we were only there one night.

We only stayed one night and didn’t use any amenities, but everything looked very clean. Very friendly hosts and staff. Nice campground. Would definitely stay again.

At time of our visit, water pump was being changed, so bathrooms were closed from 9am until ???? We were told it was out of their control....really? If you know it was going to be changed and people can not use the bathroom, you have to provide something to use...maybe a portable toilet, what are we supposed to do? Defecate in the property?

Sorry for the issues with our pump. We fixed the issue and didn't know we would blow the other well pump out. It was for sure a surprise to all of us.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
