Although we appreciate the last minute accommodation. What we got was basically a former waste dump site in the exit road that you have added power to. We could not open our side door for fear of being run over, Nowhere to put a grill or chairs. The biggest complaint was the cost. It's a $25.00 site at best. For what we got it was over priced. but Thank You anyways

The site you were in is a overflow site that we use for people who come in that don't have a reservation when we are full. There is a picnic table right across from where you were camped that goes with that site. It is a full hookup site which I am sure you took advantage of.Sorry you weren't happy.

Loved the soft serve ice cream!

We had used camping as a cheaper alternative to a hotel stay during a multi-day road trip. The camping spots were practically on top of each other, as we could hear the neighbor snoring all night. Idaho was in a fire ban for the area, but you'd never know because no info was posted. Much car activity all night, including a road merely yards away, separated only by a chain link fence.

Sorry you weren't happy with your site but we can't do anything about your neighbor snoring and the fire ban in Pocatello excludes campgrounds and fire pits so that is why no info was posted. Tom

Folks were really nice. The sewer hook up at site 44 is at an angle and made it difficult to hook up correctly. Only stayed one night so can’t comment on amenities because we pulled in late and left early.

100 degrees and mgmt would not allow us to hang wet close on OUR ROPE not attached or nailed to any tree. This place can use $25,000.00 upgrade in cosmetic. The lady at the front counter was like a military drill sergeant--we were not treated as customers. We wont be back.

No water pressure in the showers! Grass campsites too close together, someone’s tent was about 4’ from our rig! Loud snoring!!

Sorry for the water issues, we had to replace pipes in the well, we are in the country and not city water. So things happen not often but we fix them as quick as we can.

Dirt bowl, hardly any gravel, wind blows dirt from road all over the place. Not a good value for the money. KOA needs to inspect this place.

If you are looking for a nice KOA, that is quiet, this is a great campground. They have a nice fenced in area for dogs to run and play. We were just passing through and this fit the bill for us.

Older campground; friendly staff. Our pull thru wasn’t level so took a while to settle in. Nice dog walk area. Convenient to town.

The staff was very friendly. The spots were ok. All dirt but worked and it was level. We were only there to sleep otherwise we went to all kinds of places. Bear World, Yellowstone and Ross Aquatic Center and so we weren't at the site much.

We stayed in a cabin and it was clean, spacious, and the AC rocked!! They even left us a bag of mints for our pillows.

Only reason, it isn't Big Rig friendly- it is hard to get into and also once your in to get out of. The management was friendly and nice. But we won't come back to

This KOA was the absolute BEST KOA experience ever! In addition to the clean restrooms and laundry rooms, and the fairly level gravel sites with shade trees located where foothills provide an aura of peace (no trains or highway noise), the staff here is incomparable!

Late check in with notice and when I arrived, both spots beside the cabin I rented parked in front of my cabin so we had the luxury of looking at a trailer the entire night. And unpacking/packing from across the road was tedious.

Female staff not very helpful or friendly. The paperwork that you are given upon arrival asks “to appropriately rate us a 9-10”. That is a big no-no. Do not tell me what I should rate you on a survey of my opinion - NOT YOURS. The campground is mediocre and okay for an overnight stopover.

There were no sewer flushes at the sight. There was a streetlight right at my site that was too bright and on all night.

Loved all the big trees. Well kept and very clean. Only thing would liked to have had 50 amps. Saw small trailers which only take 30 amps in spaces for larger RV's.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.
