Point South was one of our favourite campgrounds ever! Wine tasting, fresh pizza, local beer, alligators, they have it all!

My family had a wonderful stay. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the play ground any my kids are still in so excited about the jewel mining they did.

Great place, usually a stop I make going north/south on 95 from/my home in Fla. I do have a question; why doesn’t KOA allow people to charge their EV while sleeping in a camper cabin? It would be the only way in America you can reserve a place to sleep and charge at the same time. Seems like a business no brainer to me.

I was a first timer. They made sure we got Hooke up and even delivered our pizza. They showed up when we were disconnecting and made sure we were good. Wonderful experience

We love this campground. We stop here when we come through this area and need to stay longer to check the area out. It’s on our bucket list. Love , love your Hunts Pizza and Wings.

It's a nice place to stay, but we only received about 1/3 of the cable channels.

The best and friendliest campground! We were tired when we arrived and loved the pizza they make right there. We made a campfire and enjoyed! Thank you KOA

Very well staffed and friendly. The pizza that was made in the side office was great. Very relaxing day in between traveling up the I95 corridor.

Lovely, friendly and warm customer service. The staff was helpful and attentive. The campground is always extremely clean. The coffee at the cafe is one of the best I’ve had. Love this KOA!

This was a great spot to rest for the night while traveling. Our daughter loved the playground and souvenir shop. Dinner was super easy and very convenient because of their pizza and wings shop. Finally, because we all really want the nitty gritty on the bathrooms....you needn't worry - they were detail cleaned from the corners above and below and everything in between!!!!!

Awesome team attending to every need. We stayed in cabin #4 which is the best. Super clean and fully equipped with anything you might want for a relaxing stay. Congratulations!

Close to expressway, nice bar and great pizza. Only downside is cable channels are basic and because of trees, satellite will not work. Also, pull thru sites are under 50' in length.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We offer 62 channels of high def cable coming in on a fiber optic line. Our high speed wifi supports 3 devices per person on the park with 6 independent sources 300 up 200 down. We stayed one night on our way through the area. This is a great KOA Campground! We enjoyed several of the amenities, it was very well kept, & all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

The most expensive KOA we have ever been in. It is nice and customer service good but will try to find something a little cheaper next year.

Thankfully there is a campground out there for everyone. We are middle of the road for KOA prices over all. The rates are what it takes to offer 62 channels of high def cable, 6 independent high speed wifi routers for a 58 site park and 13 hours of service. Happy travels. Jennifer~

We stayed one night on our way back to VA. I think this KOA has been the nicest one we’ve stayed at so far! We had pizza and I had a chai and my husband enjoyed a flight of wine. We walked around a beautiful pond and even saw a couple of gators!

This is now an annual stop on our way to our early spring vacation. Nice campground, nice people, great breakfast pizza!

Stayed for 2 nights and although it rained for most of that time, we enjoyed the easy in and out with our travel trailer. Having beer, wine and pizza onsite was perfect for us weary travelers. Hike around the lake was great birding in morning and not very muddy after the rain. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful campground!! We stayed in a cabin and everything was great! Fire ring, propane fire place and a propane grill! They have thought of everything! We will be back!

Beautiful campground. Well maintained, clean! Staff very friendly. They have a coffee bar, wine and beer. Clean bath and shower rooms. Hope to stay there again soon. I recommend this campsite to all RV travelers�

Very nice campground, very clean but it was really noisy.

I assume you're talking about the interstate which bothers some and not others. It is also a non controllable. As far as the park, it's quiet and peaceful in a woodland setting. We are sorry you were not pleased. We hope you find a match during your next journey through. Happy travels. Jennifer~

Fantastic stop. Wine tasting,clean restrooms and showers, great laundry. Personable staff. Totally enjoyed our time there, will be stopping again.

Very nice KOA. Checkin is quick-staff very friendly-well.maintained-clean. Most sites are pull through which makes it easy to get on site. Nice pool-coffee/wine bar. Store stocked. Stayed in Nov 2021. Lots to see and do in this area. The Baker's
