very basic accommodations.

Easy reservations, easy pull through, flat site, friendly staff, great location next to I80, and clean facilities. One other simple but nice touch: the water for flushing at the dump station had a 10 foot hose on it making it very easy to attach my hose to it, pull it to the far side of my rig and flush the tanks.

Helpful staff. This is a good camp for an overnight stay due to its location. The small patios with windbreaks worked very well. However, the sites are not maintained at all. Everything appears unkempt and raggedy.

An okay stay. Have hope for the new owners who took ownership June 2021. We choose this KOA for an overnight stop, with the expectation of not needing to unhook. The reservation was made with that expectation. The space was not long enough and the angle meant we had to unhook to level the trailer. The new owners know improvements are needed. I wish them the very best.

We were on an unleveled dirt pad at the very closest point to the interstate(downhill with Jake brakes)and the intersection that kids like to hear the sound of their pipes.

They state that they have 30 amp service however it wouldn’t even run one of our air conditioners.

Office is nice and staff were accommodating. No pool. The area itself could be worked on. Desolate, basketball court not functioning and the water pad not appealing.

Very convenient location especially on our way to the Grand Tetons. The price for two cabins was especially affordable and our college and young kids loved the pedal carts while I appreciated the free showers and the kitchen pavilion.

We rented two cabins and one RV spot for one night on a long road trip. Loved everything about the Rawlins KOA. We had three people in each cabin. They were clean and all had a good night’s sleep. The other guests were friendly and the setting is beautiful. The only surprise was the cost of the RV spot increased significantly as we had booked with previous owners.

Boys working in the office were very nice. I'm giving a lower rating because the campground is just dirt and weeds, backing up to the highway. It's fine for a quick overnight stay if you are traveling and needing a nights rest.

Very unkept, weeds around a utility poles were at least 2 ft high, advertised amenities were in very poor shape or closed due to no maintenance...worst koa we've been to yet!

Uneven loose gravel on parking pads. Noisy. Tall grass/weeds around campsites. Unkept. We have been staying at KOAs on our trip across the US and this is the worst we have seen.

Nice personal notices and acknowledgement ahead of our arrival and accommodating early check in. We received a shady spot but gave a lower rating because the pool was not operating! Camping routes require a lot of driving and I purposely make plans and reserve KOA locations with pools and hot tubs such that I can arrive in time to use them...disappointing to arrive and learn they are not working.

Had our reservation wrong. TV cable didn’t work. Grounds in disrepair and filled with dog poop. Information on flyer was incorrect. WiFi poor and weak. Worse KOA I ever stayed at. I would like my money back. Gives KOA a bad name and makes me question staying at KOA in the future.

OK for just an overnight stay but this is a tired campground, definitely not up to KOA standards. The park consists of dirt, gravel and a few scraggly trees. Each site has a picnic table - ours hadnt ben cleaned after the previous tenants.

Stayed for 2 nights so we could do a little sight seeing. Did not use the shower or bathroom but enjoy our stay. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, helpful and polite. We will stay there again.

They were very helpful. The camp ground is in need of some trees, but i think that would be hard in that area. I had made a booking mistake and they were able to give us a site for one night anyway, even loaned us a longer ele. cord.

Entire campground is dirt & gravel. My coach was filthy upon leaving. Staff was very nice, just not the campground

The facilities need an update. VERY noisy all through the night. Granted I knew it was close to the highway but it’s really the side road that made it noisy.

I would only shower in the lack-of-elbow-room-shower to get cleaned up. It's a place where you are a display for the apartments, looking over you, when setting up camp with the biting flies.

It was an ok place. We have a dog and not much grass to bring your pet to and the dog run was basically dirt. It’s a good campground for an overnight stop. Very conveniently located.

We stayed here in a snow storm, the owner plowed for us, the restrooms and showers were very clean, and a very convenient stop off of 80 with propane fill, great WiFi, and even a doggie play yard! Lots of extras we appreciated!
