Wi fi didn’t work very well. Not important but just checked It. Don’t know about other sites 8 was site used. Personnel very courteous. Not problem except wind!

Truck noise was constant. Site was not close to being level. Good wi-fi

I am sorry we were booked up on our 50 amp sites. We are in the process of replacing all damaged plugs as they come in from our supplier.

Just a quick stop to spend the night before hitting the road again in the morning. Didn't use any facilities. Hooked up to what is referred to as cable. It is like watching TV from the '80's. Very old and limited programs.

The cable was out the entire stay. The bathrooms and showers were not as clean as they should have been. I rented a cabin for my daughter, and on the second day a member of the staff just walked in to clean while she was resting. The staff member said that they thought she was in a different cabin. Can't keep their records strait. Ad says mini golf and their was no course.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do not have cable any longer, instead we upgraded to high speed internet as most people have moved to streaming services. It is unacceptable for staff to walk into a cabin without knocking! I will be doing some more training to ensure this does not happen in the future.

Everything was good except we were supposed to have about 24 cable channels and we only had two. We could get more channels with the antenna.

Chose this for the location as we were just trying to get home. They have been working hard to spruce it up with adding trees, structures etc. The biggest problem was that their cable tv that was necessary worked well for 3 hours and then suddenly began to search and scroll thru channels all on its own. Was totally unusable after that even the next morning. Also our sewer connection had no cover.

The owners are brand new and need your patience. They were a very nice young couple and new to the area. They are working hard to make changes and should be given a chance. The camp ground needs to be spruced up a bit by keeping the "grass" and weeds mowed and trimmed. Borders need to be put in place to make the sites look better. The dog park needs major work with leveling and grass.

The new owners are great. We stay at this KOA several times a year. Always clean and set up. We had to shorten our stay because of a medical emergency and they were very understanding. We will be back again and again. Thanks

The managers never returned our calls. Seemed they just don't care to deal with their paying guests. Guest service does not exist with management here!!. Sites are not level or even close!. Good luck here!!!

Everything was fine except the WiFi. We got the password and logged in, but the service was completely unusable. If you don't have good WiFi, that's fine, but don't advertise that you do.

No 50 amp plug and the 30 amp plug was damaged, very little grass for the dogs.

It is what it is, an overnight stop for weary travelers. Friendly staff, good Wifi and tidy grounds. The roads have too many large stones, hard to walk or drive. New owners have an some opportunities for improvement.

Easy pull through for your motor home or trailer. Very nice convenience store. Staff were very helpful. All the hook-ups you need. Would stay here again for sure.

The facility itself was nice, sites reasonably level, the staff was kind. The dog park was nothing special, typical WY terrain, the playground was nicely done, well maintained and my kids enjoyed it. My issue was noise related. The gravel sites and roads made for very loud traffic, as well as the highway noise. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stop over again but not more than overnight.

Did a lot of grading just before we got there. Reserved a site with the fenced windbreak, but the wind was coming from the wrong direction to do us any good. So we didn't get a chance to sit outside and use the table with the built-in fire. No grass for the dog.

The family who runs the place is just wonderful! It was very clean and they were working hard the whole time! We will stay again if we ever need a place in Rawlins.

Stopped there because the wind was too much to drive. Red-headed kid was friendly & responsive to our needs. Everyone else was into their own thing. I like friendly people. Everyone else was not. I would have liked tp in the bathroom!!!

Young man in office really nice as was the office. Easy to check in. Sites are tight for long motorhomes towing. We booked in advance online so knew our length. I would mention if you don’t want to unhook. We are 38.9ft towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. If you want to unhook, wise to do it at office as we were not straight enough to easily unhook if we wanted to.

Highly recommend staying at this KOA! Welcoming staff, campground in perfect condition. Patio sites are beautifully equipped with nice furniture and BBQ. WiFi was great. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you for making RVing so exceptional!

Staff was friendly and all over the campground to help. Sites are gravel but good for a short stay on the road. The office has a small gift shop and supplies for those in need.

We always stay here on our way to Idaho twice a year and always fine this KOA excellent! However, I would like to say that the new owners are exceptional!! We had a medical emergency and they were so supportive and kind! I wish them well on this journey. I think they will be outstanding!

not a bad place for an over night, but you need extra long hoses for water and electric because hook-ups are at the front of the site and not in the middleof the site.

We stayed here in a snow storm, the owner plowed for us, the restrooms and showers were very clean, and a very convenient stop off of 80 with propane fill, great WiFi, and even a doggie play yard! Lots of extras we appreciated!
