Park still looks lovely after going to KOA. Was uncomfortable with one the unmasked guy that checked us in; would have rated park 10, if not a health risk to us older folks.

easy check in with concrete sites wide enough for our coach. Full hook up. Many amenities. Friendly staff.

Pretty good overall. Our site #116 could have been much cleaner. On previous visits our sites were much cleaner. Dog mess in the site and other debris. The office staff and site director were very courteous and helpful.

We stayed for one night on our way south. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the park was easy to maneuver, the spaces were concrete and level and everything was very clean and well kept. We especially liked that there's a gate after hours. We will be back.

The stay was fine. The only thing was that one of the dog areas was totally disgusting. Nobody picked up after their dogs in the area closest to the freeway. We reported it to the office. The next day it was exactly the same so nothing was done. This is a health issue and should have been addressed by the park.

pleasant on the phone when reserving, pleasant at reception, very clean and nice, convinient location. Internet works, but we've seen better.

Nice well kept, clean facilities located next to the Sacramento river. Convenient location to shopping and a stroll downtown. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

The staff was awesome. I had to wash the left over poop off of our site before we set up tho. We will be back.

The maintenance guy was awesome. He went out of his way to drive over just to say good morning! The staff was friendly and attentive. Great place. We will be back

The best part of the stay was the helpfulness of Justin (the young man that cared for the park in the golf cart). He was always out and about making sure all campers had what they needed and to help make their stay a great experience. The KOA was in excellent condition especially for winter time. The office staff was quick and attentive.

It was perfect (cold) but we enjoyed our New Years. I would recommend to have some pathway lights around the fountains and the spa area was very dark.

We have stayed at this property before it was a KOA. KOA has not updated or fixed anything. Spa button still broken, no lighting in spa area which is very dangerous, handicap equipment for spa & pool still not working, showers dont work properly. The property was not clean & neat. We were there over New Years No activities were offered.

The campground is quite beautiful! We arrived on the Monday following Christmas, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves most of the week. More campers started to show up by Thursday to celebrate New Year’s on Friday. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Beautiful Park that is well maintained and looks new along the river. Great sites with lots of grassy areas. Beautiful ponds with fountains with walking paths.

It was just for overnight, really hard to make other comments. It was nice and open though, which we have not experienced with many other KOA's. This is the reason we did not renew our membership and other reasons due to no response from one of our stays. Got response from Cooperate but not from where we stayed in Arizona.

1st time there, loved it so much we joined the KOA family!!! The campground was so clean, roomy and easy to get around with a huge 5th wheel. I definitely recommend this KOA, it was such a wonderful experience!!!

Very nice park, clean and well kept. Showers were a liitle strange though, would turn on and off by themselves once initially started and also change temperature without any adjustment by shower taker. I'm assuming it is a water saving methodology, but it doesn't explain temperature change.

Amazing weekend trio with friends. Great Glamping Resort. Hot tub was relaxing. A little freeway noise but the fountains cut way down on the noise. Excellent staff. We will be back!
