The campground and all facilities were clean and tidy. We had a large site that backed up to the river and felt very private. We’ll definitely stay again.

The office staff was so nice and accommodating! Park was immaculate. Love the amenities! We will definitely be back!! (Love that stores and downtown and restaurants are easy walking distance from campground!)

Clean! I love this KOA…. Your feet never hit dirt! Level, concrete pads and beautiful landscaping! The best Journey that we have seen!

First off I own a Volkswagen EuroVan Full Camper and two other RV camps wouldn’t talk me because it’s a van… However when I drove by them they weren’t nearly as nice and from the looks not as well kept as Red Bluff I am so thankful they denied me and I found You and I will look for other sites now on my travels.

We stay at the RV park frequently on our way to and from Southern California. It has always been a great place for an overnight stay: long pull thru sites, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. We will continue to visit whenever we are in the Red Bluff area.

Very nice clean park. Friendly staff, brought us to our camping spot. HOWEVER a bit expensive for a overnight stay for senior citizens.

We thought the grounds were beautiful and staff were very helpful. We wished the fountains would continue all night to drown the noise of I-5.

Very beautiful location and conveniently located. The staff is very helpful and the grounds are gorgeous! The bathrooms and showers are clean and the entire site is safe. Will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately it rained during alot of our stay. But if I were to ever camp in the rain again I want it to be here. All sites are paved, concrete and have grass. No mud to worry about. The park is very clean and maintained including the restroom. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately it rained the entire stay but what a great place to stay. Nice pad sites and hook ups were close and worked fully. Love the escort to your site, makes it easy to find your spot and get set up. Grass and no mud!

The park is great which is why we stay there a few times a year as we travel down from Oregon. Why I would be reluctant to recommend it to family members is their over forty percent rate increase when they changed from the Durango to a KOA. In the future I will be staying at the Rolling Hills Casino RV park for half the price.

Clean well kept campground with concrete parking pads which are fairly level. The office staff were very helpful. We sheltered from a storm and extended our stay. Very grateful for a safe place to stay.

Great layout - spacious bays . Love the grounds - one of the best maintained KOAs we have ever stayed in. Minor ask - please put the bay numbers ON the power pillars - so they are visible in the dark. And paint row - road names on the street In bright white - arriving At night it’s hard to see the bay numbers on the ground - two vehicles like us were wandering around in the dark .

We had a great site by the fountains. The view was great. The grounds were very well.kept and it was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Have stayed here under previous ownership with no problems. Food delivered right to your campsite from local restaurant Luigi’s is fantastic. However, this is our first stay under KOA and shower water stopped twice (with shampoo in my hair and soap on my face), then came out very cold. Finally hot water full time after about 15 minutes. Quite unpleasant and a waste of water during a drought.

Our big problem was the price .$80.00 is a bit much for what you get here($20.00 less would be about right). It's right next to HWY. 5 , really noisy!

This is the nicest KOA we have stayed at yet. The sites are all full concrete aprons and have nice lawns. All is the other facilities are top-notch and the staff is awesome. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. Thanks KOA for stepping it up!

Mens shower stall had no hooks for towels tc. Bench had been broken off of the wall, leaving broken wall tiles and holes in the wall. Also rv sites need rocks or barkdust at each corner of the sites. Just dirt now which will soon be mud with winter weather

Beautiful grounds next to the river, fountains and fire pit make outdoors even more enjoyable. We kept extending our stay because this is a really upscale camping area. Clean grounds and friendly staff, right off the freeway and close to lots of great motorcycle riding.

The site was fine for a one night stay. I wouldn’t stay long because of the freeway noise. There was dog poop all over the property. The staff was very professional and friendly.

We stay 2 nights a year here. One on the way up to Oregon and then one on the way back home. We noticed how everything had been cleaned up. The grass had been mowed and the dog area was cleaned. Everything was convenient. Staff were very friendly, professional and nice.

We stayed several times when this park was "Durango" and it is still very much the same and we like that. You have a very nice park with all the amenities and a friendly staff, etc. however, even tho we are not cheapskates by any stretch, we still felt the price per night was way too high and because of that we probably won't be returning for another stay anytime soon.

Did not like the increase in price. Spent half a day exploring other parks. Probably would not stay again. Ps We have stayed there many times and love the park.

Had a wonderful visit. Early and late seasons best as it gets quite hot in Red Bluff.

Amazing weekend trio with friends. Great Glamping Resort. Hot tub was relaxing. A little freeway noise but the fountains cut way down on the noise. Excellent staff. We will be back!
