The shower area was not cleaned thoroughly. The shower trim and around the base needs to be wash Lots of slime. Also we asked for full service and didn’t get it Our picnic table needed to be repaired and painted.

We loved it here,the town of red lodge is beautiful the people are so nice & its close to beartooth hwy and Yellowstone, if we come back to Montana, we will definitely stay here again..

We stay there every year and each time there are always some improvements. The owner is very nice and always tries her best to accommodate our group.

I love staying at The Red Lodge KOA!!! The staff are amazing!!! We had a little snaffoo but they straightened it up right away!!! Special thanks to Susan, Leslie, Amanda and Anthony!!!!

Mostly used it as a base to explore the surrounding area. But the staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were very cean.

We come every year for the Beartooth Biker rally. Our stay at the KOA is aways one of the reasons we keep coming back year after year. We look forward to seeing the same faces camped by us, visiting with old friends and new friends, relaxing by the stream, swimming in the pool, and checking out all the new improvements to the campgrounds. These owners just keep improving the condition every year

Second stay here and the staff are so friendly. Campground is beautiful and clean. My dog loves the fenced in pet area.

Very enjoyable stay--park is clean and plenty of space between hookups--and a very nice dog pen.

It was nor a bad place to stay over all, great staff. But it was very dusty and could have been pretty muddy if it had rained.

Always a great stay, My only issue was my reservation that was made a year ago got changed somehow and I was given a different spot than reserved. The drive paths could use a fresh layer of crushed gravel. But love staying here. Super friendly owner and staff who did their best to accommodate my needs.

Everything was great except for the super bright light above our camper spot. Make sure you don’t get that spot or you will feel like daylight is all night. Campground clean and great location!

Dusty, loud. Quite hours not respected. You should have informed potential visitors before they reserve there was a motorcycle rally that weekend. Regardless, we would not return. Campground is a bit run over overall.

Pretty nice, sites a little tight but the one we had was shady. If I had one complaint it would be the dust, it seems most people don’t abide by the 5 mph rules.

Cabin was fine. 20 bucks extra for a dog is a little much. The broom to my cabin went missing and they called me on it. I explained I had swept out the cabin and left it on the porch. Maybe someone needed it more than me??? No call back...just billed my credit card 10 bucks for a broom. That made me a little sour to be honest. Otherwise it was fine.

First time ever staying at a KOA! Typically we will camp more off the grid in the mountains without so many amenities. Have to say it was really nice. Very quiet even though it was at full capacity. Super clean. Great bathrooms, and showers, and the pool looked amazing even though we did not use it. We Have told all of our friends and family to go there already. We will be back!

The 10PM quiet time was not enforced. Lots of loud drunken banter and yelling. No proof of heightened cleaning due to COVID. In fact less cleaning than experienced based on other KOA stays. Pool was unavailable due to COVID but not listed on website and phone was not answered when I called throughout the day prior to checkin. Least favorite KOA experience.

We stayed one night (August 28) in a camping cabin. We loved it! There's a mini fridge, heater and small ceiling fan in them. The bathrooms are clean. I loved that the showers are actually plastic showers and no hard mats! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
