During a bike rally in Red Lodge they found a spot where we could stay. Friendly and going above and beyond what is expected. Actually let me stay in their front yard. I would recommend this KOA

It was a little snug getting to our site, but we were given a heads up and advice on how to get in so that made it much easier that it otherwise would have been. The web app for laundry was great; no guessing and running to a half finished machine! If we visit the area again, Red Lodge KOA will certainly be our choice.

Office staff was great! Restroom and shower excellent. Nice area for tenting.

very pleasant atmosphere. Campground was clean and the pool area was inviting. Wish there were shaded areas for a Grandma to sit at while watching grandkids in pool. Laundry area was very clean as well.

I realize the new owners are working on improvements, and it was a nice enough park, but i thought it was over priced at over $90 night for a gravel site (but FHU). A small pool--but not a lot of other amenities. Very nice owner/operators, though.

Very friendly and a excellent experience. Would recommend

The owners were very nice. Bathhouse was clean. Disappointed in landscape in general. It was a dust bowl to be exact. I hope the new owners address the landscape. All river rock gravel would be better then dead grass and dirt. Campers very close in the front park a bit more spacious in the back half. Maybe better length restrictions in the front half of park would help.

Everything went well and it was quietly

Comfortable, clean, affordable.

I’d stay there again for sure. Great location just north of the town, right off the highway, a pleasant stream runs right through the campground. Perfect gateway to the Beartooth!

Great campground close to the start of Beartooth Highway. The new owners were very hospitable and the bathrooms and showers were updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay. The T-9 campsite was really nice and clean and comfortable. The whole campground and restrooms and showers were clean and very nicely maintained. The camp owners were/are extremely nice and were very helpful answering questions and getting the reservations from them was an easy and nice experience. This was our second time at this campground and will be coming back again.

Beautiful flowers and grassy sites. Unfortunately my neighbors had two dogs tied out frequently on 15-20 ft leads. They went under their rv and pooped on my site. I assumed someone would have seen them but no one came out to pick up so I ended up doing to keep our site clean.

Very friendly staff. Lost power but when it came back on they knocked on our door to tell us we could turn off our generator. Clean but not fancy. Basin sites. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, very clean. Great time!

Wonderful place, that was very friendly, and kept. I would absolutely stay here again….

The owners are very hospitable, the grounds clean and well maintained. An irrigation canal goes through the middle-calm sounds from it. Activities and spaces were provided for children, and a large area for dogs. While I prefer camping where there is more privacy, where nature dominates the scene, this was interesting and convenient for what we were doing. The playing children were delightful.

Had some noise "running Generators" after 10 on Saturday night but after a call to the office was taken care of.

Great people (Craig & Andrea), so helpful and great hosts for all. With the wildfires and other campgrounds nearby being closed, we saw how hard they worked to accommodate so many and be flexible during stressful times. They never loose their cool ~ always kind and respectful. Public areas like restrooms, pool, and laundry kept very clean, welcoming to use, & pleasant. Beautiful surroundings.

Great staff! They even brought tools to help my son change his flat tire a couple of miles from the campground.

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Lodge KOA. It was our base camp to explore Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. We plan on returning to see more of the sites of Yellowstone and will stay here again when exploring the north end of the park.

Great little campground. New owners are making nice improvements and you can’t beat the location. Excellent all around. Big rig friendly with plenty of room for motorcycles. Awesome dog park. Perfect location for Beartooth Pass, Chief Joseph Hwy and Yellowstone. Can’t wait to get back!

I would of liked to stay in same site for all 3 days! I had to move each night to a different site which made no sense to me! First 2 nights were sewer sites, had to move made no sense! Third night no sewer site we had to move too but ok! Moving site to site is hard with big rig but would recommend better planning for your guest!

Very Nice. Had no problems. The futon in the front room needs to be flipped or something and then it will be more comfortable. You have a nice place and staff, we would stay there again. Best regards, Pam houston

When we arrived, there was a big Class A with its back wheel in the ditch. The entry road is so narrow only one vehicle at a time with a deep ditch on each side. We had to go park in town for 3 hours. Lady on phone did not even say sorry. Nice person but “sorry…” is nice too. I hope new owners do some training on CS and get entry road widened. Hard coming and going in regular car.

Great stay! Owners very kind be and keep a clean, neat campground. Always present to help out. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was clean and so were bathrooms.

It was very pleasant for the most part. The pool was clean and a welcome addition to the stay. However, there is a very powerful and bright flood light which was right next to our rig and was difficult to shut out in the evening. The owners were very cordial and helpful. Were it not for their friendliness, I would probably have only rated the stay as a four. Enjoyed them thoroughly.

The location is great. Guest Services were very welcoming and check-in was easy!

Busy July 4th weekend and all was just perfect! My pull through site was level, campground clean, owners and staff awesome! Plus nice day hiking trails close by. Win win all around!

Very clean. Very friendly. Such a pleasant place; thank you!

The staff at the KOA are exceptional. They're easy to work with and try to make your stay very memorable. Location is close enough to Red Lodge that you can drive in quickly or even to Yellowstone. We did not use many of the accommodations but the bathrooms and showers were clean. We boondocked, not enough site with power and water or this would be a 10.

The people managing the KOA were very friendly and helpful. However, as someone who usually camps in Forest Service campgrounds I find that the KOA experience offered a limited RV camping experience. My reservation happened to be at one of the no hook up sites which was fine for a 3 night stay, however, our stay was impacted by our neighbor who ran their generator 24/7.

We stayed one night (August 28) in a camping cabin. We loved it! There's a mini fridge, heater and small ceiling fan in them. The bathrooms are clean. I loved that the showers are actually plastic showers and no hard mats! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
