Great park, clean, very organized, well run and great staff, friendly. Will be back soon, park is increasing in sites, just beautiful. Would enjoy staying longer, SxS trails out back entrance and beauty everywhere! Wayne Callen

We really enjoyed our stay here. The older part of the park is very shady although a bit tight. Newer spots in the front seem to be roomier. The staff is great and works really hard keeping it nice. The cable is decent.

This was my first for a KOA. Pleasantly suprised on all accounts. I was prepared for the reserved tent site, but cabins were available and I wimped out due to the long drive. The young lady at check in was efficient and pleasant, needed qualities for me, the newbie. Other campers were kind and friendly. What I particularly enjoyed was the quiet and respectfulness of others. Clean cabin!

A nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is person at entry registration needs to recognize the size of rental and put them in appropriate size lot before sending you to one that’s too small. Maybe just young and untrained. Otherwise facilities are nice.

Not very accommodating as in years past, seems like they have gone to asking for additional fees for any thing beyond the site itself, Etc.=preferred site, additional 20$ if you like specific site, visitor for ten minutes (asking for 7$ ea.,) Pay extra now for what use to be standard for all KOA’s (all about the dollar and not about customer service)

Nice staff, great pool. Needs cosmetic work on older sites. A little table paint & tree trimming would improve appearances. Staff needs to know how difficult it is to back large trailers/toy haulers/motor homes into spaces while trying to avoid sharp turns, trees, fences & know damage when leaves, old/broken branches, etc get into pullouts from the trees so have a leaf blower handy!

This is a very nice campground- clean, quiet, friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating, and we genuinely felt that they wanted to make our stay a very pleasant one. The only knock- the wifi was HORRIBLE! No reception, and we didn't want to do anything crazy-check email, etc. (Been away from home a month) For the money you spend at a KOA, we expected better.

For a busy Memorial Day weekend, the full campground was pretty quiet. We really liked the cabin, tucked away in the corner like it was. The dump station was right across from us but for the most part, we didn't notice a smell. We loved the shade from all the mature trees. We can't wait to stay again!

The old part of the park was very nice with big trees, The pool was clean and well maintained. The playground was large and good for multiple ages. The north side of the park could use some privacy fencing from the busy road.

From the time we pulled in until the time we left (3 nights) the managers and all the help were so friendly and always very accommodating. The park is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. Dave and Jenny are doing an amazing job. The park is very clean, as are the showers, bathrooms, and laundry. I would recommend the Richfield KOA to everyone.

The new area is much more friendly for long rigs like mine and that worked out well. The one thing that was disappointing was the WIFI system. Obviously all new for this expansion and easy to connect to, the speed, or lack of, made it unusable. This required leaving the campground to get cell reception.

Beautiful setting. We love the new sites up front. The grounds are well kept, the laundry facility is more than adequate and the gift shop is fun and well stocked. But their biggest asset is the friendly staff. Excellent customer service!

Spent four nights in late May. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, only reason not five stars was the water connection was low to ground and bent over enough that we had to buy an elbow connection so we could used our water filter attachment.

We enjoyed our stay at the Richfield KOA. Our site was long and wide with a nice patio area. The park was easy to get to and we didn't have any trouble getting into our spot with our 45 ft motorhome. The campground is shady but the trees were not in the way when parking the motorhome or putting the slides out. We were even able to rent a UTV right at the park!

Nice place to stay a few days. Rode our bicycles on a city path along with riding into Capital Reef with our Harley. Nice shaded campsite for our toy hauler. They do have new sites with new trees that you should be able to get satellite reception. Sites inside other section is nice shade trees. Enjoyed our stay.

Dave the manager is a great guy; helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Grounds are extremely well maintained even during their expansion. Hidden jem! Great addition being able to rent UTV's at campground. We have rented UTV's in many places and this was one of our best experiences.

I was given site #N35 right next to the ATV gate. There’s no cement island with a picnic table. It’s the furthest site from the main office so I can’t get WiFi. The ATVs are loud and dusty going in and out of gate. It’s a long walk to the main office for rest room and shower. Don’t use N35 unless it is a bargain price site. I was very disappointed. Guess that’s why I don’t stay at K

We stayed one night in the new section. The space was long enough to keep the truck attached to the fifth wheel. The site included a patio and artificial grass area. We appreciated the leash free dog area. The staff was very friendly and professional

We had a wonderful time here. The campground is very well kept up and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again when are back in this area.

Like the new area right now, would be nice to fence it in. Wouldn’t stay in the old area, to many VERY OLD trailers and full time residence.

Our excellent stay began when I called from the road to make a reservation. Karen was extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I booked the one night and when we arrived, we were very impressed with the beauty of the place - so many large trees and birds singing! Everything was terrific, from the very clean bathrooms, to our roomy, shaded campsite. We will definitely return. Thank You!

Well maintained park, nice large sites in the new section. Shower's were incredible, softest water ever and very clean laundry area. The couple that run it couldn't have been nicer. Definitely the best KOA we've stayed at.
