This is a great park. The staff offer great customer service and work with you to get what you need. The park is well cared for with grass and great trees. The store is well stocked and the bathrooms very clean. This is also a great location. We are looking forward to coming back and staying even longer.

A lovely park with tree shade. We would have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed. Very clean and well maintained. Make sure you go in the office and try out all the chairs on display. (No mark up on price). We will return

This was out first two weeks in our 5th wheel and we could not have picked a better park. It is very nice and in a good location. The pool is great and the park is in great condition. Dave is awesome and helped during out back in (1st time backing up ever) He helped a LOT of people back in, I am sure they appreciated that help as much as we did. Many improvements are being done on the park as well

Absolutely love the Richfield KOA! First, the manager and staff are incredibly friendly, capable, and professional! Seriously amazing. They set the tone for a positive experience from the moment we arrived. I can't rate this RV resort high enough. Its well organized, great map, site was spotless, shaded, lovely chairs/table/fire pit. How do they find such delightful staff? Highly recommend!!!!

We really enjoy coming here, especially the doggie enclosure attached to the large patio with fire pit. What a treat!! Nice large pull thru pad with plenty of room.

Very neat and clean campground. We had a beautiful shaded back-in site with full hookups. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry facility was spot on. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Verizon cell was very strong. They actually had a few sites with private dog runs. Would definitely return.

Internet strength was poor. Owner said when w earrive late, we didnt take our map from the bulletion board, and taht we camped in the wrong spot. Those are not correct staements on their part and I still have the map to confirm we camped accurately.

Best KOA ever stayed at. Great job! Would Highly recommend to anyone. Great xtras like salt water pool, corn hole and horse shoes. Very clean and not only nice staff but lots of staff so there is always someone to help.

although we only had made reservations for one night we had a break down and the whole crew took excellent care of us. The Managers were absolutely great.

Just an overnight. Everything worked. Staff was professional. Biggest difference was no freeway noise as this KOA was not right on one of the interstates. This is a good half way point for our trips to/from CA. We shall return!

As we approached the property, we knew we were staying at the right camp for us. At check in, we were happy to see a friendly face and escort to our site. The grounds were pristine, our site well thought out with a small fenced concrete patio with fire pit and plenty of furniture. Since we were traveling with 3 elementary aged kids, we were happy to be near the playground.

Nice shady spot with all the hookups. Showers clean as was the laundry. Didn’t use the pool but looked clean. Gal who checked me in was very nice & accommodating.

The campground is truly an oasis...green grass, tall, well-established trees, and comfortable sites. The managers take obvious pride in the grounds. We loved our stay!

Great park, clean, very organized, well run and great staff, friendly. Will be back soon, park is increasing in sites, just beautiful. Would enjoy staying longer, SxS trails out back entrance and beauty everywhere! Wayne Callen

We really enjoyed our stay here. The older part of the park is very shady although a bit tight. Newer spots in the front seem to be roomier. The staff is great and works really hard keeping it nice. The cable is decent.

A nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is person at entry registration needs to recognize the size of rental and put them in appropriate size lot before sending you to one that’s too small. Maybe just young and untrained. Otherwise facilities are nice.

Not very accommodating as in years past, seems like they have gone to asking for additional fees for any thing beyond the site itself, Etc.=preferred site, additional 20$ if you like specific site, visitor for ten minutes (asking for 7$ ea.,) Pay extra now for what use to be standard for all KOA’s (all about the dollar and not about customer service)

Nice staff, great pool. Needs cosmetic work on older sites. A little table paint & tree trimming would improve appearances. Staff needs to know how difficult it is to back large trailers/toy haulers/motor homes into spaces while trying to avoid sharp turns, trees, fences & know damage when leaves, old/broken branches, etc get into pullouts from the trees so have a leaf blower handy!

This is a very nice campground- clean, quiet, friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating, and we genuinely felt that they wanted to make our stay a very pleasant one. The only knock- the wifi was HORRIBLE! No reception, and we didn't want to do anything crazy-check email, etc. (Been away from home a month) For the money you spend at a KOA, we expected better.
