This place is the perfect stop between California and Colorado. Richfield KOA is such a beautiful location with everything in working order. The entire staff is so welcoming and happy to help. Our site included a dog run which made letting our 3 dogs play easy.

We enjoyed our stay considering they got flooded the night before. Good friendly staff. They responded quickly to all of the mud and water that had come into the campground, they added a lot of new gravel to the drive areas.

This is the Ritz-Carlton of KOAs. The property is impeccably maintained, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were as clean as could be. Our stay included a freak storm that destroyed some property (ours and the trees on-site), and the people who run the campground could not have been any more kind or helpful. Cleanup was swift and thorough.

Nothing like having an employee harass you as you try to navigate a chaotic, flood damaged, crowded park. If you are into screaming kids, barking dogs, and revved up ATVs from dawn to dusk plus two semi loads of gravel delivery accompanied by a Cat backup alarm going for two days, this is you place. The staff couldn’t help the flooding, but keep you attitude cordial. Having a bad day, go home.

Setting, trees, level ground, off any busy roads, all good. Because of a significant weather event occurring before we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff were busy cleaning up from storm damage so we didn't see it at its best.

We stopped only for one day, stayed eight days, loved it! The staff was great!! The campground was very well taken care of. One of the best campground areas ever.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Grounds were clean & well-kept. Our only complaint is that we didn't like that our site was a camper OR tent site. It meant that we had campers on both sides of us & that the site itself was more amenable to campers (with hook-ups that we didn't need) than a tent site. No grass pad--it was a pea gravel pad instead. Wish we had been at a site meant only for tents

OHVs etc. we’re loud, only one bathroom, and when we booked on line, we ended up with the second worse spot initially. Woke up by dogs and ATVs. Not our cup of tea. Besides, the food in Utah is terrible and there was no beer.

The park is well laid out with spacious well-maintained sites. Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. Will stop again when we're in the area.

The enclosed cement patio with fire pit is great, the patio table and chairs are a great upgrade from a wooden picnic bench, we always avoided those wooden nasty looking things! The sewage hook ups are on the opposite side of the patio so it’s very nice . Great play ground for kiddos up to maybe 10 years old. Swimming pool was clean, no spa or jacuzzi, life jackets available next to pool.

Paw pen was a great idea. I would suggest having a packed sand surface, the dogs didn't like walking on the gravel

My brother and I had an unexpected stop in Richfield on our way to Wisconsin. The camp hosts were very accommodating and made sure our RV’s were next to one another. They took time to explain their facility and were very friendly. Everything was well maintained and very clean.

This was not our first time stay at this KOA. Our first adventure was okay; we were not in a pull-through and the different levels of cement made in hard to get in an out of our 5th Wheel. The second time turned out to be most pleasant with no issue other then the WiFi. This last visit was quite nice, as well. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which doesn't help when your looking to buy a home.

Very nice place to stay, especially with the recent increase in size and new large spaces added. Very clean and well kept up. Lots of nice shade. Nice people managing. Have stayed there several times and have been very pleased every time.

Very nice stay. Only stayed a night as we had to stop for a vehicle repair. Great showers. Nice, well maintained spot. Would definitely stay there again.

We've been staying at this Koa for years, and have loved it. The changes made recently are nice, but not enough to justify the outrageous costs. Charging per kid is ridiculous! The rules are out if hand too. I felt like I was being watched with judging eyes the whole time. The last thing is that my father was treated very badly. The cantankerous escort was very rude to him. I will not return.

Everything about our Richfield KOA stay was positive. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The sites are nicely spaced, all sites have 50amp. Lots of tall mature trees to maintain shade. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the top KOA's we've stayed at!
