Clean well kept campsite. Staff pleasant and helpful with our stay while at the Mayo Clinic. Clean washrooms. It would be great to be able to buy an upgrade to the internet service. The free service is barely usable. My only encouragement for improvement. Thanks Rochester/Marion KOA. The Hamilton Family.

The park is average at best. Pretty dated store, super narrow and small campsites. Dog walk is inconveniently located as far away as can be so Fido has no hope of getting there before an accident. Unless you need to be in Rochester, I would chose another KOA in the area before this one.

Unlevel pads. No cable. Dump at sites was clear to the front of the pad had to pull up to dump. Very expensive for what you get.

The staff was friendly, the park was quiet and the pool was clean. The Kabin's appear to have been neglected as ours was dusty on the door hinges, cob web by the door, ceiling fan didn't work, windows hadn't been washed in a long time. The timbers were rotting out on the ends, the lattice around the bottom of the kabin's were aging and broken.

Crabby managers, nice park. But you should not be charging extra for kids. Otherparks don't.

Friendly attentive staff. Sites are much more spacious than all of the other KOAs we've stayed, green and well maintained.

Unique
The kids had fun in the outdoor pool (not heated, but so refreshing on hot humid days). Clean bathrooms and the store had a good selection. The only thing I did not like was you have to buy wood from them (no outside wood allowed, which I understand for pest control). The wood we got was lumber scraps for $7 a bundle. No nice logs, had to tend fire ever 5min to keep it going. Otherwise nice place.

It was super quiet and enjoyable. The only thing that I noticed was that the workers there, desk and other, were not very friendly as we have seen in other KOA's.

I'm reserved online as a KOA member but did not recieved the member discount. Staff was rude when I called on the phone but also in person when I checked in and at times during our stay. I will not go back.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Playground is out-of-date. Not a fan of cats & they roaming around our site. Pool was very cold. Firewood was not regular firewood, very thin pieces. With full hookup site, sewer is a the front of the site and it was a back in site so made hooking up during our stay difficult.

We were very disappointed in this KOA. The bathrooms weren't clean most of the time. The toilets were nasty. The showers didn't appear wiped down or scrubbed in a long time. Won't be coming back.

Nice campground. Trees need to be trimmed and fire pits need to be cleaned out every time a camper leaves (dirty diaper in our fire pit). In today's world every KOA should have high speed internet and cable. Don't forget, a lot of adults traveling without children stay at KOA's.

We enjoyed being there all week as we bounced back in fourth to Mayo. Very easy to work with, couldnt check out at noon on our last stay due to appointments and they worked with us. Thank u

This was fine for our 1 night, passing through stay. Warning of tornado test should be put on check in sheet. Alarm was literally right above our site and about scared us to death at 10 am. There is a sign at the office but we got there late & office was already closed. More warning about that, the better.

Stayed one night. Clean ~ level site~ assist to site helpful~ our site was a little tight backing in so it was helpful backing in. Small dog park. Quiet park.

front desk staff needs to be a little more friendlier,NOT good afternoon or Hi how are you and welcome to KOA. Was not told that your office closes at 7p on a SAT!!! unbelievable. pulling up to check in couldn't believe there was Marijuana in the front of your building. Staff tells us -we pull it out but it grows back- REALLY! Do something about it. I love staying at KOA's WILL NOT BE RETURNING..

Just stayed for three nights here. What a great campground. The grounds were very well kept up and Barb the owner was very organized and friendly. Great location. Rochester has an extensive network of bike trails that are in excellent condition. We had great riding weather. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thanks again!

What a nice little campground..,asked for a quiet place and ingot the best spot in the park ... Thank you so much for the stay! Clean public areas and level spots! Hosts were awesome and so nice.
