The lady with white hair is cranky. She doesn’t pick up trash and made that clear. A little more customer service would help. She wouldn’t let us put our breathable carpet out as she said it would damage her grass. She doesn’t know that breathable ones don’t do that. She had to tell us how to back in our trailer even though we’ve been doing that for 20 years. Rumor has it campground is f

Nice place to hangout. Fairly quiet and good amenities. I wish there were a few smaller garbage cans around the park for dog waste, and as with most campgrounds I wish recycling was offered.

Upon arrival and check in we were escorted to our campsite. It would be nice if all campgrounds did this.

Unfriendly staff, expensive store, campground across tge highway from all amenities, wouldn't stay again . Staff sitting around outside upon arrival, sticks in fireplace , no information of the campground given

A nice campground for a night or two. Did not care for the buddy patio sites. Getting to the campground from I90 can be a challenge as you have to turn left onto 52 which can be difficult due to traffic on 52

Stayed this weekend with family. The playground is not something I would want any child to play on, especially our 3 year old grandson. Sites were lovely, staff was very friendly.

The positive: The site was level. The campground itself was quiet. The negative: It is located very close to the freeway. The water leaked on the ground & there wasn't a lot of water pressure, probably because of that. The restrooms, 1 shower that was usesble & garbage were across the street from the campground. Deal breaker: camp host(ess) was not exactly 'rude' just impolite & not pleasant.

Pros: nice large grassy sites. Cons: pool hours aren’t as listed welcome paperwork says 9am-9pm but pool doesn’t open until noon (I think they don’t really want you swimming), facilities and dumpster are across the road from the majority of the sites, staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Good for pulling in and sleeping for the night but wouldn’t recommend staying longer than you h

Stayed there multiple times for Mayo Clinic appointments and recovery. Loved the sites, the green (compared to back home), the pool, and the people. Three generations of hard working host family. I’ve read comments about Barb and Roger being curt or rude, but I think they are efficient and no-nonsense. Be kind and respectful, and that’s what you’ll get in return. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, very friendly staff, we enjoyed visiting with them! It was very clean and well kept. Bathrooms were always kept very nice and well supplied. If we are ever in the area again we will come back!

Really feels like they want you to leave as soon as you can. The staff can be rude. Pool hours are confusing. Grass is over grown and the bathroom is very inconveniently placed. Not the regular KOA experience I am used to.

We loved it! Please get to know Barb and her husband Roger. Good People, who have helped us out in the past! Pool was now open also on our last visit. We didnt get in because of the cooler temps and rain, but it looks very nice now.

Very clean park with the cleanest bathrooms ever!! The workers were all super nice and helpful. The pool was nice but super cold (weather). Added bonus was a nice park is there as well.

The hosts were very unfriendly and not at all accommodating to Mayo Clinic patients. We had an afternoon appointment, they wouldn’t let us stay, so we had to pack up and find a place to park the camper while we went to our appointment. The campground was not at all busy. We won’t stay here again.

The camp host seem very unfriendly, while in the store looking for groceries to buy the lady was very impatient with us. Her actions were very short and unpleasant. And the bathrooms are across the street from the campground showers also so for using the bathroom at night is not very convenient.

This was my first ever KOA stay and it couldn't have gone any better. From first walking in the door to saying goodbye I had nothing big positive experiences. Friendly staff, convenient location, quite kampground, and super clean facilities, which I really appreciate!! Rochester/Marion KOA set the bar pretty high for the others! =)

Stayed at the KOA over the 4th of July for a vacation. Would never vacation at this site again. Nothing to do. Pool was shut down and no fire pit at our site. Worse KOA in MN. If I had to have things done at Mayo, I might stay again but not to vacation. Caretaker was very rude. Actually made a camper next to us cry who was just diagnosed with cancer. Very unkept campground.

It was raining so we couldnt take advantage of the amenities. I can say that the people are very nice. Office is clean. The campgrounds are a bit small for large RV's.

For a KOA it was very small and there were no organized activities like I've seen at other campgrounds. Your firewood was expensive as you can't bring your own. It was clean and the sites were nice but the pool was closed "indefinitely" on the most popular weekend of the season. Even if it was open the pool was way outdated! Had to go to Rochester to swim!

It was amazing Barb and Roger were great. We hope Roger is feeling better. I was a rookie RV guy. He helped me tremendously in getting set up for the first time. The facility was very clean and the park was very cozy. We also purchased two of their Kon Tiki Fire Logs and burned one for our grand daughter and son in Washington on our way back home. Thank you both, and all the best !

THE STAY WAS BORING FOR THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO, THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN DO TO PROBLEMS WITH A LEAK AND PAINT IN THE WATER. THERE IS NO SHADE ON LOT 81 AND IT MADE BEING OUTSIDE VERY HOT DURING THE DAY. THE AMENITIES FOR ELECTRIC, SEWER AND WATER PLUS CABLE WERE GREAT.

Just stayed for three nights here. What a great campground. The grounds were very well kept up and Barb the owner was very organized and friendly. Great location. Rochester has an extensive network of bike trails that are in excellent condition. We had great riding weather. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thanks again!
