It is unacceptable that you would not leave us a key when we checked in late to our cabin. We have stayed at KOAs all across the US and this is not the normal procedure we have experienced. We could not secure our belongings to go the restroom.

Really lovely, well-tended campground. We were very pleased that there was an available site for us as we traveled the final leg of our cross-country journey, heading home.

Easy to book via the app at the last minute and got a nice and clean camping cabin. Host accommodated us as a late arrival and was kind enough to leave us some firewood on the porch so we could cook a late dinner over the campfire after a very long day of driving cross country. A nice stop to rest and relax for the evening while on the journey back home.

Easy check in, took us to our site and helped direct us in. Nice shaded site, close to bathrooms. Quite campground, well maintained.

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We visited friends in this area and look forward to returning here again.

Lots of dead, standing trees that could fall on campers - should be removed. The pool looked dirty and uninviting. The site was level.

Thank you for letting us know about the trees. They will be coming down. The pool is broke down and hoping to be repaired.

Had a relaxing 3 day stay…. Barb even trimmed a tree so we could get out! Peaceful surroundings and quiet..! We would return!

This KOA is NOT large RV friendly.We have a 43ft Fifth wheel and when being led to our pull through site we had to stop.A nice camper and I had to move a rock so I could complete a turn.Once in our site it was obvious leaving was going to be an obstacle course.The guide suggested backing out of our pull through site. Which after waiting for the person in site behind to leave we did.

You were happy with the sugestion. to back out. I will not have any more 43ft fifth wheel in.

Gave the highest ratings possible despite the fact our loop was across the street (a dead end road) from the office, bathrooms, and showers. They accommodated our request for a satellite access site, although it still had enough tree cover to prevent it from working, but their wifi was strong enough to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also, out towed vehicle had a flat and they let us stay long

Positives: quiet, easy access to highway, onsite store for essentials, easy to navigate and park. Negatives: $5.00 per person visitor fee(they are not costing the campground anything and many times the campers that have visitors are from out of town and thats one of the opportunities to see those visitors), ammeneties dated and minimally maintained ie: play equipment quite old but useable.

Everything was clean and well kept. The pool was closed. It was posted that anyone under 16 years old must be with an adult at all times.

Only one shower in the women's. A bit loud from the highway. People were pleasant.

Thought owners were arrogant and rude. Came in at 5:00pm. Site was not ready. Told me that I would have to pay 5 dollars apiece for my daughter and 2 grandkids to come out and eat dinner with us. Pool not open but no discount. One of the reasons I booked there. Not very friendly people to deal with

The reason the site was not ready was we had a Wedding the day before and they were taking the tent down. We charge for all visitors. Pool is broke down.

Pool was closed “for maintenance” but never saw anyone working on it all week. Also the grass was high and bees everywhere in the clover growing in the yards. Not the nicest KOA we have been to. But with pulling our camper we always have our own equipment so it was fine.

The Pool has a major leak and the paint on the bottom is coming off. NOT SAFE.

This KOA is the worst we have seen. The pool was closed for “maintenance” but apparently had been for almost a month. The dog park was grown up with weeds. The trash can by the park had weed almost 3 feet tall. The playground was scary. There are no good trees in the park for shade. I’m not sure they have ever used a weed-eater. Also, the owners weren’t overly friendly. I would never stay

Most unkept campground I have ever stayed at! mowed but nothing under the picnic table or around the trees. When we booked asked if there was a pool they said yes, we booked a month out. Come to find out the pool hadn't work since last year. Attended was moody and not very nice. Extremely disappointed .

This KOA location is nicely located near I-90. It is not far from the big city (Rochester), but not close enough if you need to make multiple trips into the city during your stay. The facility is very nice, quiet, and clean - especially the bathrooms/showers. Lots are good sized. They have a SMALL store. Hosts were very professional and helpful. The pool was out of order, to our disappointment!

We were in area to research where relatives had lived years ago. Usually come to the KOA for lodging; love the memories it brings. Love that bathrooms are clean, and that staff are friendly. We enjoyed ourselves.

We have stayed at several KOAs along the way. This was the best by far! You had plenty of space between you and the next site. Nice concrete patio on site. I would definitely recommend this KOA!

Good shade and site (it was hot). Welcoming and quick check-in and restrooms/showers were exceptionally clean. Appreciated all the extra hooks and baskets to use in the shower!

Campground was clean with easy access. Somewhat disappointing in that we had a confirmation for a patio and picnic table and our site had neither. It also had no shade as the back-in site was in constant afternoon sun. We didn't use the facilities and there is no cable although the wi-fi was very good.

We do not have cable at our sites. We have antenna tv.

Just stayed for three nights here. What a great campground. The grounds were very well kept up and Barb the owner was very organized and friendly. Great location. Rochester has an extensive network of bike trails that are in excellent condition. We had great riding weather. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thanks again!
