Great place to stay.

Road running thru the middle of the campground made it difficult for us as we were traveling with children. It was a long walk to restroom and we had to cross the road each time. The internet is almost non existing as the signal strength is so low, we were not able to access the internet throughout our visit. Found the elderly gentleman to be very rude at check-in, we had 'interrupted' his work.

Camp is clean but the staff are grumpy. There are plenty of rules, published and unpublished, making it a bit like Shrek’s Kingdom of Duloc. We were made to take our hammock down “because the camp owns the trees, if a child runs into the site and gets hurt the camp would be liable.” There is also a rule that children must be accompanied by adults in all places so square that circle if yo

The front office person was not very friendly. We made our reservations months in advance traveling out to South Dakota. We had 2 campers and the spaces they gave us were very hard to back into. Very small spaces, not a good setup and our camper is only 17 feet. Would not stay there again.

Paved, shady campsite. Nice, clean restrooms. We were only there for one night, so I can’t rate their other services.

The stay was nice but was not happy about the fact that we could not bring in firewood. The fire wood provided was not good at all due to how small it was and burned to fast and also was way to expensive.

This KOA is an older park with appearance issues such as rotting railroad ties, weedeating once a month or so and overgrown play areas.The park is split into two areas, One behind the office and the other across the street.TV cable did not work. The owners were abrupt at first but friendly after few days. No trash cans in park only dumpster by office. Firewood is horrible. Clean showers. C minus

Clean facilities but low lying so lots of standing water after a rain. Showers were nice. Staff were not the friendliest in comparison to the many, many campgrounds we stay in. Not happy they charge $8/half hour for the trike bikes. 4 kids wanted to ride but no thanks.

Our stay at Rochester was great. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Never did find out what the issue was, but we could get only 3 channels from their antenna and booster. We used our Dish tale gator with no issue.

As the Assistant Wagon Master (AWM) of a SMART RV Caravan, I interacted on an almost daily basis with the owners of the Rochester/Marion KOA campground. I was very satisfied with the campground and services provided. I highly recommend this campground and would definitely stay here again during any future travels in this part of Minnesota.

The facilities were clean. All hookups worked fine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The WiFi was poor. There are some very tight turns in the CG.

It was an okay place close to home to get away. Parking was horrible, rv spots we're very close, pool was closed and trash was a bit far to walk all the way up to main building. Should have trash cans throughout park.

To begin, the staff was very stand-offish. The woman gave us our site info, and said that her husband would be right out to help. After waiting for a while, and nobody came to escort, I proceeded to make my way into the campground. I had my camper halfway into our assigned spot, and the woman came out screaming saying we did it wrong. Then made us pull completely out, drive around and park again.

Did not wait for the escort. They mabe had to wait 5 min for the escort.

This campground was too expensive for the amount of amenities that were provided. The trailer spaces were very nice. Good electric. Pool hours were too short.

Stay was fine but some of the rules are very odd. What campgrounds does not open the pool until noon in Summer? We had to actually stand and wait until 12:30 pm and then he was not happy to even do it then? It really rained hard and caught us off guard. We asked if we could exchange an unopened bundle of wood for a dry one and they could let ours dry out and he said "I didn't leave the wood out".

Just stayed for three nights here. What a great campground. The grounds were very well kept up and Barb the owner was very organized and friendly. Great location. Rochester has an extensive network of bike trails that are in excellent condition. We had great riding weather. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thanks again!
