We love this KOA. It is clean and the pool is great. The owners are very personable too. We also enjoy all the wildlife this KOA has.

Having stayed in more than 50 campgrounds this summer on our cross country trip, this was one of the strangest. The owner is neither friendly or welcoming, which really matters in a service industry. No one in the office when we arrived. The small campground is ACROSS THE STREET from the office, bathrooms and showers. It sufficed for a one night stay but I would not return or recommend.

Our arrival was stressful and unpleasant. The woman was critical because we did not see the sign telling big rigs ro stop. We had to ask for a different more accessible and level site. She agreed. The campground was clean, mowed, and quiet with excellent WiFi. We stayed 2 nights.

The owner’s were helpful and accommodating. They take great pride in the campgrounds. The facilities and grounds are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this KOA!

I was unable to reserve pull-thru site at time of booking. The very nice lady at chec-in went above & beyond to accommodate me for my 1 night stay so I didn’t have to unhook car. Always pleased with the consistent service at KOA’s!

It's a very clean campground. The bathrooms/ showers are secure with a keypad password required. The showers have benches and hooks for clothes and towels. The owners are very friendly. Very close to the Mayo Clinic. The only drawback is the highway noise, if you're in a tent.

Excellent service, great site at this KOA, pretty green grass nicely mowed and trimmed. No trash on grounds, very clean. We would highly recommend this KOA. Laundry was very clean. Family owned and managed, very happy with our 10 night stay at this KOA.

Staff wasn't the friendliest .. Shower n bathroom were nice, pool was nice.. Campground was ok. Need trees trimmed n spray weeds on the pads werr you park the trailer. Was yelled at 4 parking on grass.when a guest stopped by quick. . Wasn't grass- more like weeds.

Bathrooms were very clean.Not allowing mats on ground outside camper is frustrating-we’re just trying to keep dirt out. Not allowing hammocks in trees also frustrating. The studio across the street played past 1am and it was beyond frustrating.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The hammocks are for insurance reasons, that is why we do not allow them when they are hooked up to our trees. You can call us about the studio ans I would have called them.

We were at a midpoint of a road trip and simply needed a place to set up and tear down. We didn't stay very long. The site we had was going to be very sunny and hot, so would not have been ideal anyway for a longer stay. The staff were very nice. The bathrooms were clean but pretty far from our site.

We had a short stay but it was fabulous! Barb works her butt off to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. We were in site #57- it was HUGE. Nice pool, dog park and fun little carts for kids to rent.

The lady at check in was a bit rude but the campground is nice and quite. Wifi was excellent. Nice relaxing stop along the way.

The lady with white hair is cranky. She doesn’t pick up trash and made that clear. A little more customer service would help. She wouldn’t let us put our breathable carpet out as she said it would damage her grass. She doesn’t know that breathable ones don’t do that. She had to tell us how to back in our trailer even though we’ve been doing that for 20 years. Rumor has it campground is f

Nice place to hangout. Fairly quiet and good amenities. I wish there were a few smaller garbage cans around the park for dog waste, and as with most campgrounds I wish recycling was offered.

Upon arrival and check in we were escorted to our campsite. It would be nice if all campgrounds did this.

A nice campground for a night or two. Did not care for the buddy patio sites. Getting to the campground from I90 can be a challenge as you have to turn left onto 52 which can be difficult due to traffic on 52

Stayed this weekend with family. The playground is not something I would want any child to play on, especially our 3 year old grandson. Sites were lovely, staff was very friendly.

The positive: The site was level. The campground itself was quiet. The negative: It is located very close to the freeway. The water leaked on the ground & there wasn't a lot of water pressure, probably because of that. The restrooms, 1 shower that was usesble & garbage were across the street from the campground. Deal breaker: camp host(ess) was not exactly 'rude' just impolite & not pleasant.

Pros: nice large grassy sites. Cons: pool hours aren’t as listed welcome paperwork says 9am-9pm but pool doesn’t open until noon (I think they don’t really want you swimming), facilities and dumpster are across the road from the majority of the sites, staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Good for pulling in and sleeping for the night but wouldn’t recommend staying longer than you h

Just stayed for three nights here. What a great campground. The grounds were very well kept up and Barb the owner was very organized and friendly. Great location. Rochester has an extensive network of bike trails that are in excellent condition. We had great riding weather. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thanks again!
