With Trick-or-treating on the bridge, arts and crafts, spooky performances, and thrilling sky-high rides, you won’t want to miss this unforgettable Halloween event!

A Thrilling (but Safe!) Halloween Adventure

In addition to all the Halloween fun, you’ll get to enjoy some of the most spectacular views in the country. At 955 feet up in the sky, the Royal Gorge Bridge is America’s tallest suspension bridge and offers a fantastic vantage point for Fremont County’s gorgeous scenery. However, Parents can rest easy knowing their little ones can trick-or-treat amongst these awe-inspiring views while safely protected by the Bridge’s sturdy reinforced wire-mesh guard railings. Couple that with the fact that The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park provides all the candy that is handed out by vendors on the bridge, and you’ve got an exciting outdoor Halloween adventure - minus the risk!

Event Details

The Boo at the Bridge at Royal Gorge Bridge and Park event kicks off at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 19th, and the fun lasts until 7:30 PM.

Ticket Pricing

Tickets are $14 per person when purchased online and $16 at the door. But if you have a Royal Gorge Season Pass, you'll can get your ticket for just $11! Kids three and under get in for free!

Boo at the Bridge Rides

For those seeking an extra thrill, The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park will offer access to the park’s rides during Boo at the Bridge. Zip across the gorge on the Cloudscraper Zip Line or strap into the Royal Rush Skycoaster for an exhilarating view of the spooky scenery below. For those looking to enjoy the scenic ride across the Royal Gorge without the adrenaline rush, the Aerial Gondola will be running as well!

Games and Activities

Boo at the Bridge 2024 will have numerous booths full of games, treats, and frightful surprises hosted by local businesses of Cañon City and Fremont County. 

Learning Experiences

Animal experts from Nature's Educators will be at the event to teach your little ones about Colorado wildlife and introduce you to live animals like snakes and rabbits—perfect for the budding nature lovers in your family!

Spooky Live Performances

Families will also be treated to performances from local Cañon City stars. A spooky dance performance from the talented dancers of the B. Box School of Dance will send shivers down your spine and local band Deja Bluz will be performing live music throughout the evening. Their mix of blues, blues-rock, and rock 'n' roll will have you tapping your feet and swaying to the spooky beats!

Instagram Costume Contest

Wanna show off your Halloween costumes? Spooky ghosts will be placed on cars parked around the Pikes Peak area. If you find one of these hidden specters, snap a picture with it in your costume and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #BooAtTheBridge24 for a chance to win awesome prizes!
