As usual , we had a wonderful stay. Pam and Bill have become close friends and we will miss them when they move to another KOA. Our days were filled with cards and dice games. Both Pam and Bill as well as the owner Jack took time to play with us. This KOA has done many things to make it special and It remains one of our favorite campgrounds.

The weather was a bit rainy, but the park seemed to be very clean and quite. I would definitely come here again if the need arises.

Stayed overnight in a 38 foot motor home. The staff was very friendly. The site was good. It had been raining, so there was mud around the site. Our dogs loved the large dog park. There were activities for kids. The campground is in the process of improving to be able to have more events. We have stayed here before, and will likely stay here again.

Bill and Pam were gracious hosts!! We totally enjoyed our stay at Rusk KOA. Very well maintained and spacious. We WILL be visiting again!!

Great campground! Excellent staff. I had trees at my site that would scratch the sides. I asked a worker riding by on his cart if he could possibly trim them a little. In 15 minutes he returned and did just that. Upon arrival, they led me to my site, guided me to the correct stopping point,and helped me unhook. Great facility. Fire ring, etc. Overall, a nice place.

I loved staying in a camping cabin. They are close to bathrooms, showers. Offer lots of quiet time. Staff is amazing. Loved, loved, loved it!

This is a VERY nice, quiet campground. This was the 2nd time staying there & will definitely go back. All of the staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast they fix for the guest staying there.

We booked 2 sites. The staff was very accomodating when we wanted to change the tent site because we did not want our small children near the Halloween graveyard. The only thing that didn't work out well was the placement of the fire pit. It was in front of the door & the wind blew the smoke into the tent. It would be better if there was a way to place the piut to the side. Otherwise, GREAT KOA

Great, clean campground with very friendly and helpful staff. We were escorted to our campsite, which was very nice and offered help if any was needed setting up. Our sewer connection didn’t fit because of the electrical box placement, so a KOA employee lent us one of his own to use!! Great place and great service!!!

It was a great stay with great hosts. Even had one of their great pizzas (supreme). And all KOAs should have the same public shower rooms set up as this did (a stool to set things on, a hat rack on the inside door to hang clothes, a towel rack, and a mat on the floor). A previous KOA only had a stool and wet tile floors. The only negative here was the extremely slow wifi.

Water did not get hot even after calling office to fix, lots of bugs in cabin, tv’s not connected.

We were there for s last minute getaway with our kids. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The campground was quite and clean. The staff was friendly. We will definitely return.

It is a nice place. Had enough Things to keep my 5 year old busy And not get bored. It was fairly quite at night. The Halloween scene was perfect. My son didn't wait to get to the camp area to get out, he walked through all the scenes as I was parking. He was amazed with them.

The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast. We had the $6.00 breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, and coffee & orange juice. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the office store had a nice selection of items. We will go back!

Arrived on Friday ,10-9-20, departed on Sunday, 10-11-20. Campgrounds were clean and well kept. Staff, from check-in to check-out, in all areas was friendly and professional. Thanks for a very relaxing weekend.

This was our 3rd stay in four months (July vaca, Aug & Oct hurricane evacuation). I cannot praise the staff enough!! In all of our travels-cruises, hotels, campgrounds-the staff at Rusk KOA is by far on the top of our list in hospitality, friendliness, and willingness to help. Thank you!!

We evacuated to the Rusk KOA from Hurricane Delta in hit southwest Louisiana. This was our second evacuation in six weeks. The camp host recognized us and once again accommodated us to the best of their ability. Plus this is a very nice area to visit and stay.
