Even though we were in a "deluxe" site, we had no umbrella, when others did. This leads to another comment. The site next to us was clearly a perm or semi-perm. Along with that comes the 2 dog kennels/grates, debris, political stickers, and well, you know... I understand this sounds snobbish, but it didn't make sense to have a guest like that next to a "deluxe" where customers paid more.

Stayed one night on our travels north. Also stayed in February on our way south. Nice clean campground, very friendly owner! Sparkling clean restrooms, showers. Will definitely stay again!

great place. However the timer on the lights in the men's room needs to stay on longer, I don't like pooping in the dark.

Awesome staff. Excellent communication. Very clean. Restrooms were immaculate. Great walking paths. So quiet you can hear only nature. Highly recommend.

Great campground. We had a shady spot with a patio and fire pit. Our satellite TV was blocked by trees but cable connection was good. Stopped for the pancake breakfast on Saturday. It was great. We met folks staying in nearby spots that have become new friends we hope to keep in touch with in the future.

We stayed at Rusk KOA for three nights and it was wondrful. We arrived late, the paper work was ready avialable for us at the front office on the outside board where they told us it would be. The camp was exceptionally clean and well kept. We enjoyed the free pancake breakfast. Thank you.

We only did an overnight while traveling, but I must say every thing was very clean and well maintained. Top notch. Wish we could have stayed awhile.

Great staff made me feel so welcomed. The park was clean, I was led to my site and the guide helped me line up with the sewer connection. We took advantage of the anniversary events. The live radio broadcast crew were fun and interacting with us. The staff even showed a movie even though we were the only 2 there. It was a great girls' weekend. Looking forward to our next stay.

Even in the middle of winter this campground is a nice quiet place to stay and easy to get to. Thanks to staff.

As most, went to ride the State Railroad but chose KOA as it appeared to offer the most and is my goto RV park when possible.

We arrived late, but were met & escorted to our space by a super nice, friendly gentleman. Every employ was very friendly and helpful. The park was clean, the spaces were large & most were pull-throughs. I highly recommend the Rusk (TX) KOA RV Park!

We liked this KOA very much. Many roomy long level sites. Very nice facilities. It's quiet here. Very little traffic noise, so you can listen to the birds sing and the breeze blowing through the trees.

People were great campground could use some TLC we were on site 1 was so uneven that my tires on the left side were 8” inches off the ground

We didn't have a lot of time to explore however, we enjoyed the trails and hot showers. Bathrooms were clean and the park was well off the main road. Overall very well maintained.

Enjoyed stays here in past. Camper in next site cranked a car that wouldn’t start and our camper filled with gas fumes on arrival. Next day mechanic parked truck on our site, inches from our trailer. Arrived back after dark and work lights were set up. Mechanic worked on car noon until after 10 pm. Car started and engine roared after quiet times. Next morning cranking car resumed—went home!

Our apology for the inconvenience. We do not allow our campers to do repair work in the park and this incidence has be delt with.

This particular stay was just OK. We have stayed at this location many times, including family reunions and it’s always been pleasant. This particular time, I was forced to move locations after completely setting up my 5th wheel. They did not have my reservations, after speaking with the employee on 2 different occasions. I was greeted with a rude employee & everything seemed to be uncharacteris
