Smoked sausage (sliced), baby potatoes (halved), bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Divide the sliced sausage and chopped veggies onto individual sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with your seasonings.
Fold the foil edges tightly to create sealed packets.

Combining classic chili with cheesy mac and cheese, this hearty meal feeds a hungry group fast.
5 mins | 15 mins
1 lb ground beef (or turkey), 1 packet chili seasoning, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can kidney beans (drained), 2 cups elbow macaroni, 2 cups beef broth, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Brown the ground beef in a deep cast-iron skillet or Dutch oven over your camp stove and drain excess fat.
Stir in the chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, beans, uncooked macaroni, and beef broth.
Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
Remove from heat, top generously with shredded cheddar, and cover for 2 minutes until melted.
Crispy, gooey, and completely customizable for kids and adults alike.
5 mins | 8 mins
Large flour tortillas, shredded Mexican blend cheese, precooked shredded chicken, canned black beans, salsa, and sour cream for serving.
Lay tortillas flat and add cheese, chicken, and beans to one half. Fold over to close.
Wrap lightly in foil or place directly in a lightly greased cast-iron skillet over low campfire heat.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
Slice and serve with salsa and sour cream.
Start your morning with a sweet, warm treat that requires zero baking skills.
2 mins | 15–20 mins
1 can pre-made refrigerated cinnamon rolls, butter (for grease).
Generously grease a cast-iron skillet with butter.
Place the unbaked cinnamon rolls in the skillet, leaving a little room for them to expand.
Cover the skillet tightly with aluminum foil and place over low coals (not direct flame) for 15–20 minutes until puffed and cooked through.
Remove from heat and drizzle with the included icing while hot.
Take your s'mores game to the next level with a shareable dip that keeps your fingers clean.
2 mins | 8 mins
1 bag milk chocolate chips, 1 bag jumbo marshmallows (halved), graham crackers for dipping.
Pour the chocolate chips into the bottom of a small cast-iron skillet.
Arrange the marshmallow halves cut-side down in a single layer over the chocolate chips.
Cover with foil and place over indirect coals for 5 minutes until the chocolate melts.
Uncover for 2–3 minutes to let the marshmallow tops get golden brown.
Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping!
