You’re staff was great, but...... You really have to take control of your guests!! The bad demeanor at the pools were uncontrolled!!! Partying at a site near us was also!!! We will not return!!

This campground is NOT big rig friendly in our opinion. We have a 40 ft Class A towing. Dusty, dirty (muddy in rain) unpaved roads were VERY tight to get to our pull through KOA Deluxe Patio site which had inches between the other deluxe sites and their sewers. Amenities fine. Wifi not good. Staff/manager friendly hard working. Just not optimal for big rigs.

I was a little Leary before I got there with the reviews on TripAdvisor but once we were there everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The deluxe cabin was clean, beautiful and functional. Pool and water slide was great. Kids loved the arcade. Playground and bounce pad was a lot of fun. We would definitely come back and recommend.

I would recommend a friend to stay there during the week, and NOT on weekends. The site across from us had about 25 people on site, partying on a Saturday night.

Plenty to do for the kids! Water slide is a blast and the high ropes course is great! Everything was clean and well kept! Lots of new construction all over the site, we can’t wait to go back and see what they’re adding!

Air conditioning was broken in our cabin but problem was rectified quickly. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lots of activities and things to do for kids. TV did not work in living room area which was upsetting for our teen. Could not be fixed.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the camp ground. However, there were some problems. My fridge in the RV didn’t work. Didn’t find out until the food spoiled. The deck on the patio should’ve had rails as it was high off the ground and it didn’t. At least half the games at the arcade were out of order. The younger staff in charge of the kid activities were extremely childish themselves.

Beautiful campground, lots for kids to do. Poor management made our stay less than desirable. Speed limit not followed (including employees) and no security monitoring the campground. Dust from gravel roads due to speeding, no watering to keep dust at a minimum. Would definitely love to spend summer here, but not under this management. Seasonal campers say this is the worst they have seen it.

We have been coming to this campground since before it was a KOA. We have always had a good time. This year there were 3 seperate incidents that the police came to. Our kids love the ropes course but didn't like that they had to choose to do ropes or mini golf and it was a limited # of times. We Pay a resort fee they should be able to use the facility more freely or remove the fee.

This was our 9th year that we stayed at the Lebanon KOA and were disappointed with the staff and maintenance of the park. I understand that the park is new to the KOA family and they're trying to make many improvements. The staff seemed unenthused about doing their jobs and in many cases were unprepared to oversee activities that they were running. The waterslide was out of order repeatedly.

My tent site was on pea gravel which was uncomfortable to be on in the tent. Restrooms were disgusting and filled with huge bugs. Pool water was so murky we had to leave the area. Water slide not working on hottest day of year. Koa employee refused to honor gift card for store purchases we had family give to child for birthday gift. What a poorly run place

The arcade was kind of a bummer - we made out good with the water squishy out of the claw machine but the arcade games that you win tickets were mostly out of order and didn’t have ticket refills. Other then arcade no tickets we had an amazing stay! It was so fun and full of activities . All staff was very nice and bubbly. Me and my daughter loved being at KOA 25th - 28th!! Awesome!!

My family had a great time here but I think it could be cleaned up a little bit. There was lots of trash on the ground everywhere we went. Clothes, towels, random stuff found all over the place. The pools could have been cleaner.

This was a nice campground. Very large, with lots for kids to do. Some of the sewer hookups were installed above ground level in such a way it was impossible to get a downhill slope on the sewer line. The staff were rather impersonal, but nice.

Great bathroom facilities. Spots are a little tight, and the resort fee seems unfair for people who dont use the extras.

Nice amenities but it would’ve been nice to have more hours for the slide, ropes course etc. the activities were a little unorganized. They ran out of rubber bands for the tie dye activity. Nice sites.

All over the country staying at KOA’s, one near home is awful. No WiFi, rude staff, golf carts (including staff), vehicles speeding around kicking up dust. Tent sight nearly hit at 1 in the morning by a drunk cart driver. No security. Activities schedule never followed. Show up and no one there. Hope corporate sees this & gets the proper management. It is a nice place. Heard so many complain

Very overpriced! Uneven site for a motor home. Very loud neighbors past the quiet time rules! Campground fees and visitor charges????

The kids loved the water slide and play ground. If I had one piece of advice I would put signs along the river maybe a half way marker and a clearly marked sign so you know where to get out. My one complaint is that the website says you have wifi I was told rudely by a staff member that it is only "hot spots" my husband sometimes needs to work during vacations and I find your website misleading.

Hands-down the most disorganized place I have been to. 30 min lines in the camp store, dirty pool area, slide broken for entire weekend and the FAST speed in which golf carts and cars travel is unreal. Watched multiple kids almost get runover, just trying to play. I know you cant control water levels, but even the river was dirty and not floatable. Disappointed is an understatement. Staff clueless

Sites too close to busy road, campground open to random people off the street was scary having small children, vehicles and golf carts traveled too fast within campground, store employees were extremely slow checking out customers, slide was closed all weekend, run down buildings…will never return!

Stayed in the deluxe cabin..no cable. I wish they told us before we got there.. need a little more entertainment at night.

The RV had a sewage smell that they tried to remedy but couldn’t. They said that they would suggest a power washing of the waste tank. That’s something that should be done on a schedule and not when a camper complains about the smell. There was no mention of recycling in the park. I wish it was something KOA drove from the top down.

Our site was lovely and I appreciated the gravel, the lights, and the wonderful staff. Everything was very clean.

We had a great time! Love the slide! They fixed hot tub on second day there thank you!! The entrances to different buildings and amenities were all awkward as in you had to go way around. Office needs to be clearly marked for first timers! Sell snacks at arcade please. Cami was really nice for rustic cabin and bathrooms were clean and nearby!! Mini golf was cool. Ropes course closed : loved

I paid for a premium site and my air conditioner would not stay on. Also the water was right on top of the electrical unit. Thank goodness I was with friends.

need an on-site food(grill) stand near pools or store like it used to have. bathroom options at the pools would be a great addition. also site 24 a friend of mine stayed in next to us had an exposed sewer pipe that ran downhill so would not drain right. site 22 was nice but uneven.

What I thought was gonna be a weekend of events, was very uneventful. The campground did a very poor job of coordinating the Father’s Day events, which Was made to seem like a whole day of events, and just ended up being one softball game, coordinated by the campers themselves, as the staff had nothing planned. Disappointing. Then the Father’s Day The breakfast was just donuts. Nothing special

Advertise as having Wifi but there were no hotspots left to loan us and a employee told us the Wifi wasn't that good anyways and it was only good near the main building. I wish we had known this ahead of time! Also, when choosing our spot online the one we chose looked to be a good location. But once we arrived it was an odd placement and hard to get hooked up at a normal angle.

Had a great time as usual. Staff is extremely friendly. Noticed some waterfront sites that were empty all weekend. Website showed only 1 full hookup available. Need to check in on that.

Easy check in, and getting to our site. Enjoyed the things to do. The two things would have been nice to know is where to find the activities posting and we needed to per-register for the adventure course. The site was clean but had to clean out the fire pit of a few things. The sewer hookup was not well defined. Overall planning to head back later this year.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
