We went specifically for the Classic RV and car show but there were only 4-5 cars and about the same for RV's. The staff seemed to be confused about how the RV side of things was going to work. They ended up putting the RVs that wanted to be in the show in several places around the campground. The desk staff was supposed to have a map of the sites but they didn't. Ok but not run well.

Couldn’t Enjoy my stay because of another campers kids coming on our site eating our food climbing on our table taking my sons toys! going in Our tent. We ended up checking out one day early. The river was gross due to the fact we haven’t had much rain. The pool was so nice! I wish things went differently. We ended up buying wood we never got to use Because we checked out early.

We had an awesome stay, staff was very prompt when we had requests. One of your employees on the ropes course went above and beyond and had great patience with people who were in front of us having a difficult time on the course. One recommendation I have is that employees all be given the correct information when it comes to the slide on the proper number of people that can ride at a time.

Some friends had reservations here & invited us along. We reserved a site & are so glad we did. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest we’ve ever found camping. Every staff member we met was pleasant & friendly. They had plenty for us to do including 2 swimming pools, a water slide, lazy river & a ropes course. The prices in the store were reasonable but a full grocery store was also close.

Campground was very nice, has a great layout and staff is very friendly. The events do not happen on time, if they happen at all. Staff softball game didn’t happen, but they did drop off gloves and balls when we asked. The band was there, but then left without playing. Movie started late because they couldn’t find the movie disk. Family had a great time though and we would go back.

We rented a camper for 3 nights (2 adults, 2 small kids) and were very impressed with how clean the camper was! No bugs creeping around, the linens provided were crisp white and professionally cleaned, cooking utensils were in good shape and the campsite was a good size. Public bathroom/shower was SUPER clean, no mold, no bugs and showers were hot and free. Playground/ pool well maintained. Great!

It was the first time we were there and we were rushed through the check in process. The map given was bad and unclear. Site was not picked up we had to clean up the site of debris before using. Electricity and water hookup was far from where the camper could be parked.

Aside from the rain, it was alot of fun. The only issue we had was during the movie "the greatest showman" there were many kids, young & teen running in/out, causing disruption. Their parents who where there did not say anything t them about how it. & there was a group of 8 adults who were drinking & brought in a cooler, which is whatever. But they too were being loud & drunk. My daughter & I left

We've stayed with you before a few times now. Although we love the campground our site this last trip was pretty disappointing. It was right on the corner of one of the campground roads and across from cabins. No privacy at all.

This campground is amazing! I was a seasonal at another campground(not a koa) and pulled out last year to travel. This was my first place i picked. As soon as i pulled in a staff member came up and made me feel very welcome. I had a problem with my cable and staff came over and got it running. Camp here you will be pleased. Ty KOA AND STAFF.

Campground is very nice and most of the staff is great! Jessica the assistant GM ruins it she would probably be the reason I would not come back. It has become very strict and makes it not as fun as it used to be.

I can not say enough about Lance, his maintenance team, and Sara from housekeeping. We arrived to find the site was not what we had viewed online and they all went above and beyond to ensure that we had the amenities we were expecting. We plan to come back again, because we enjoyed the campground but more so because of this crew and the exceptional service they provided!!!

The price to camp is forcing us to go elsewhere. It has become unaffordable at the KOA. Further to that, the activity schedule was a mess - things not happening we understand but when using the rain schedule, even that wasn’t adhered to. Can’t say we will rush to come back.

Wifi didn't work, cable didn't work, hot tub was broken and closed. Still charged full price.

We were unable to have a site next to the other half of our party despite specifying this at reservation. The traffic noise from the road was not relaxing, especially as cars lay on their horns as they drive by. The site did not have the “grassy spots” cut. The bathrooms were immaculate (not pets sign would be good though) and if it wasn’t such poor weather the activities looked amazing.

Had a great time even though it was cold and rainy. Will be back. . One of the games to find the key, would have liked them to post where it was found as we looked for it all day haha still curious.

My daughter in law and I made reservations for sites together. Apparently the sites are being renovated/renamed, and they put us across the campground from each other. The staff tried their best to get us close once we checked in. Always make reservations through the LOCAL campground you're staying at, not KOA online. Given the rainy weekend, spent most time indoors. Not their fault.

Although the weather wasn’t ideal, the staff was helpful and pleasant. Lance was exceptional with customer service and was excellent at trying to make the guests happy.

We spent three nights and three full days. There are probably only 8 hours of those time it was not raining and temp above 50 degree. But the kids still had a great time! They went to the game room at least 30 times. We also were able to do the Giant Waterslide, heated pools, Mini golf and rope course. Kudo to the Rope course operator! He is really helpful and there before our scheduled time!

It was very cold and wet my kids didn’t get to do any of the activities except for watch a movie would have enjoyed it more on a warmer weekend

My only two comments are that showers were cold in 2 bathrooms and people are driving too fast. My 9 y/o daughter and friend were on bikes and said a Red Car had almost hit them because they were going too fast. I’m not clear if it was on the camp ground premises or the town road between the two sides. Reach out to town about cross walk or options available, and enforce speed in campground.

My stay was ok the rain was awful but my overall stay was pretty good. The sight I was on could use a little work. Large hole very uneven ground and the water hose was awful. I paid for water and electric but couldn’t hook up to water. However my understanding was that things are being upgraded

I stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and it was beyond expectations. It was brand new and extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff was extremely helpful and always very polite. Public restrooms were immaculate What a great weekend. I will definitely be back!!

I'm 50/50 on this... I rented a very expensive Cabin advertised as waterfront..ummm more like puddle front LOL.. The ropes course was fun but you need to clean those helmets/gear before and after use, you're going to spread head lice like wild fire.. I also witnessed the teens working the ropes course on thier phone more than paying attention to safety! The Activity Director needs some guidance.

We had a blast. So many fun things to do. Everything was nice and clean. Only complaint was the movie that was supposed to play friday night was not what was played so the kids were disappointed(therefore we didn't even check for Sat night) also unsupervised teens being loud and disrespectful put a damper on the experience.

I felt a little disorganized upon check-in. Our campsite wasn’t very clear. And although the weather was completely out of the campgrounds control it feels like we didn’t get the value for what we paid. We weren’t able to use any of the amenities.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
