We rented an rv which our first rv had no heat, broken thermostat and was loaded with ants and got into a lot of our food. We were moved to a unit across the street, and the door was warped and very difficult to shut (we were told because it was off level for so long). The TV did not work, half the electrical outlets did not work and our toilet was full from not being emptied.

Thank you for taking the time to share about your stay. We do encourage all guests to keep food closed up at all times as we are in the woods, and ants will always find their way to food. We have passed on the comments about your RV to our department heads, so that all issues can be addressed.

Nice Campground and the staff was friendly and willing to please. However no Wi-fi even close to the main office on my site this is false advertising very disappointed because some guests require this to do some work from home. Many new additions and improvements on this property. Will be back.

Even though they have all the extras, (Water Slide, Putt Putt etc.) they are lacking in Customer service and overall good camping sites. With more training for the staff and general cleanup of available sites they will meet the KOA standard in the future.

Great stay, list of improvements over the last two years. Parks were great. Pool was a bit dirty for my liking. The site we had was decent but extremely overrun with black flies that made eating outdoors unbearable. I know the campground can’t control that but definitely put a damper on our trip.

Delightful, sites were beautiful, lots of activities, restrooms and showers were immaculate. The staff were all incredibly friendly and wonderful to interact with.Everything was fully accessible. We had our 90yr old grand mother with us and she enjoyed herself very much. We can not wait to go back

We loved the river tubing. Wish the other pool was open because the one that was was crowded but still very nice. Staff was very nice and friendly. Met cool dogs!

We had a wonderful first stay at Salomon Falls. Jamie in the office went above and beyond, as did the general manager in helping me when I had a car issue and needed a tool. The bathrooms were spotless and heated. The water slide is a blast! We look forward to coming back in June and already wish we had planned more trips this year.

Kids loved the slide and the mining area. Watched the Movie wish you were able to have a little newer movie but was fun and nice to have something for the kids to do. The customer service in the office was great and all we had to do is ask and they delivered heater and wood to glamping site with mins. Only thing I would have like is maybe a list of all the activities during the stay.

Cabin was nice because it was brand new and the spot was too if you didn't jam another one 5ft away. Because of this we wouldn't rent again. It only was acceptable because the other one was not rented yet. Lack of wooded and private sites is a real negative for us. The campground amenities/location were good though. If you added on a whole new section of wooded and private sites we would be back.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Very nice, bed was comfortable. We did not have cable or WiFi like the amenities said. We were told that it was being worked on. I ended up having to use my data on my phone. We got wood, when it came to our site, it was mostly kindling which paying $45 for that was a rip off, We went to the desk and said something about it and we were given a better selection of wood

Our site (22) was littered with decking screws, metal forks, a butter knife among other trash. The campground is under construction, but the fact that we found at least 5 long deck screws where we walk and park was disappointing. Hopefully we did not ride over any. This is a hazard for feet and tires!!!! I'm not sure I will return.

I booked in advance, requested a certain site and was able to be placed there. There are many upgrades completed and many in progress since my last stay. The staff was very very friendly including all the grounds crew. My rates as a KOA member were reasonable. I will recommend this campground, I will return again. This place is growing to be a top notch place to go. Keep up the good work!

We had some trouble with the RV. The keys didn't work, the TV didn't work. As a first time RV'er, there wasn't any guidance on the RV.

Well after a conversation with my niece we found out a couple interesting things. They were told the camper at 362 was unsafe because the stabilizer legs were broken . This is where I stayed .Also the outlets near the master bedroom didn't work. Camp 361 my wife's .My niece was told the bathroom floor needed to be replaced and it does smells like urine. These 2 units are unfit to be rented until r

The campground was beautiful and the bathrooms were immaculate, however the showers were not very handicapped friendly. There were no benches and nothing to hold on to and you have to leave everything on the floor.

Waterslide wasn't working 1st day. No cable all 3 days. We were told adventure park was included but not the case, only 1 use per person included (they did give us passes). Pool wasn't heated. Kids camp wasn't 3 hours long, only 20 minutes. They forgot the muffins/coffee despite it being written on reservation, had to uncomfortably ask for it. Very disappointed in this place for the $$ we paid.

Very disappointed. My children got bullied and hurt. Complained to a worker I saw they didn’t do anything. I will never go to the KOA ever again. The jumping pillow was ruled my seasonal children that bullied toddlers about wearing onesies and jumped so hard and made the toddler fall flat on her face crying. The girl laughed. Was disappointed

Rented a cabin. This is our second year going. As always have such amazing time. They always keep everything so clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful and just make your stay amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Love all the updates and new things they added. Thank you again for annother wonderful stay. Definitely recommend everyone

The whole place is beautiful, even though they are doing renovations it wasn't obtrusive in any way. The only real issue we had was a lack of communication about where and when events of the weekend were taking place and considering it was opening weekend it was understandable and the moment we approached them with a question they went above and beyond to help however they could.

Amazing stay for Mother’s Day family get together! Staff were wonderful, cabin was perfect and the muffins and coffee were a welcome addition to an amazing weekend. Our children and grandchildren loved the ropes coarse and water slide!

what a disgrace this place is.been coming here for years and it’s completely trash now.cant believe you are charging families to use slide,and ropes course.I was told it was only free one pass which I’m given a card to redeem and told this is because not everyone got a turn last year,but if you pay extra you can go much as you want.And charging 10 for vehicle perday. Everyone cancel trust me.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay. Each guest is allotted one free use of mini golf and the ropes course to allow all guests the opportunity to use those amenities. As it has always been, there is no limit to the use of the slide, pools, river, or any other amenities.

Our stay got off to a really rough start with issues related to our hook ups. The management was quick to respond, and did what they could to rectify the situation. The management is doing a lot of work in the campground common areas. We'll be back for another try, but I know now to double check that they've confirmed the amenities on the site are functioning before we pull in and set up.

I respect the staff. Who were great. However, I feel that paying a high price to stay the campground should have kept the pool with slide cleaner it was not. With the amount of registered campers the larger pool should have been fixed as I know on August 13 the pool company was ready to come and put a new liner in! It was not done and with the virus that pool was bigger to keep people separate!

As seasonal campers for many years at Flat Rock Bridge campground we were given 3 weeks to find a new campground or figure out what to do with our camper. This was poor ownership of this property. They should have had the respect to inform us at the beginning of the season that we no longer could camp here. Very badly handled. I will continue to Inform all campers I know and social media sites.

The communication was terrible and as a seasonal we felt unwelcome. Customer service was lacking as well as security. Management never addressed my concerns

Last 3 years has been lies tension pricing drama moves then out. No hot TUBS no pool no activities is it worth staying No security.

Need better customer service, communication, and organization. Their lack of this is affecting the overall campground. Maintenance staff were wonderful but most activities staff were not friendly. Activities Director works at ropes course almost all day and can be snappy towards campers. Amenities are ok, lots needed to be fixed but weren't(security gates, no lighting in parking lot, pool liner)

Reserved a space with cable which was not working when we got there, we where told they have been having trouble for awhile. Loud fireworks late at night. Dogs off leach. I will say that staff was wonderful.

Expensive Sebago price Not worth the money this year but paid it like paying for a nice hotelAnd when you get there the pool is empty less money last year and everything worked

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
