Great place ! Many things to do for a family with young ones. Very quiet, considering all the people there. Easy to get in, with nice wide roads. People working there are very helpful. Had a good time.

Great campground - we loved the putt putt course, ropes course, jump pillow, hay ride and many more things. Actually think we are coming back next weekend!

We had a great time! We spent a great deal of the day down by the river exploring with our 2 dogs. Everyone was friendly and helpful! My only issue was that our site was on the field. We prefer to have something a little more woodsy and private. Next time I will make sure to request the appropriate type of site.

We were given a spot right next to the store and pool. There were MANY available spots that were not located near those places. It was not a great experience.

The site that was reserved for me was impossible to access. Camping with others as we always do so being near them was mission critical. Staff quickly got us into a much better site, but the electrical connection only worked if you wiggled the fuse just right. Our companions had no power until their outlet was replaced. Absolutely no directional signs to the campground. Confusing parking direction

Booked at the last minute so couldn't get our preferred type of site. Staff couldnt have been more friendly and helped book a rental and a campsite close together. We were 2 couples. They even opened the water slide so the guys could have a few slides! Everyone great and accommodated everyone. My friend got a key to have look a camping cabin. Definitely want to come back w our grandsons.

We had no blinds on our windows in the cabin. When I booked I was told I could stay the day of checkout at my friend's site since they were staying an extra day. When I checked in and told the staff there they said I would have to pay 30.00 a person to stay longer. I told her what was said to me by Michael and she said that is a call center and they couldn't honor no charge. Communication was awfu

The first night (9-25-20) could have been better. First when we first arrived to our site we were surprised to find it was occupied. We were told by staff to just wait a minute while the other guest packed up. Then just left there to find for ourselves. Also we were never told where the camper connection were. Thus we paid for services we could not use.

We really enjoyed our stay... the kids absolutely loved the jump pillow. I wish the pool next to the jump pillow was open as well as the hot tub as we were looking forward to that. We loved the waterslide although sometimes the water pressure wasn't the best. We stayed in the North cabins and they were very clean and cute inside! The campground had great activities for the kids.

We had an amazing stay! There were so many things to do that we couldn't do them all but still had a blast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great stay. Granted we were here during the week coming to the end of the season so the campground was pretty desolate but it was still a wonderful stay. Definitely plenty of staff around. Not sure if they are in a transition from a non koa to being a koa now. Overall nice campground. Honestly pretty gigantic.

The check-in staff were not friendly & it wasn't clearly marked where to go/ park to check-in. Though service was prompt, it would have been preferable to not have to call them within minutes of arriving at our site because we had no working electricity. This was the loudest & least family-friendly KOA ever- tripping over vodka bottles in the rest room at 5am with my toddler?! We left a day early.

Overall we had a very good time at this friendly KOA. Our only issue was an odor in our RV, which maintenance quickly took care of. Kids had a lot of fun, at the playground and at the pool. The minigolf and the obstacle courses were fun for the whole family. We felt the campground had taken measures to keep it safe during the pandemic. Had a nice campsite they are fairly large and well kept a little dusty as there are dirt roads. Overall a nice place to camp. Oh and close to the road. But not as noisy as we thought it would be

We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. I only wish we would have known ahead of time that the Wi-Fi (which the website said was available) was only in certain hot spots.

Such a great time! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Deluxe cabin was very nice and clean. Could have used more comfortable pillows and a thicker blanket though.

Our Safari Tent was so spacious & accommodating, just loved it. Staff was incredibly pleasant & so helpful with all of our questions & needs. The campground was very clean & so much was upgraded from our last visit 2 yrs ago. We brought friends & they enjoyed everything immensely. The lobster bake was awesome. The Dave Berry Band was loads of fun, so talented. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great time . We rented 2 Campers and 2 Cabins for a family camping trip . We loved it and always have a good time at Flat Rock. We do wish the pool was open near the cabins and there was no hot tubes . It was a little expensive for campers and cabins but it was for the family and we had a good time .

What a great weekend! Check in was smooth & organized, our Rustic Cabin & Safari Tent were clean and ready for us, and the office staff were warm and welcoming. With Covid-19 glooming over the rest of the world Lebanon KOA made the world feel right. The safety procedures in place were great and did not feel like a burden because of the friendly staff and efficient service. Cannot wait to be back!

1-slower check in than I expected 2-nice grounds with good amenities. The open pool was clean and warm, the other was closed for repairs 3-nice obstacle course 4-rental trailer was clean. We called for a repair and they came immediately 5-overall nice but I was expecting more

Ast. General manager was extremely rude when asked questions about the cost of our stay. I was also laughed at when I asked about the customer appreciation dinner. Considering canceling our stay in 2021.

We were met by welcoming and helpful staff. There were fun activities for adults and kids. The only down side is that it was very dusty due to drought conditions- so only by nature. The site was thoroughly raked clean prior to our arrival.

I wish more information was given up front on the check in process and securing of pool time. We could have saved a lot of time and misunderstanding. Otherwise, no issues.

WE loved the place, but did not like our campsite. We were placed on the corner and had a very hard time putting out camper there. It was too small and the cable did not work. I would not recommend that site for our size camper. We loved the activities, but only problem was our site.

Overall pleasant stay. However on my last day I was treated in a way that may make me reconsider a return. I was never told a check out time and slept in on my last day. I was awoken to a knock and a very rude employee telling me I was trespassing and they had left me multiple messages. I would have happily paid to stay had I known, but was never told and upon check-in I had only missed one call.

Back in full hook up site was pricey at $70/night. Had 50 amp but i didn't need it and the site was really too small for a 5th wheel or class a. Amenities were good and staff was friendly. Campground has several odd sites, such as 50 amp where big rigs can't fit, 20 amp full hook up, and sites that don't match up to the map etc.

There wasn’t a lot of activities planned for the homeschool week for the kids, especially 10 and over age group. The pool slide wasn’t open until after 4pm during the week which it was cold out by that time. The RV we rented needs a lot of repairs. The staff themselves were courteous. Seems very disorganized!

Everyone and everyone was great! Ryan and Conner and the 2 girls up at the water slide/pool were great. Very polite and helpful. Justin the maintenance guy nc7 was extremely helpful, especially when I found out the cabin that was book for me was not what I thought I had. The only negative was Katherine I think her name was she didn’t where a mask.Very rude to our group but the manager Rectified

The first site we were put on was very tight for my 38 ft RV and had an underground water leak. They moved us to a better site with sewer which the first site did not have. The people here were very friendly and worked with us to make everything so much better.

Unaddressed septic issues cause a septic leak on our campsite. The septic truck arrived and the septic hose blew off the truck causing raw sewage to be sprayed all over the site and my vehicle. My vehicle was damaged due to flying debris. Staff handled it well after it happened but it never should have happened. Strafford koa was a great experience, Lebanon koa seems to always have issues.

Staff was great and bathrooms and facilities very clean. We were hoping for a little more seclusion and woods. We felt very close to other campers and in an open space that did not have a lot of trees.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
