Our stay was amazing! The safari tents were wonderful!! Bed were very comfortable. They provided a small coffee maker, refrigerator, bedding and a small fan. We brought an extra fan and a griddle to help cook. Can’t wait to make it an annual trip!! Thank you again Lebanon KOA for an amazing weekend and memorable weekend trip. We will see you next year!

Campground is a dust bowl, with sites right on top of each other. Paid for a premium site, but our neighbor's sewer hose was right next to our breakfast table. This is a rowdy drinking place complete with amateur fireworks. Returned from dinner to find 4 vehicles on our site, had to track down the owners to park our own car. 100 people at band concert with no social distancing. Never coming back.

I am trying to be patient ; but, it tough when things don't seem to be improving. I was out on a site that is not on you map, then told I would have to find it, after a look of disbelief I was offered to have someone help me find the site. The site wouldn't fit my rif without damage. Given another site, cable inop, no full hook up, wifi poor, amenities broken, still charged a resort fee though.

We booked a 4 night stay in a rental trailer. Upon arriving, we noticed the bathroom had a foul odor. We had an employee try to correct the problem and couldn’t fix it. The 2nd day we started to notice ants. By the 3rd day the bathroom was infested with them. We had notified the office and they sprayed. We ended up leaving a day early. The staff was great but the stay was unpleasant.

It was a good and bad stay some things were disappointing and others were great.. having the big pool, and hot tub closed should be advertised you can't be charging people full price.also the river needs to be cleaned weekly a staff member needs to clean river entrance and exit and pull the tires out of the river if your going to push floating as part of an attraction. Golf and ropes are awesome.

Very disappointing. In fairness, COVID was the biggest culprit. We were so looking forward to this trip but cut it short. With all the activities around, our kids we’re unable to do any of them because all the time slots were filled. We called about visitors but were not told the 6 per site included any visitors so my niece and her son couldn’t join us for the day.

The new amenities are great but they don’t have the staff to keep them open for use so we are paying full price for amenities that we can’t even use. The arcade had a bunch of games that were down and hardly any prizes for tickets. The one pool that was open was very dirty and not heated like in the past. The grounds are very run down and need some maintenance TLC.

6 adults, ages23 -61...we all had a ball! Thank you SO much fun, Floating, dancing! The band Was great!!! Staff were all awesome!!! We hope to return next year to stay longer. Same spots would be great!!!!

this was the worst camping experience i have ever had!! we went so my kids would have things to do and that did not happen. by the time we checked in on friday there were no slots open on the roaps course. Pool slots were also full and down to only one pool. i paid extra to stay in a cabin next to a so called fishing pond that was dried up and nothing more than an west nile breading grounds

Great camp ground! Even during covid! Yes you needed a slot for the pool but the river was fun too!! The bathrooms could of used a little more cleaning, my husband used the bathroom all the way in the back and said there was no where to put clothes or towel. Over all will defiantly Love to come back next year!

Understandably things were different because of Covid, but one pool was closed, my kids waited at the jump pad almost all day during the posted hours of operation and no one came back to open it. So much Marijuana smoking in the majority of the campground was a complete turn off and not family friendly. Lots of public intoxication, not to mention hearing about an altercation that took place Friday

During this Covid 19 time my wife and I were a little surprised that their were so many kids in the playground at the same time not wearing masks. Not social distancing, of course, as they were all playing together and interacting with each other. The stay itself was pleasant. We were RV-ing for the first time. I wasn’t sure what the LOUD bangs (like canon fire) were on Saturday evening.

It was "just ok". I lnow a lot of restrictions are in place because of covid. But the river was dirty and full of trash and tires. The open pool was not being heated as I had heard it was in previous years, and the other one was closed. No real activities were run for younger kids. And the people in the site next to us were hacking up a lung and shouldn't have been camping.

The activities for the kids were great, I.e. the pool and slide, the ropes course, mini golf etc. We understand the many restrictions that have come about as a result of COVID . I made reservations online. I arrived at the campground and registered. COVID-19 signs were clear and informative. Plenty of staff to help with the customers. The girl we had was super polite and new what she was doing. The camp ground manager actually introduced himself, which was nice. The site was clean, raked and we had plenty of room. Easy to back in and out. Nice staff and quiet camping.

I am giving you a 4 based on the fact that I’ve been there in previous years, during normal times. This year was very different because of covid. Rules changing daily, and lots of amenities closed because of lack of staff. We tried making the best of it, but were disappointed at times. Overall, the kids had fun but the lack of activities was a let down. Hope things are back to normal soon!

When we got there they gave us a site on a hill so we couldn't level our camper we asked to switch sites and they gave us a better site so we had a blast Thank you!

We rented the same RV we had last year and found it very clean and well stocked for our needs. T2 needs some other steps to get into the camper. We are seniors and the cement blocks were quite a challenge. Sites N2 or N3 are right in front of our sites and blocking our view of everything and our "yard" is their yard. Streets were very dry and dirty flying everywhere. No watering down of roads

Unfortunately, our stay at Lebanon KOA Salmon Falls was less than desirable. From the site not being what was described to us on the phone to the pool nearest our site being “closed for repairs” (without anyone actually working to fix it). The CDC shut down the other pool to where you’d have to reserve a time slot. Lots of drunk people; lots of smoking. One night a man chucked garbage in our

You guys did a very good job at maintaining social distancing, especially with the pool, it was unfortunate we were unable to use it more than once a day but we need to stay safe! Thank you we had a blast! See you next year (& maybe even next month!)

The service and amenities were great, however, we did not care for the site we were assigned to. It was a little small and was so dusty everything and everyone was covered after only a 2 night stay. It was also very rocky and had a lot of roots right where the tent had to go. So for us that sleep directly on the ground it was a bit rough.

I was so very saddened by my stay, and the 3 other families I encouraged to join me. We ran into issue after issue and then finally, 3 days prior to our departure. We were threatened by a seasonal patron and harrassed there after. While they did address us, nothing was done to make us feel safe afterwards and essentially our visit was cut short. I was too afraid to let the kids go and play.

Was told we would have a full hook up site but the sewer hookup on site W37 was at an angle coming out of the ground some 12 to 15" off the ground which I was unable to access. Maintenance workers were sent out but they wore NO MASKS and did not safe distance. This was supposed to be a premium site but it certainly was not.. The desk personnel did wear masks and were polite. Blessings. Ross

Good points: great rope obstacles course with very nice staff running it, nice mini golf, and a big place if you enjoy long walks Not so good: they should Not book tenters next door to full hookup Rv sites, give no privacy To /from your neighbors . Nice place but waterside was closed and didnt seem organized took me an hour and 15min to check in.when we tried to make reservations to do the ropes coarse they told us to wait until someone is out there we asked when that would be and the office told us they didnt know. The cites have so much lose dirt it was hard to keep anything clean. I do have to say they keep the bathrooms very clean here.

The staff was very nice. We have a 40 ft RV and we got it scratched up just trying to get to our site. The roads were much too narrow for our big rig. There must be a problem with the septic system because we could smell it throughout our stay. The kids loved the mini golf and the rope challenge the most. The pool water was cold and the water slide was not open, so that was very disappointing.

Pool murky , waterslide broken, other pool closed, activities is diy, except for the tie dye, bingo cancelled. The river smelled like sewer. Sites too close. Staff including GM super nice and friendly. The ninja course amazing, and mini golf great. Oh yes horseshoes great too. This place shouldn't advertise river and 2 pools is more like swamp, and no pools. Gate to enter was up all day no secured

We love to stay at Salmon Falls KOA, lots of fun, family friendly activities. With all the Covid-19 happenings in the world, we felt very safe and clean in the facilities. Great job

New slide was not working during our visit, pool had been booked up for 2 days along with rope corse. Not much to do around the area. We went to this location last year beginning of spring and decided to try again during middle of summer this year. Plan on not coming back any time soon

I have to say, “my stay the other two times at Flat Rock was a better experience “. Even with all the adjustments fir COVID19, (which I am well aware if I work ICU). The staff was not friendly, One wasn’t very kind, (manager of pool) and the campground was super loud at night even after 11:00pm. My grand nieces had fun that’s what I was happy about. It’s all about them.

Visited with family- we stayed in an RV rental by the river, while our family tented on the playground side. Our side was quiet, however the tent area was very noisy, even well beyond quiet hours. We enjoyed the many amenities, especially the lazy river, and the RV was outfitted with all we needed. We were able to take advantage of the locals discount, which was a nice perk. We’ll be back

Some of the staff where unprofessional. Our trailer was not cleaned properly or cleaned at all. We had to clean it. As in wiped and senatized all areas of the trailer, dishes where dirty. Portch and outside furniture where filthy. Our trailers septic was cleaned out twice properly by only one staff thats did his job correctly. We think his name was (Terry) guy with curly hair. Hopefully this helps

2 adults 2 kids; CONS: golf carts & vehicles drive too fast through campground, pools not great, trash along the river edge, workers are young and don’t appear to have work ethic re grounds control. We weren't able to use the pool or the ropes course we were told all different times for sign up seems like not a single person knew the same thing You go to the ropes course and ask names for time slots they had not a clue what names were signed up You look at the pool and see 6 people yet it's fully booked Tried to get in with 15 people in the pool and still denied Cornhole bag shredded JOKE

I've been visiting this campground since I was a kid and have been back 5 times as an adult bringing my own children now. I am disappointed we were not allowed to choose our site. We hated the campsite we had and the dust from all the cars and golf carts was just awful. Also, finding out the North Pool was closed only a few days before our stay was disappointing. Otherwise we do love this place!

We enjoyed our stay in our RV rental. Had fun on the ropes course, golfing, fishing and floating down the river. Opportunities: big pool had a torn liner & water slide was closed. The site we reserved was given to someone else. The RV rental had a broken blind, food bits in microwave, food stuck on utensils & dirty mattress pads on beds.Sheets were clean& bagged. RV Definitely Not covid clean. :(

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
