Need WiFi to all the sites (easy enough to fix) Could use professional mosquito spraying (bugs carrying diseases these days are very dangerous)

Camping with grandson (10 yr old). Mini golf, tubing down river, pool, water slides, rope course… All of the equipment was very well maintained. The game room was a little outdated, but we go camping to enjoy the outdoor activities. Very friendly staff & we were very impressed in how clean the bathrooms were kept at any given time throughout the day. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

My only negative feed back is the dirty and moldy AC units in the RVS Site 359. Besides that great and safe place to take the family.

We used to camp here as kids way back when it was King and Queens Court… we loved it then and loved it now! The upgrades are wonderful and there is so much to do for the kids! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Been camping at this location for over 12 years. I was very disappointed that they got rid of the adult swim/hot tub hour from 9pm-10pm and now choose to close the pool at dusk. Seeing as my children are now older this was a feature that I have looked forward to for years. This should be brought back asap.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Just understaffed for events asevery business in Maine. The River tubing really doesn't meet expectations of your advertising

Overall good experience - some of the sites need to be improved and the sewer connections are just in the wrong location.

This is such a fun campground. We stayed for 3 nights and there was so much to do we never had to leave the campground.

Friendly service and fun entertainment. Mostly clean and organized. Couldn’t give a score of 100 as some young workers were nodding off or clearly unhappy to be doing their jobs. Some discarded trash and clothing seen in the grounds stayed out the whole weekend and was never picked up. Some guest were loud and running engines at night. But this can happen anywhere. Overall a great camping weeken

Overall the place has lots to offer! Our experience was not on the level I would expect from KOA after staying at the Strafford and Twin Mountain ones. A group of homeless people walked through the woods on friday and stayed on site 151 at the picnic table rolling cigarettes until 530am the next morning when they set up a tent and began using drugs in it. Hopefully KOA contacts me for more info

We enjoyed our time at KOA, but found the check in process to be cumbersome and disorganized. The slide and other activities had posted hours but were not open due to short staffing. The carousel had posted hours but had no attendant. When we went to an arts and craft activity, no one was there, it was disappointing for the kids. The pools & river were very fun. The cabin we rented was nice.

Always great this time however due to the bathroom issue we had to smell when they were trying to pump it being across from bathhouse. We travels to other one. Also Pools were very dirty. EVERYTHING else was great.

Great stay. Only wish was for there to be a bathroom a bit closer to the larger pool near where our site was. Seems like there used to be one based on the maps provided but it no longer exists

Bummer the pool and water slide was closed, that was the main reason for booking. Staff said it was due to staffing issues. Also felt the special events schedule was not communicated well. Tried to do both Pizza party and Corn Hole and when arrived was not staffed and other campers seemed to be charging people for it. If there were additional cost it should have been clearly noted.

We had a great time, stayed in a new deluxe cabin. Bummed the cafe could not serve hot food, because they needed new ovens. I wish that Info had been on website. The pool and water slide are awesome, cabin was clean, and quiet. Kids loved the high ropes course. The tubing on the river is the best! We will be back!. The staff were great, hard working.

Great campground for kids. I stayed in the northern cabins with my two kids and I loved that we were close to the jump pillow, playground, pond and pool. My kids (8 and 13) were able to play while I grilled our dinner and I could see them the whole time. Staff is great. Mariah in the office was wonderful and answered all my questions with a smile! We will be back next week too!

was a very clean camp ground. stinks that the rope course was closed most of the time manly do to the heat cause of the metal on the course. only thing is the cart rental fee's are a bit high $75 a day but all said most likely be back next year

I grew up at the campground when it was kings and Queens . i’m so happy they kept it pretty similar to the original campground. The staff is great and i would recommend this place to everyone. So much fun!

This was the worst KOA I have ever been to. The pools were dirty and green. Hair clumps and dead insects were floating around. The bathrooms were dirty and unkept. I ordered wood to be delivered and paid for it and they never delivered it and never had a record that I paid for it. The sites were one on top of another with no privacy at all. Only a sink to wash dishes and it was filthy.

Tent sites are not very private and close together. Camper sites on the left side of road are much more spacious. Lots of activities but the pools looked a bit cloudy/dirty. Not sure if it was because they needed to be cleaned or the color of the pool walls itself. The store staff and ropes course workers were super friendly and helpful.

The groundskeepers were so kind and helpful when we had an issue! Most of the front office staff were very kind and helpful. The mosquitos were horrendous, but that’s unavoidable. I really REALLY wish the River would be cleaned out a bit. There were several tires, old tshirts hanging from branches, a bit of garbage… I know it flows down River but the big stuff can be taken out. Gross.

Overall we had a nice stay. The camp is very clean and a lot to do. Liked was lazy River, renting golf cart, mini golf and pools. It looks like improvements are still being made so might try again. 1. We were put next to main road. Need to put a sound barrier up. We could not sleep with all the traffic. 2. Should be able to pick own spot. Far apart from family. 3. Mosquito control needed!

We booked a Glamping tent with out two boys back in March and were notified 3 days before we left that the tent was not available.The first night we were put in an RV which was fine aside from the ridiculously uncomfortable beds. We then had to check out of there at 11am and left to until the “managers rev” was available, we refused to stay in it because it was old dirty and smelled like smok

We had a great time. Kids had fun. One complaint I would think was that unfortunately one of your staff members working in the store wasn't very nice to my grandkids. I know that sometimes kids can be annoying but she was very unpleasant to them. She also tried to double charge my daughter when she got there. Her name is Jamie...she needs to work where she won't have to interact with people.

One particular office staff member was very unpleasant to my kids. My rental camper was leaking from under the sink and water was seeping throughout the camper, the AC was leaking, the sewer tank under the camper overflowed with fresh sewerage as we were eating dinner and had to be pumped out. The bathroom in the camper itself smelled horrendous.

Great stay. Only issue is the arcade is a rip off. The ticket prizes are ridiculous and the amount of tickets you need for the prizes is is more ridiculous. Waste of the parent's money that they give their children. Waterslide was great, ropes and mini golf were also fun.

Great camping sites! Bathrooms were super clean and the ropes course was great! Some of the planned activities could’ve been better planned (friendship bracelet string was in terrible condition- couldn’t even bead the string without it fraying!). The arcade was the hit for my group, the lack of prizes & the amount of tickets needed for the prizes was a bit ridiculous.

We rented a riverfront RV.......it just so happens our riverfront unit was about 20-30 yds from river via poison ivy laced path.....hmmm.....not as good as expected.....plus the awning in our unit didn't work. But service and activities were good, and staff was very friendly.

Great upgrades since the last year. The splash pad was a nice addition. Our site (339) had a lot of bittersweet overgrowth which lead to a lot of bees and moisture which didn't help the mosquitos situation. I still would love to be able to select our site upon registration. Also, it would be helpful if the showers had shelving to put your soap and shampoo on.

We stayed one night. This was to be a back in but found it to be a pull in to line up with utilities. Site was very unlevel. We were grateful it looked out to an activity field instead of another neighbor.

Our deluxe tent site was in the middle of the seasonal section, which would of been fine, if there was a bathroom close by. With 4 children in tow it really sucked how far away it was especially with paying extra for the deluxe site. Map stated there was a closer bathroom but it has not been built yet. The site was also missing the food prep counter that it was supposed to have.

We paid for a delux tent site and had a 1/2 mile round trip walk to the neatest bathroom.  The lighted overhang for table shade was over a mud pit not rocky like the tent spot.  It did NOT rain during our stay. We had NO trees for shade or to hang a tarp (field sites are treeless). The tent was in direct sunlight making it a sauna inside.

Very impressed with the new splash pad for kids. Loved the new bench swing in camp site. Sites were large and cement pads were nice.

Great fun for families and kids! Our group enjoyed the ropes course, mini golf, animal show, and of course the great pools and water slide. The adults enjoyed the live music and cornhole tourney. We have already booked another trip!

Many issues with lack of staffing in order to open the slide/ropes course. Made a reservation for the ropes course, it was cancelled, rescheduled and when we arrived they double booked so we had to cancel a second time. Receipt for the stay I received at the time of the reservation was different then when I checked in and thus had to pay more money.

The campground has plenty of stuff to do. We have kids that range from 3 to 13 and they all had a blast. It seemed the campground is understaffed in some departments. This is common everywhere though. We will be back next year for sure!

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
