Great time. Only downfall was there were no open spots to do the ropes course while we were there so no one was able to do that.

2 nights in a cabin - full and bunks. All comfortable. Next time we'll look for one of the bigger cabins. Showers were a long walk for "warm" water. No WIFI might have been a bonus but not expected. We loved tubing down the river and using the water slide. Pools were nice and clean, too. The reservations only ropes course didn't work out time-wise. "Reservation" signs should be posted.

Really nice KOA but too expensive for a senior citizen on a budget!

Some things to consider…more scheduled activities and entertainment like they had a few years ago, friendlier office staff, upgrade electrical in rental rv so power does not go out constantly, wireless internet throughout campground. For example, pirate week used to have pirate parade, daily gold rush, nightly entertainment, etc

The amenities were very good. We were disappointed in the rental RV we had for our stay as there was a strong odor from the restroom when we arrived. Staff came and addressed that evening though the odor did come back a day later.

We were put on a site that wasn’t ready - had to call Office to clean up before set up. Then when tried to dump our tanks their sewer tank was plugged so we couldn’t use on our site. The rope course that is never open. ( weather or short on help) mini golf didn’t have different color balls (weird)

Awful experience, would never go again. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights, left after 1 night.

The young girls at the check in area are very rude. I commented she should smile and explain the info a little better than just tell me sign here. She then turned very rude. No name tag to tell you her name. Fortunately we had some other great experiences with employees. Some areas need cleaning and upkeep. I think you should have someone to surmised the lower pool and bounce pad kids get too ro

Pretty nice place. Staff was friendly, but it was apparent that a lot of upgrades and changes were under way. Front desk staff probably need to get a little more organized to handle the customers. Maybe a place a where a line can form for reservations and 2 register lines instead of 1 for folks purchasing ice cream and other goods.

Had low voltage ran generator 3 days. Staff finally helpful. Provided fuel, new campground. Loud, marijuana smell constant! Could be a wonderful place a lot to offer. Some staff great others not so. Will never go back! Funny area in Maine will go north instead. On site 21, good site other than lack of power. KOA’s are usually wonderful, this one not so much!

We had a great week! We have stayed at the campground at least four times. We were very disappointed in the way the trailer was when we arrived. I really wasn’t planning on the need to clean everything when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were definitely not cleaned properly. With Covid-19, It should be spotless. The kitchen faucet leaked. We will be returning next year.

No management. The whole place is a free for all. Never addressed any problems we were having including safety issues. we booked way in advanced hoping to stay next to our family who also rented a trailer. We were on opposite sides of the grounds. Even our welcome packet was not ready. We camped at this campground for over 25 years before it became a KOA. Never Ever Again!!

Campgrounds were very clean as well as the showers and bathrooms. The general store on the other hand, staff were not very welcoming, most appeared they didn’t want to even be there. Also, there are no groceries of any sort in the store. It would be quite convenient to have a limited amount of groceries such a condiments and milk, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who forgot something!

PEOPLE/STAFF WERE AWESOME. UNFORTUNATELY, SHORT STAFFED, WHICH IS EVERYWHERE, BUT ACTIVITIES WERE CANCELED AND AREAS CLOSED, WHICH IS A HUGE ATTRACTION TO THE CAMPGROUND. I, PERSONALLY, FEEL A BETTER WELCOME PACKAGE, INFO PACKET AT CHECKIN WOULD BE HELPFUL. MAPS WERE COPIED OVER AND OVER AND DIFFICULT TO READ.

I enjoyed the campground. Very nice, lots for the kids. However i qas disappointed 3 days in a row we had reservations for the ropes course and all 3 days it had closed. The ropes course was one of the selling points in going there. So now we have several unused passes which was upsetting.

The camp staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. My only complaint is that the bathroom shower had no shelf or anything to put my things on, only a single hook on the back of the door.

We had a great stay. They have a tremendous amount to do. The only complaint was the site was all dirt and pine sap. Not to big of a big deal once you realize where not to walk. However, it would have been different if our grandkids would have come with us. Besides that, the campground is beautiful and well kept. Staff was more than friendly and every camper we interacted with, was very friendly.

Tons to do for the kids- the campground is looking great since being purchased as a KOA! Only thing would be a little more space between sites for a quieter experience- but for families not looking for ‘seclusion’ it’s perfect!

One of the best KOAs. Was a very clean site with all the common rest rooms and show areas so clean. the highlight was the high ropes and their team. the slide and kids pool staff were so helpful too. The facility has a theater, 2 pools, hot tub, bouncy balloon river access (shallow river, you can get into and also has lazy river tubing, biking area and I can keep going. We had so much fun !

We were disappointed that the ropes course was closed because of the heat. It is summertime and there will always be heat. We missed seeing the horseshoe tournament. We played yearly with the seasonals. The facilities were clean, as usual. Maintenance staff was helpful, courteous and resolved our issue within a reasonable amount of time. We have a large group of families(8 coming back next year

This was our first visit to Salmon Falls and we had a great time. We rented an RV on site. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the RV and I loved that linens and basic necessities such as hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper and soaps were provided.

I love everything about this camp ground. So much to do, and the staff is always super nice and helpful. My only suggestion...maybe build a few new bathrooms at ends of the campground where there are not any. We stayed in #258, and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest from our tent site. But I love it here, and will continue to come back every year!

The women’s rooms were clean and great, men’s rooms were always dirty… coming from the husband. I was a little disappointed that some of the events were canceled. My kid was only looking forward to the walk the plank event but was told because of the “storm” (rained for 10 min) that staff went home so there were not enough staff there for it.

Had a great stay, wish there was more pool supervision (floats, teens throwing others on top of small kids swimming). Slide was closed on the last afternoon/evening there which was a bummer - was told because ladder was broken yet they allowed everyone swimming to use the ladder. Didn’t make much sense. But overall had a great trip and will be back!

Our stay was amazing lots of things for kids to do which was one of our main things..the whole campground is very clean including the bathrooms,the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything

Rude office staff when I called about early check in was told you don’t do that. When we went to the bigger pool Saturday morning it was disgusting there was a dead fish and lots of sand plus other debris including finger nails. Should be cleaned more often. Camper got pumped next to us he spilled wastewater all over the ground on our site not good. Bad first impression not sure we’ll be back.

We've never stayed at a KOA and this was a much busier campground than we are used to. Having booked a "tent site on grass", our campsite at 261 was more of a sandpit. The carts driving around until 12am and lack of noise control beyond that time were disappointing. However, we were still able to make the best of it and enjoyed tubing down the river.

A group of us have been camping here for years. We love it here. This year was a little disappointing as the kids were told many times some of the events were closed. The RV was always having septic issues. I understand it should have been treated daily, but was not. Backed up into shower and vanity sink. Toilet had issues as well. In 6 days maintenance was called 6 times. It left such an odor.

Great location. Water slide, pools, pillow jump, river, etc. there’s so much to do it’s awesome. However, the staff constantly displayed poor attitudes and were very rude at times. There were workers off duty threatening people to get the kicked out and what not. Bottom line, a lot of people abusing the yellow shirt

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
