We had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful, the rental was good( maybe a better mattress) and there were so many activities too do. We will be staying again!

We paid for water on our site and had no water spicket so we had to use the sink at the bathrooms to wash dishes...our electric stopped working for a couple hours they sent a young kid down to get electrocuted as the gfi outlet kept falling inside the metal box so we couldn't fully plug in our extension cords but other than that my kids had a blast the renovations look wonderful need lights for m

Set us up in a site that was such an angle the back of the Class A 42' dragged, we should have been led in to back into the site. No one guides you through the maze of roads.The check in was chaotic, as well as the office parking lot kids on bikes, golf carts, people milling around waiting for something and no designated lanes for carts/bikes, walking path or parking, very dangerous. Nice layout. Golf carts are a must if you want to float down the river and want to get to the start and you are camping down at the end.

We brought our 7 year old grandson while he was visiting from Philadelphia and he had a great time! The grounds were clean, the bathhouses very nice and the activities available were fun!

Mariah at the front desk was great on the phone and in person! Our suggestion is wifi, not convenient that it is only available at game room or store. With the technology today, and the expense of Flat Rock wifi should be available at all campsites. A lot of people today on "vacation" still have to work remotely.

Nice site, lots to do. Seems like a new staff. Some of the questions I had confused my check in person. Check in person was unsure of the route to my site. Got there eventually but scenic route. Now I know the campground will be easier. Road sign points you to check in office, confusing finding it - no signs. Few groceries in store. Expensive for fixed income retireeOverall I like and will return.

We weren’t able to visit last summer due to covid so we were super excited to visit this summer! We had a great time! There were so many upgrades to the campground. Great job!

We enjoyed the new deluxe patio sites and had fun going down the river. Dog area would have been better if other people cleaned up after their pets and they had supplies right there. They were still making improvements at the campground that will make it look better

Communication amongst the staff was inconsistent. Upon arrival we did not receive a "pass" for mini golf. Upon attempting to play mini golf, we were told we needed a pass. We ended up receiving an "I owe you" on a sticky note for 4 passes to play mini golf again. The family that we were camping with got an "I owe you" for 10 passes. Always a good time! Despite the rain and sewerage issues. One thing that we would like to point out, you need to do something about the "SPEED"limit at which NO ONE adhers to. There are little people on their way to the pool!! SLOW DOWN! Driving is a privilege not a right.

Third year staying here. The improvements made each year are great but the water slide pool continues to be dirty and in need of updating. The recreation activities continue to need better preparation/ facilitation. Price keeps going up and daily resort fee for things like river shuttle which doesn’t actually occur is disappointing. Same amount of passes regardless of stay duration makes no sens

We had a wonderful time this year, things went much better than last year. The staff was pleasant, bathrooms kept up with, so many activities for the kids, love all the camp amenities. My only complaint is that every night we had skunks come inside the safari tent with us. Thankfully nobody got sprayed, but it was very stressful for all of us. They would come in even if there was no food out.

We were disappointed that the booked safari glamping tents weren’t ready but we loved everything else. Staff is VERY responsive. We liked it so much we booked for October and are bringing more family. Well done. I also appreciated the bathroom rating stands. Very clean although strange not to have a shelf or bench for showers.

Loved the deluxe cabin and it’s location in the park. Some front Office staff could could use a personality boost. Witness staff member make rude comments to campers when they asked a question about how they would go about using the mini golf course.

It was a great KOA campground. The river run was really cool. Water slide, ropes course all great. Our only suggestion is to try and enforce some sort of speed limit. We could not believe how fast vehicles and golf carts were going. Even the staff maintenance golf carts just went full speed with little regard to any rule or regulation. Would we stay again - absolutely.

The rec activities never started on time... the chocolate slip n' slide had no chocolate on it... and the fire dancing that was scheduled from 8-9 pm apparently started early, so we only saw 10 minutes. Very disorganized at best. We also had large tree stumps and roots throughout our picnic and firepit areas which made it very dangerous. We will be trying another location next year...

We stayed in a trailer. The trailer had an odor when we first arrived coming from the bathroom. We assumed it was from being "pumped out" from the guests before us and that the smell would go away. The odor stayed the entire weekend. The beds in the trailer are basically like sleeping on a box spring that would be under a mattress.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a premium site that had plenty of space and shade. My only complaint is the golf carts……everywhere! The campground is strictly 5mph for vehicles, but the golf carts are flying thru the campground at top speed. Some of the campground is under construction, which is always a good sign that the owners are taking care of it and updating when necessary.Very clean campgro

We loved it so much that we booked our trip for next year before we left! We stayed in the cabins on the frog pond and had the best time. It was right next to the 2nd pool, river entrance, and jumping pad so my 5 year old was in heaven. Great, comfortable, and clean little cabin. The pool with the slide was great too! We can't wait to revisit next year!

Clean grounds and fun activities But none of the workers where on the same page about anything check in, rentals or activities. Rope course workers very rude about us when they thought we couldn’t hear them talking. Small kids running around everywhere without supervision had to yell at a 10 year old cause he kept trying to go after my 7 year old. Won’t be back until the camp gets itself toget

I love camping at KOA Lebanon but this past experience was rough. I believe you have an overly generous "Quite Time" but there was no real enforcement. Two nights my neighbours were so loud that we could not sleep. The first time we called the office and could not get a hold of anyone. We were up past 1:30 am and we had plans for the next morning. Our day trip was ruined by exhaustion.

The pool had a lot of debris and did not seem to be cleaned daily. Not happy with age restriction on the hot tub. There was no bench to sit on when prepping to take a shower. The prizes the kids earn with tickets at the arcade were very cheesy, very expensive, and the selection was very slim. My son was really disappointed for what he got for over 500 tickets compared to last year.

The bathroom door knob was broken at time of arrival. We had to notify maintenance twice. He finally showed up and took the knob off but never replaced it. Also the magnetic screen was taped with duck tape. That was useless.

We arrived the tv was broken and it never got fixed. We did not have a gas grill as they said we would have one previous to arriving. We checked in with our golf cart never was told it could not be gas and was told we could not use it and my mother had just had surgery on her knee. Overall it was okay however a few situations could have been handled differently.

Washed-out 1st night. Adventure land had nothing saying you needed sneakers so kids couldn't do it. We had a site close to Road that people where going way to fast all hours of the night. And you guys definitely raised your rates and would have stayed another night if it wasn't almost $100 for a site on the main road

Overall it was OK- loved the pool! Site was hard to get into the right way to hook up to the sewer it took us trying 3 different ways and an hour and a half. It was a narrow road, tight turn and not level. But, once we got into it, it was nice and shaded. The checkin staff was great. Many of the support staff were unprofessional, and activities unorganized. Quiet hours were not enforced.

Our site was not level. we couldn't use our bathroom door on our camper because it was two feet off the ground. Also the sewer pipe was not high enough which created a little mess when disconnecting. Recommend leveling your sites!

This was our first time here at Lebanon KOA. We were pleased with our stay overall. We love the pools, river run, and miniature golf. We were disappointed that our deluxe cabin was not what we had reserved. We got a handicapped accessible unit that reduced the size of the overall living bc of the huge bathroom. We expected 2 bedrooms and got 1 and a hallway with a set of bunkbeds.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
