Large campground with friendly and helpful staff. The mini-golf and the rope course made it a lot of fun during the weekend. Kids had a lot of activities to do: trampoline park, hay rides, trunk-or-treats, heated pool and slide. Only issue we had was with the wood (we purchased a wagon-load): it was a bit expensive and also raw/wet that we couldn't get a good fire going consistently.

This was our second stay. Loved it just as much. Staff is sooooo helpful, responsive and friendly. We are ready to book for next year. We stayed in the cabins. One thing I noticed, the floors were perfectly neat and swept, but when we spilled and wiped up, they were very dirty. Maybe they didn’t get washed in between residents. We will be rebooking a cabin reguardless lol.

Not a lot of trees for a campground. No shades on the cabin window so we hung up a sheet for privacy. A loud party on the horseshoe field by our cabin until 11pm that was more like a tailgating with the music, alcohol and ball field spot lights. I ended up with 30+ spider bites on my face, back, neck, and arms.

All activities were not on time and no explanation as to where they were and not having WiFi for that big of a campground is crazy. Rental RV was nice but small and bed mattresses were so thin you felt the wood. Gold cart prices are expensive should be discounted if renting an RV.things campground had that are nice are river and rope course and mini golf, heated pools, etc. bathrooms were clean

We stayed in one of the campers and it was very nice, the staff is very friendly, they had a bunch of fun activities for my family and we love this campground!

Friendly staff. Lots of activities if that is your thing. Dog park had a lot of scat and containers not emptied for at least 7 days. No WiFi to cabins(working on it), did not work at rec ctr as stated. Found food under couch, had to reclean tub. Tip envelope for cleaning? Minimal supplies provided for length of stay TP/towels. Fresh towels $30 charge! RV next to us left debris. No cleanup

The staff could not have been better. The on line registration site indicated we were supposed to have a ten patio. The awning was broken on our unit was broken. This would have been a benefit due the rain. The staff was very apologetic for the error. Otherwise, this is a great campground with things to do for all age groups.

Cabin was just about spotless, and so very worth it! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The first deluxe cabin we were in the tv’s did not work, luckily the one next door was open and we switched but we had already unpacked. Also, we book this campground for the activities. We booked the ropes course and was later called to say no staff and had to reschedule to the morning of checkout. The game room had nothing to get with tickets. We love the campground, just a few disappointments

We rented one of the RVs for a weekend. The intent was to experience RV life a little prior to purchasing our own RV. We totally enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to the future purchase of our own RV. The rental provided us with everything we needed to have a great weekend.

We all had a great time especially the kids. We love that there's a lot of activities that they can do and the entire place is also clean and well kept. Only suggestion would be is if you can add a sign near the end of the Salmon Falls River Tubing course that "the end is a few feet away" and to "prepare to exit" so as to prepare the tube riders ahead of time. Thanks

Clean rv, didn't smell like pets in my pet friendly rv. Got a deal for the off season. Would love to go again. Great family campground.

I loved everything mostly 99% of everything except the arcade. Just a huge rip off $20 for 56 tickets and the minimal tickets you need to win a pencil is 200 Rio off absolute trash arcade discourages kids aNd their Parents when they see you need to spend $100 at the arcade to win enough tickets for a fricken pencil You should close that I wouldn’t consider it an Amenity.

Overall, we had a blast and will be back again. Pros: Super clean bathrooms, pool area, & playgrounds. Staff very friendly & helpful. Stayed in a Safari tent - spacious, immaculate & comfy beds! Kids loved the activities...plenty to do!! Cons: Sites are right on top of each other. Nearby road was noisy. River tubing area difficult to get in/out of. Some activities closed bc no staff available.

We rented an RV and it was perfect, the site we had was really private and big. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf, monkey trunks, and splash pad. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a good time. We were, however disappointed with the cabin porch and stairs. Not even a railing which I do need for stairs. We should have been told at check in and offered another cabin.

Great stay - suggest for deluxe cabins to have a propane grill instead of the open grill which took a long time to get going with the bag if charcoal from store!

We rented a RV. The RV was dirty, inside and especially outside. Smelled like smoke even though it was smoke free. Smelled of sewer. We had to clean prior to our stay. Lot was not upkept. Been KOA member for awhile but was unable to add KOA points to visit because "had already used KOA 10% off stay deal". Have stayed at several different KOA's in ME & NH. Would rate Lebanon towards the least fav.

The Front desk and maintenance staff were great. The mattresses were compacted and painful to sleep on, the RV and grounds were clean and pleasant. The larger outdoor pool was unsafe; the bottom was not visible. The recreation hall was appallingly filthy, overflowing trash unchanged well out of code with multiple obvious violations. It's staff was terrible: unfriendly, on their phones, 'napping',

It was our 4th trip in last 3 years and as expected went very well. Just that this time it was a little less as the lights and speakers outside the RV (R14) were not functional and we had no music to play on. Lights were management from the neighbors, so that did not effect that much.

Beautiful place! Only issue I had was their was a pill in the pull out couch in the RV and my kids are old enough not to touch it but if this was a family With young children they could of eaten it. House keepers need to be more thorough

We stayed in one of the glamping tent. Eventhough it was nice to be in a tent by the riverside, being so close to the road was a noisy spot. The cars that passed by were loud and it killed the charm of camping. Bathroom were cleaned and well equiped. Glamping site was well furnished and well equiped but could have been cleaner, brooming hadn't been done properly for a while. Activities were top!

Always a fun time! Our cabin was great! I didn't catch the girls name that was working at the ropes course on Saturday 9/11 (my birthday), but she was AMAZING with my grandson who is 3. She had brown hair and a few tattoos in her right arm. If I had a negative comment, it would be the WIFI.I know you have "spots" but, I needed to get some things done on my computer and couldn't.

The cabin was okay this time. Not very clean. Pool and slide hours were cut short because of lack of staff. Would like to see pool open in the evening later as 6:30;pm is too early. Maybe have adult only pool hours in the evening. Overall will come back again.

We highly enjoyed our stay. We rented an RV for Labor Day Weekend. It had all the comfort of home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially loved tubing on the river and our 10 year old loved the water slide the best. We will be back next year for sure!

We had a cabin on the Salmon River. We thought it might be too buggy by the water but we weren't bothered by mosquitos at all. The cabin was very nice; we really enjoyed the screen room and our campfires by the river. The campground is very accommodating with activities for all.

Outlets didn't work, fridge and freezer didn't work, we lost all our food. Camper was full of flies, it smelled like rotten eggs inside the camper, sewer backed up, and the beds were so bad we were all left with bruises and pulled muscles in our backs and necks

We stayed in the rv and wish there was a guide on the some of the stuff in there such as the hidden shelf’s behind the tv, gas stove switches, fire place etc I spent the first night googling it thank god for the internet. But as always it was a great stay you guys are awesome!!!

While we had a great time. The cabin we stayed in had a few issues. The pull out bed had springs sticking out, and that was where my 8 year old was supposed to sleep. The sheet had a burn hole in it. And the kitchen sink smelled moldy and the stove was missing a knob. I did let staff know if these issues so that they are taken care of for future guests.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
